      In January 2025 Placed an order from their discount catalog (air fryer) much to large, returned by ***** with their returned label. Never told that I would be charged for shipping. Fed-X did not charge me since package had their label. Then in March I received a bill of $54.65 for shipping. I called about matter, thinking it was taken care of. Now May still charging me for the shopping still. You I would think if shipping charges were due that ***** would have charged me which they did it. This company is trying to railroad me into paying.

      Customer service on phones are basically non existent. Three times one day they can't tell you your account number say you are non existent basically. Says u don't know your phone number says you don't know your address. So.... They said four hundred dollar credit limit when we signed up then they said no it's hundred dollar. Lying is what it seems to be. Not customer friendly. Their company Montgomery ward is one that is such a problem. Do not recommend

      I received a letter in the mail saying that I must place an order or my account will be closed. I don't even have an account with this company! I have never ordered from them and can only guess they got my name and address from another company. I was afraid someone had fraudulently opened an account in my name, so I called. They confirmed that there was no account under my name, in spite of the letter showing an account number. I was told that the letter is a marketing technique, an attempt to get me to place an order. It seems to me that this would fall in the category of false advertisement. I heavily resent the frustration, stress, and wasted time that was caused by their attempt to pressure me into placing an order by threatening to close an account that doesn't even exist! Grrrrr....

      I emailed & also made a telephone call. Last month I ordered online to send a birthday gift for my brother. I have an online account & the items was supposed to be charged to my Swiss Colony account. Instead I received a call from my brother in which Swiss Colony sent him a bill instead of charging it to my account. The customer service representative told me I had to either mail or fax a letter requesting the error be fixed & that it would take one month to rectify this error plus it inferred that I would have to take responsibility for the error. In today's digital age this is entirely too long to fix a problem & I just want to alert others to this problem

      I ordered my Grandson a tote bag with his name on it. I constantly checked into The Swiss Colony website for my bill for a payment. It always said $0 balance, $750.00 credit limit. Which as of today, 3/20/2025, it still does. I called them an hour ago and the lady I spoke with said I owe a little over $60, for a tote bag that was advertised for less than $30. I would have been more than happy to pay the original bill, as I did in past years, showing the amount in my account on their website. Never did show this time, so I didnt know what I was supposed to pay. Approximately 3 months later I get harassing emails and bills in the mail. I would still gladly pay the original price, but now theyre telling me interest has accrued. This shouldnt be my fault because they cant manage online billing , and I will not be railroaded this way. Post me a bill for the original price, on the website in my account and Ill pay, sans interest. I will never buy from Swiss Colony again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!

      I received a notice in the mail on March 11, 2025 stating "due to lack of activity on your ASHRO Credit Account, it will soon be closed, and you'll lose access to your hard-earned credit limit of $1,00.00. Luckily, there's a way to keep your account open...just place an order now!" I never opened or authorized a credit account with ASHRO, however I did place an order with ASHRO a couple of years ago which I paid for with a personal credit card. I called ASHRO on March 12, 2025 and spoke with representative Sherry and stated to her I never opened or authorized a credit card account with ASHRO. I told her to close the account and take me off of their mailing list which she stated she would do. I also let her know I would be reporting the incident to the Better Business Bureau due to the unethical practice of ASHRO.

      I received a bill from this company & never ordered anything! I called &va person then told me it was a fraudulent order. When I asked who place the order she couldn't give me that person's name. What a scam, how did the get my name & address? Either someone is playing a game, or this company Ashro is just getting names & addresses and then sending a fraudulent bill hoping some poor sap will pay them. They need to be reported to the ***.

      I did not sign up for receiving catalogs. I received one and was looking through it at my kitchen table with family, including my 10 yr old. Pg ***** ****** toys ?? No words of warning on front cover or partially sealed with 2 tape seals.. If I wanted to have my kids exposed to ***** toys I would take them to an adult store. Y'all are a disgrace to catalog sales industry! Email customer service and I get a generic reply, go figure!!

      What a lousy company! I received a gift box from a family member from Swiss Colony with a damaged item in it. I reached out to them via email to let them know I received a damaged product in my gift box. They told me I needed to call because they couldn’t talk over email. I wasted my time calling just for them to rudely tell me that the person who sent the gift needs to call. This makes no sense to me because I am the consumer who received the product and I’m now left with a damaged item. This company should stand behind the product they send out and send a replacement/other item to make up for a damaged item! Shame on them! Do not support this company! They don’t care if you receive broken items AND are rude on the phone to top it off.

      A big rip off, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The website stated that at the end of the order you could add multiple addresses, it was extremely confusing, keeping in mind I had opened this account in 2018, although at that time I only placed one order to one address. I live in ********* and attempted to send the same item to my 3 separate sons in *********, somehow the first order I placed was to my son, from my son, I realized my mistake and it was removed from my account. The next day I was able to place the orders correctly, and received confirmation! The next day my son asked my if I knew who the company was, and stated that they had done a credit check on him. After speaking to 7 different people, and 20 days later, after being told it would be removed, I was told I had to write a letter to the company taking responsible for the first order, for it to be removed. Still waiting for it to be removed from my son's credit report, I spoke with Gail, Susie, Amber(who hung up on me), Jody, Sherry, Rey, and finally Supervisor Tiffany, please do not buy from this company, read the reviews on their ******** Profile before making a purchase. Will keep you updated on whether the letter worked, or not, also I still have to pay for 4 orders, instead of the 3 I ordered @ 39.99, which ended up costing over 54.00 a piece by the time you pay for shipping!
