1 starJust like the other complaints, I wish I could leave a negative star. My biggest issue has been with Kohls.com. I've received wrong orders on more than one occasion. The last time it was a ship to store order. Kohls.com blamed the store the store blamed Kohls.com. They couldn't/wouldn't talk to each other so I was told I had to call the manager and tell her she needed to train her customer service people better. Not my job. But I did it anyway because apparently that was the only way I was going to get the item that I paid for. After several hours on the phone back and forth with these people the issue was finally resolved and someone from corporate did reach out. This time I ordered something on Saturday, received a confirmation email, and now the order is not appearing when I go to track it. Customer service can't/won't help even though I have an order number and confirmation email. My Kohls card has been charged and no one can tell me if the order will eventually go through? It's now Wednesday and the website is mysteriously down and no one can help? Kohls you have got to do better. This loyal customer of over 25 years is about to take a hike.Review fromMichele M

1 starAfter years of being a loyal customer I am no longer shopping there. Very few of the items are in the store so you have to order on line and pay for shipping. A lot of items are not eligible for ship to store. When you receive the order and have a problem with the fit they do not allow exchanges. You are told to return it and reorder at the new price. 1 starMade an online purchase to pick up at this location. I decided I didn't want the item after all so I reached out to online chat to ask them if I canceled the order how soon will I receive my refund to my gift card that I used to pay for it? Instead of getting an answer, 2 different times when I asked, I was getting asked stupid pointless questions as my answer! She went ahead and canceled my order without answering my question first! There was a reason I needed to know before she did that because I wanted to make sure, and I knew for some wierd they don't even go by there own return policy of refunding back to the ORIGINAL payment method. Instead, they MAILED me a NEW gift card, to my address that I am no longer living at because I'm in the middle of moving and don't have one at the moment! Now I will never receive it! This is why instead of asking me questions I already answered in the form prior to speaking to customer service, they instead should have answered my question & maybe than I could have stopped that from happening! They don't go by their own return policy, they just do whatever they want without our consent, not even letting them know before they do something that can't be reversed or knowing someones unique situation! This isn't OK & I don't appreciate things being done out of my consent or knowledge til after its done! So I just lost out on $36 for nothing no item no refund no gift card! 1 stari placed an order 6 months ago for baby camera...it broke and manufactor wont fix without receipt...well kohls gets rid of all receipts after few months..they will not return item eaither..so im left with a broken camera...i never heard of a company that will not or can not provide a receipt after 3 months...no wonder this place is going out of business..im leaving a zero star but forced into a one star.Review fromBernadette P

1 starI have always liked shopping at ****** both in person and online. But changing their credit card to *********** is a huge disappointment. They will not let me access my account info online unless I verify my phone # by emailing my photo ID to a call ********************** who knows where. I have had this card for years. They have my name, address, acct #, SS# that should be enough. Phone **** won't budge or find another way. I refuse to email anyone my ID so I will not use my ****** card anymore.Review fromJanice J

1 starNasia, Customer service representative, was rude & didn't know her position. When a manager was called to help, she started telling her side of the story and was rude again in front of her manager. She was told she needed to clock out for the day but told her manager she wasn't going too. Nicole, her manager, said do I need to call Matt up here. Nasia refused to take responsibility for her actions towards a customer. I asked for her name and Nicole provided me the info and apologized. While Nasia insisted on continuing being rude to me. Obviously she doesn't take criticism or orders from her manager either. Apparently Kohls has bad employees representing their store. I will no longer visit that store thanks to the horrible treatment I received.Review fromNikoo M

1 starI wish there was a negative star. Even one star is too much for thisbstore. The some of the associates are beyond rude and do not know what they are doing . Just waist customers' time. They just want to sell you the credit card. If you apply for the Kohl's credit card is when you get the most respect in this store.it happened that they waisted my time at cashier that much that I changed my mind and I said I do not want them any more, or just cancle the item. If I want to continue about the manager, he is a peice of work. Verrrry RUDE. If he was right for the job he would have hired better people and trained them customer service and not tobseek to sell the credit card. The corporate even does not have a phone number so you can leave complain. Their number is only for Kohl's charge and Credit Card. And the other is for online orders. What a shame.Review fromTracey J

1 starOn April 1, 2025 I visited the ************************************* to make a return. I waited for 45 minutes behind a customer who allegedly had issues with her returns, purchases, and Kohls cash. At the time passed at least five other customers waited behind me for assistance as well. After standing for so long I found a chair and pulled it up against the wall in order to sit down as I have knee issues. It wasnt until then that back up was finally called for the customer line. After I returned my item, I telephoned the store manager. I was placed on hold and the manager never picked the call up so after five minutes I hung up this extremely poor customer service is unacceptable. No store personnel should allow customer to stand in a return line behind one customer for that length of time without calling for backup assistance.Review fromTerri W

2 starsReturn policy not followed. I have shopped at Kohls for years. This past holiday season I did my Christmas shopping here, then caught multiple viruses shortly after that shopping trip, The viruses took a toll on my body, resulting in not leaving my house except to go to doctor a couple times. As soon as I was able to return to the store, I went to return a Jean jacket that was too large and never worn. It was about 90 days later, and I expected a store credit. However I was denied, stating it was too late. I explained my illnesses and not able to get there sooner, not expecting a refund just a store credit, but still denied. I've reached out to Kohls Corp, they were going g to do it until I told them it was purchased in the store. Then I was told store purchases are handled at the stores. So how can I return a jacket I can't use and get my $49 credit.Review fromBianca J

1 starPurchase a ******* foundation online and receive an item that has been expired for over a year. I contacted customer support, but they could not fix the issue. They sent me the item I paid for, and I would have to go to the store to return it. If I could/ wanted to go to the store, I wouldn't have purchased anything online. Now I have to go to the store to “return” the bad item they sent me that should be in the trash: horrible experience, and no intent to make up for their mistake.
