On 12/3/2022 I checked my state license requirements for collection agencies and it states that in order to collect from consumers in this state, you must have a license and be bonded. I sent a letter to your company six weeks ago asking that you provide me with proof that you meet my state licensing requirements. As of today, you have not responded. Because of that, I checked your company name to find out whether you were bonded and whether you have a license to collect in my state, and your company name is not in the system. As of right now, your company is violating my states law, and penalties for violating the law are harsh. If your company does not delete the negative information that is appearing on my credit report due to your illegal reporting within 10 days from this letter, I will have no other choice but to seek legal advice and to report your company to the ************************* the Better Business Bureau and the ************************************* Account # *******, *******, and ******* Are in violation Not only have you ignored my prior requests for validation of the debt letter will again request that you follow the ***** and please provide the following: Validation of Debt Request -Proof that you can collect on a debt in my state -Proof of the date the account went into delinquency -Your Bond (if required) in the event I need to seek counsel -Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest, and penalties -Contract bearing my personal signature As you may be aware, "Estoppel by Silence" legally means that you had a duty to speak but failed to do so, therefore, that must mean you agree with me that this debt is false. You have violated my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act These accounts are in violation of: 15 USC 1692c(c) Ceasing communication, ***** 807 [15 USC 1692(e)(3)] False or misleading representations 15 USC 1681a(3)(a)(b)(c) Restriction on sharing of medical information 15 USC 1681b(4) Limitation on redisclosure of medical information I am seeking monetary damages for each violation made.Your Options are as follows: 1) Delete this account and cease and desist with all collection activities. 2) Settlement; or 3) We go to court and you incur lawyer fees, plus pay me $1000 per violation along with more in damages.

In the complaint, there is a reference to not owing a debt to ****************. Our company is Professional Placement Services, LLC and we have no association with *****************. I believe this complaint may have been made to our company in error. There was a previous complaint filed by **************** on 12/1/22 to our company stating the same verbiage but this one does reference a different company. The response to the 12/1/22 complaint has been sent in by Professional Placement Services

This company called, stating that I owe a different company **** dollars for a payday loan from 2 years ago. The amount is grossly wrong and when told this, the only answer they say is that it is what was reported by the secondary company. They call multiple times a day but yet are too lazy to verify the so called "debt" they are fraudulently trying to collect on.

Recently, I did an investigation on my credit report which caused severe depression upon me and found unverifiable, unvalidated , inaccurate and questionable information that your agency didnt make sure it was 100% correct before reporting with you guys help i want to resolve this issue. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100% accurate on my credit report and Under 15 US. Code 1681e(b) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i (5) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100% accurate.

Our initial notice was mailed to a different address than what you have listed in your complaint. We did not receive any notice of a mail return but it may be possible that we have an address issue here and you did not receive our letter. Due to this possible discrepancy, Professional Placement Services will remove this from your credit. We will also issue you out validation paperwork for your review so you can see where this charge is coming from. If you have any questions, please call us at ************

I checked my credit report (9/2022) and found two collections reports from Professional Placement, dated November and December of 2020. The hospital listed on the collections reports wasa hospital located in *********. I have lived in **** since October of 2020. The ********* address I did live in was from 8/2017-9/30/2020. I was not in ********* in November or December of 2020. Not once did I receive any communications or bills from said *************** nor Professional Placement ever. I believe these are either a fraud attempt or simple error. I have already filed dispute claims through Experian for these accounts. I last checked my credit (and had a bank run them) three months ago and these items were not there.

In review of the accounts you mentioned, I have some additional information that *** help. You mentioned the dates of November and December 2020 and that  you did not live in ** at that time. Those dates that are showing on your credit report are the dates that the accounts were received in collections at Professional Placement Services. The dates of the visit to the Advocate Aurora facility were in Sept 2019. I believe those dates coincide with the dates you indicating that you were living in WI. When the accounts were received in our office in late 2020, an initial notice was sent out to an address on ********* in ***************. There was no indication of mail return on these notices. I see now that your address has changed. During our research of this account, it appears that Grand Ave *** be a previous address for you at this point. I do ask from you for clarification if Grand Ave was your address in late 2020. I also researched the dates that this started reporting to your credit report. My records indicate that reporting to the credit report started taking place in April 2021 from our end. I do not have an explanation as to why you would not have seen them three months ago as indicated in your complaint. We will have our administration team send you out copies of the itemized statements in order for you to review. After your review, if you still feel that this is inaccurate please reach out to a manager in our office at ************.
