They really deserve zero stars. I tired to use their phone system and neither the account number or notice number was recognized. Same with my attempt at on-line payment. I asked for a representative when I called and got disconnected. I tried another number and was on hold for 30 minutes.Review from Philip G

all this and still because the city and state and municipalities agencies they work for are so greedy I want to go to court because I am the poor and the indigent and they want waaaay to much money from them class of people. We trying our best to live within our means and yet they just want to take all our money and make sure its because of fees and what they doing with the money besides gambling and going into debt and the highways and traffic is uncontrollable and, traffic officers are not out to catch drivers committing traffic violations. So I refuse to pay excessive fees on a $4.00 ticket when they was gonna put it against my license renewal anyways its like a double jeopardy blue collar crimes. Stop labeling the black americans too if you want this kind of money and give us a high-entry level jobs too.Review from Eislyn W

I keep receiving notices for a car I did not own at the time of tolls despite sending release of liability forms twice. I also was waiting on hold 45 minutes two times and was disconnected when I spoke to a real person after they couldn't collect money from meReview from priscilla v

This company they should be investigated they issued me a ticket and then did not enter it in the system.an other words they wait to enter a ticket into the system until its been past ten days so you have to pay the ticket and a late fee.Review from Kelly P

This collections agency is trying to get me for about $58.00 for EZ pass collections. I had 200.00 in my EZ PASS account and almost never go through tolls with this car. The tolls I did have on there according to EZ PASS were local and none over 5.00. No way I racked up almost $60.00. I called multiple times, used the account number they gave me and it says there is no record of that account. Called many times and get put on hold every time. No one gets to the phone ever. EZ PASS will not let me access my account online and will not accept payment because it is in collections. This is some kind of scam and I think NYS knows it. I just want to pay my **** tolls and get my ez pass active again! This should NOT be an A rated business. Horrible and super shady. Zero Stars. I have been receiving emails from them for a week or so now. I called and asked for the fees to be waived, like has been done in the past and they wont slash any of the fees. The woman on the phone was extremely rude when I inquired about it and gave me an attitude. Since I called, Ive been receiving telemarketing and spam calls (according to my phone carrier), all of which occur outside of business hours only.Review from Ilona R

I just received an invoice from this organization for a toll violation that occured using my wife's cars tag number that allegedly occured in another state. This is a scam since her car has never left our home area which is not in the state in question so the violation physically could not have occured. . All out of state trips are made in my car. We are investigating how and where they got our tag number from so we can make a police report. Since this scam has occured across state lines, we will also report it to the ****Review from Michael C.

The customer service is terrible. There is customer service. If I didnt know better, I would have thought it was scam. Im going to rate 0 if I can. Why is the City ********* using this collection agency?
