      On September 17, 2025, I attempted to purchase a bathroom rug at KHOL's. The price tag was for $14.99. No markdowns were showing on the sticker. The register showed the price at $16.99 less a 20% coupon. When I complained the cashier showed me a screen showing that the price was originally $22.99. I told the cashier that the price at the register was wrong. The cashier showed me on her handheld computer the prices per KOHL's being $22.99 original, marked down to $16.99. I showed her the sticker on the rug showing $14.99 as the original price. She ignored the sticker and said that the cost was $16.99 less the 20% coupon. Needless to say, I did not purchase the rug.

      I went into Kohls Tuesday, September 16. It was around nine. Im sorry it was around 11 or 12 AM. I want to return ****** package. I stopped by the sunglasses. I noticed a loss prevention employee talking to another customer. I continue to shop pay no attention to him then I noticed him around me and when I left, he was outside waiting for me I guess because when I left the store he went back in. I am a black, middle-aged female, that shops and Kohls that has no plans to shopping and Coles again because of this profiling loss prevention employee.

      ****** is not refunding the full amount to credit card purchases which are returned if they have issued the consumer ****** Cash and that ***************** has been redeemed for a future purchase. My example is as follows: I purchased three shirts for a total amount of $67.38. For this transaction, I received $10.00 in Kohls Cash, which I redeemed for a future purchase Unfortunately, the three shirts I purchased did not fit me and I returned them. The amount credited back to me was only $56.68 instead of $67.38. Their reasoning is because of the following as stated on the return receipt I received: THIS RETURN REDUCED THE VALUE OF TRACKED REWARDS/ISSUED KOHLS CASH EARNED IN YOUR ORIGINAL SALE TRANSACTION. BECAUSE YOU ALREADY REDEEMED SOME OR ALL OF YOUR KOHLS CASH, THE VALUE OF YOUR REFUND IS CORRESPONDINGLY REDUCED BY THE AMOUNT OF KOHLS CASH UNEARNED/REDEEMED.The aforementioned might be Kohls policy, but it does not make any sense as if I paid $67.38 on my Kohls credit card and I returned all the items in this order, I should receive a credit back on my card for the full amount of $67.38.However, I only got back a credit of $56.68, the difference of which is $10.70. I can make sense of the $10.00 difference due to my redeeming $10.00 in Kohls Cash for the subsequent order even though I highly disagree with their accounting practices on crediting returns. Though, they are keeping the tax on the transaction of $0.70 as our sales tax rate is 7%. I believe it is unethical for them to keep the tax amount as they only gave me $10.00 and not $10.70 in Kohls Cash. I fought them on this and they are supposed to credit me back the $0.70. I will no longer be using my Kohls **** Card or shopping at Kohls in the future as I find their accounting practices to be extremely unethical.

      I purchased bras at Kohls in ***************** in July *******, I charged them and immediately paid the charge card off at the time of purchase. I returned all of them a week later and they credited my Kohls/Capital One card. I have been waiting two months for them to return my $99.38 via check. This is the second statement showing a credit on my account yet still no check returning MY money! I have called the bogus *********** customer service phone numbers (4 of them) and they continuously drop the calls! They charge $40 for a late payment and they are late sending me my money so they need to return my $98.38 as well as compensate me for their late payment to me as they collect interest on MY MONEY! I want my Money and a response and explanation! They lost a loyal customer of at least 25 years, I will no longer ever buy anything from Kohls because of their shady business practices!

      I placed 2 orders and my orders where cancelled for wrong billing address but when I checked it was correct the price changed so I ask if they could accommodate the price said yes then said no because it is exclusive Iteam but your computer did the mistake they still said no not good I was spending $785 on each order not nice

      I went to Kohl’s in *******, ** on Monday, 9/1 to return an item and the refunded amount was less than what I paid for the item. The cashier called the manager, Jeremy, to explain the discrepancy. Jeremy was rude and condescending when explaining the matter as if I didn’t understand his explanation. If Kohl’s promotes someone to be a manager, the least they should do is to teach them how to properly speak to a customer and avoid being rude. That should be the basic requirement for any employee, especially a manager. This experience makes me not want to shop at Kohl’s again.

      Beware of Kohl’s cash ones you use it and make a return they give you more Kohl’s cash and charge you for using it . I received a Bill for using Kohl’s cash I spoke to customer service then a supervisor and was told I have to pay for using 10 dollars and being charged for online order 23.38 cents and I don’t have any purchases so the supervisor removed the 15 dollars kohl’s cash and told me I still owe 8 dollars and some change again I have no purchases I put in a complaint hopefully they do the right thing.. However Beware of that Kohl’s cash it’s not Free Money it’s like a scam !!!

      I spend thousands of dollars every year at Kohls and eat Kohl’s cash, I take my children and grand children shopping for school cloths and shoes, Christmas’s clothes and shoes and birthday clothes. I recently took my 10yr old granddaughter to Kohl’s to get schools clothes and shoes and spent over $1,200 was given Kohls cash cupon for $150. I had to go on travel for 10 days came back today went straight to kohls in ******** ******* where I had to say for the night. Went to the store tried to use my $150 Kohls Cash and they would not honor it. I spoke to the manager and he refused said it expired on the 17th and they would not honor it even if it was a day over. I called the customer service line which was very difficult to understand the guy on the phone due to his broken English. He again said my kohls cash is expired and could not be used, I asked for his supervisor and he put Me on hold for 3 min came back and told Me his supervisor has the same access and he does so he could not Help either and said he was sorry. I did not even get a chance to speak to the supervisor. What poor customer service Kohls has developed. I am for now on going to rely on ****** or ****** for cloths and shoes and shopping for My kids and grand kids. This is how much Kohls values a customer who has been shopping with them for over 20 yrs and has spent over $3,000 every year. They don’t appreciate loyal customers. Not that this will get read by the corporate executives with kohls but as they keep Losing loyal customers and more and more kohls stores closing this is why. ******* *, very unsatisfied customer.

      I ordered a skirt from kohls.com. last time I had an issue with this company I refuse to go to them or 4 years. Thought I'd give him another chance. Unfortunately this experience ended very badly too. Was excited that I was going to get a new skirt for work. When I received this new skirt it came damaged the stitching on it was coming apart. And for $40 I shouldn't have had to sew a brand new skirt so I just wanted to mail it back to them since I did get it on there on what line website they told me I would have to pay for shipping which I thought was ridiculous considering they sent it to me damaged. I also left a negative review about the person I spoke to on the phone because I told him flat out but that was ridiculous that it was a damaged item that it should have never happened. They should have waved the shipping charges. And instead now I have to go way out of my way to return it personally to a store so I don't get charged with shipping which is ridiculous I hope this company goes out of business if you're going to continue to treat people like this shame on your company seriously. You don't even deserve a one-star at this point

      My order was never received, and Kohls could not replace it after it was missing for over 10 days while with ****** I requested a replacement but 1/2 of the items were no longer in stock. I received a partial replacement and a refund amount along with an email to expect a Kohls cash refund in the mail. The refund was $7.82 short when my statement arrived and I never received the Kohls cash. After 6 calls and over 3 hours on the phone it is not resolved-they refuse to refund the Kohls cash and/or honor the original refund amount. Twice I have been told a supervisor would call me back but they havent yet.
