BRH did a roof for me in Oct/Nov of 2022. There were issues with a bundle of shingles not sealing on the detached garage and house. There are also shingles lifting and broke off on the bottom layer of the detached garage. I made them aware of the issue on Nov. 7th, immediately after the job was supposedly finished. They also wrecked some fascia on the house. We also found 3 piles of human f**** in our pines, 20 ft. From the garage. I made several attempts to get these things taken care. I told 2 people, (*** and ***) about the feces, and it was met with amusement initially on their part, until I said how disgusting it was to have your dog come to you holding a Subway wrapper coated in s*** Nothing was done! *** finally came with ***** to fix the fascia. *** told me to wait and give the shingles more time on several occasions. I told him everytime that it was a physical iimpossibilityfor those shingles to seal, seeing as the middle of the tabs were at least an inch up, and the side of the shingle had already sealed. This went on until Sept. of 2023. He finally said they needed to be fixed. We made an appt. on Sept. 30th at 8:00. I waited around all morning and they never showed. They then made an appt. I believe the date was Oct. 24th. They came and told me they didn't want to do it because it was too cold and the shingles wouldn't seal. Funny, considering they did my house and detached garage the year before in late Oct. early Nov. They then had the office manager send a letter saying they would be happy to come in summer of 24, to fix it. In the meantime, I have withheld final payment as I believe they have no intent of coming back. They refused to do it for a year with me owing them over $23,000, they surely aren't coming back with the money in hand. My insurance company won't release the money to me until work is complete and satisfactory. Now they charged me 5 months interest on the last bill. What company demands payment before work is complete.
