      I bought a Kohler faucet with a lifetime warranty. The handle failed and could not be fixed with my replacement of the allen screw. I called customer service and they arranged for replacement of the faucet under the terms of their warranty. It was easy to communicate with their representative in the United States. We are very pleased with Kohler's service "after the sale"!

      Kohler medicine cabinet losing mirror finish after less than 2 years. Kohler response sorry warranty 1 year. So when you think buying quality and its junk that deteriorates so quickly. They said which side of mirror and I told them they sent link for me to buy and over 2 $200. Really sad

      I can no longer recommend KOHLER products based on poor quality control and, equally as poor, customer service. I recently purchased 3 cast iron kitchen sinks and each one was clearly defective. I returned the first two as they had significant defects but ended up keeping the third as it was more cosmetic and liveable...I could not wait any longer as my new countertops were going in and I had to have the new sink. There was no excuse for any defect whatsoever so I contacted Home Depot (where all 3 sinks were purchased) and also contacted KOHLER (Case ****************) for a reasonable discount and provided photos and all the information they required (believe me, it was difficult to crawl under and around an installed sink to get the numbers they wanted....the original box with scan codes was not good enough proof of purchase I guess!). I shared numerous friendly emails with customer service and in the middle of the "customer service" process they just ghosted me! No response to my emails. Meanwhile, Home Depot took pity on me dragging these HEAVY sinks back and forth and issued a small discount (thank you!) However, I have never received any communication from KOHLER indicating the case was in process, rejected or closed...not acceptable from a company like KOHLER. My examination of the numerous complaints and poor reviews on BBB suggests that this is the new normal. Hence, no more KOHLER products for me.

      What has happened to Kohler?I am building my dream home and have loved and used Kohler products for years. In December, I selected and purchased 5 beautiful wall mount sink faucets for our bathrooms in the Parallel line through Build.com. We received the rough plumbing parts because wall mount units need to be installed at the time of rough in and they were installed in March.The finish parts have been on backorder ever since. We are now at the point of needing to finish the build so we can take occupancy and the faucets are STILL on back order with no arrival time. I was even willing to switch finishes. There is only 1 other Kohler faucet line that has a wall mount option and I dislike that faucet.Because the tile is finished, we cannot change to another brand so I am absolutely stuck. No one is helping me....it's just too bad, so sad. I cannot take occupancy of the house without plumbing fixtures and there is no end in site. Why does Kohler even sell a product they have no intent on ever supplying?I don't know what happened to Kohler but it is not the company I've been impressed with for years. Buyer beware.

      I purchased the products through Build.com (purchased in March with an initial lead time of **** weeks), and was told that Kohler Customer Service cannot help me. I must resolve this through Build.com, who has not been able to give a firm delivery date. My issue is that the shipping time continues to be moved out, first June, then July, now August, greater than **** weeks. Also, I called Kohler customer service to find out if changing the color would get them sooner, and was also told that there are several hundred orders for these faucets pending. I'm locked in to these faucets because the rough plumbing valve already installed is not compatible with other brands. Why is Kohler continuing to take orders that cannot be fulfilled within the promised time frame? And why does the special order time frame still indicate **** weeks?This has significant downstream affects on construction projects. If I had known this could be a problem, I would have gone with an entirely different line or brand when I made selections in December. I'm unfortunately still stuck.
