      I found charges on my ******************* account for ********************** AD&D INSUR. I contacted them and requested proof of me signing up for their service. They sent a letter that explained they did not have any proof. The charges continue.

      I canceled my life insurance policies months ago. *** called several times to get a paper stating the fact that. My policies have been canceled. I have yet to receive this letter. This is a big in convenience for me. I was told by several representatives they cant email this letter to me Im outraged that it is taken this long to receive a letter I want this letter to be sent to me immediately through email

      We are in a dispute over billing and changing of policy with out our knowledge. In the past my wife account was hacked and it was difficult to prove who she was, and now we are constantly trying to prove that the bill has been paid even after sending copies of cancelled checks. Also someone has put a pass code on the account which is not us. Please help us resolve this issue. Thanks

      On October 2, 2023, I received a form to have my Life Insurance Policy reduced. I mailed the form back immediately that same day. My premium would be reduced from ***** to *****. The policy new face value would be ten thousand dollars. I contacted the company on 2 or 3 different times. They indicated that they never received my form. I asked for another form to be sent out. They told me that they would but I have never received another form. I spoke to someone about 2 weeks ago that said they finally received my request and that my policy payments would be reduced to $*****. Today I received a bill for $***** as opposed to *****. I would like to know if my request form was received. If not, I would like to know I never received another request. If this policy cannot be reduced please let me know. I mailed the form to P.O.Box **** ***************** *******, 60197-****

      An issue involving TruStage advertising.The website mgoblog.com is being spammed by ads for TruStage that creates full page ads, that can't be exited out of, and that therefore don't allow web pages to be interacted with.

      i have disability insurance with this company and was never given details about having to be out 30 days to get approved for coverage. i had to go back to work because i couldnt afford to be out, this is a billion dollar corporation and they are telling me i might get denied my claim because im a few days short in regards to their policy which does not state in any paperwork i was given i had to be out 30 days to get approved. i would like my loans covered or i will go further and get lawyers involved. thank you

      I was sent a bill for Trustage insurance. I have never ever heard of trustage and I don't know how or why they sent me a $150 bill!!

      They were unable to update my beneficiaries. After communicating with several members of the staff I asked to speak with a supervisor. The Supervisor didn't try to resolve my issue with them. I said then I don't need you then. She said it was to be canceled today. I said cancel it then. I will take my business elsewhere. I want my money back or they need to finish the job and update my policy so my Grand Children will receive money if something happens to me.
