I got my card hacked at ********* I logged on website which is how I found out. The website itself is a nightmare to match their customer service support. Reported it on he 5th called back for follow up. Was assured investigation was n process. Called again on the 29th now they say It was canceled on the 5th mind blowing. No accountability or response of why or how this occurred. Only a mere apology and another empty promise of renewing original claim. Worst case scenario this piece of wannabe banking chosen by state for disability benefits. Wont recommend this this institution to a teenager.First Data Response

Subject: Formal Demand for Contract Cancellation and Refund Due to Misrepresentation and Unprofessional Conduct Dear Clover Representative,I am writing to formally address the unacceptable and unprofessional conduct exhibited by your sales representative, Ms. ******** ****, and to demand immediate resolution regarding the contract for my two locations ([location details]). I expect the termination of the contracts without penalties and a refund of all unauthorized charges by [specific date, e.g., 5 business days from the date of this letter].Background and Misrepresentation Ms. ******** **** made several verbal promises that influenced my decision to sign contracts with Clover. Specifically, she assured me that:- She would handle the cancellation of my existing merchant accounts with ****** **********************.- She would pay any associated cancellation fees on my behalf.Based on these representations, I signed the contracts. However, after receiving the Clover terminals and attempting to contact Ms. **** for assistance, she became unresponsive. Despite repeated attempts to reach her via phone and email, there was no response. When I contacted Clovers customer service, I was informed that she is an independent contractor and that her involvement ends after securing the contract. This directly contradicts the promises made to me.Breach of Contract and Additional Concerns - Unauthorized Charges: I was charged $111.18 for each location, despite the contract explicitly stating $50 per location. These overcharges constitute a breach of contract.- Lack of Service: Despite being charged, no service or support was provided as promised.- Professional Negligence: Ms. ***** failure to fulfill her commitments and her unprofessional behavior have caused significant disruptions to my business operations.First Data Response

Per our previous communication with your business we are unable to close a merchant account with another processor. A business will not allow us to close an account for someone else's business. It is the merchant responsibility to close any accounts with previous providers.
Additionally, we were also able to provide you the welcome call in which the agent advised that ****** holds no responsibility for previous processor cancellation.

Well first and foremost, i want to say is this bank has really ******* me over with a fraudeulent charge that they denied a refund from a unauthorized charge that i told them from the very start that it was comprised and they refuse to do anything about it i feel that this so called bank showed all go to federal prison for a long time and every one like myself who has been victimized should file a company lawsuit i really am going to set a federal complaint and will make sure this bank suffers greatlyFirst Data Response

Worst company I have ever dealt with is an understatement. Their leasing company is extremely predatory towards small business owners. They were double charging us for years, my father was too busy to notice, when I finally started doing the bookkeeping and noticed how much they were getting us for every month I contacted them about it. We only ever had 2 machines but there were 3 FDMS charges every month. They said that we could either a) purchase the equipment for $97, or b) return it, and if we don't they will continue charging us $48 every month for a lease that was already fulfilled. I decided to return it which cost me $87 at *****. They removed only one of the duplicate charges and we were still being charged $48 every month for equipment that was not in our possession! Their customer service reps give the runaround and ask me for the tracking number even though I they have the equipment because they removed one of the charges. I am so happy to be free from Clover as I switched our payment processing system starting 2025. This company has flat out robbed us, costing us thousands in fees on top of the high processing fees. We even gave them one more chance to lower it but the rate review they gave us was lower than rates advertised on their website. We have one more little 5 year old machine from them but I refuse to give them another cent. They can repo it if they really want it back it's not worth the $900- $1200 they would charge me to break the lease. I will be the first to sign up for the class-action lawsuit.First Data Response

Money Network is terrible. I spent over 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone through Customer Service Phone Number and they never answered the call. The only portal is terrible (i.e. it has you select challenge questions, but it wants you to answer with numbers and special characters) which makes it hard for you to remember login information. Lastly, I attempted to make online transfers and kept on getting error messages which did not let me do the transfer. I finally successfully created a "Scheduled Transfer" and it did not go out on the scheduled date. Sadly, this is the company that is working with EDD which is making it a nightmare for any citizen to access their funds. Please help shut down this terrible company and help the state work with a better Financial Institution!First Data Response

Money network is an irresponsible financial institution. They hide your money, load it at a different time, have app crashes. Auto save external bank info and pins without asking. And don't update your address, then make you pay for it.First Data Response

This place won’t allow me to transfer funds to another bank for over 6 weeks now! Customer service just lies and says they’re working on it. Tried 3 ways (phone, web site and Mobil app) and all 3 do not work. Do NOT use this companyFirst Data Response

Not a good card at all. You can never get a hold of some one for help. The card does not always work. The app is constantly crashing. Just a joke. They will take your money. Card is always declined even though their is plenty of money in my account.First Data Response

Unethical, unprofessional, predataroy. Appaling business practices. Customer for 6+ years, first held on to $400 000 one year, no notice. Then 3 years later $350 000. No good reason to have done this. Extremely strong financials, just using our funds for their cashflow we believe. Beware.
