Horrible place to live, I recorded every inspection we had and yet the last one tops it all. “Krista “ is a monster and will talk down to you in your own property as if she’s a **** officer. I have it all recorded. I was asleep but I saw everything they did in my place. They got called out for harassment and now I’m pretty sure they are going to rob us for our deposit and try to charge us but I’m prepared to sue them back expose all the videos I have including threats from that monster of a person who works at corporate. And also her ****** husband Aaron Is head of maintenance or was at sometime..and they use empty units to “**** ****** ** “ It’s all recorded so I’m just waiting for these ******** to threaten me with anything. It seems to me that everybody already knows how they are by looking at their ratings and reviews I’m just not sure how the Better Business Bureau hasn’t shut them down yet. Their property should be all ceased, and given to section 8 or something because they destroyed families by kicking them out and charging them for things that didn’t do. It’s God‘s plan to expose the crooks and the liars and Lexington is one. Supposed church leaders in Green Bay. I dare yall and justify your wrongdoing disrespect and pure lording over power to the tenants paying your to reply for I will expose the videos. I also have all your employees who are now not employed with you guys spying on us on video with license plate and everything. Not Lexington vehicles that are for your employees use. We recorded when we moved in and recorded every movement they made in our place, one sat on my couch without even asking and vaped her vape pen. Our neighbors we have complained about smoking cigarettes upstairs on the balcony and they still do nothing about it. The cigarette butts are still on the rocks when we called and reported it from the storm blowing over on our patio. I dare you to reply with a stupid excuse Just like you threaten us about what we have to pay.

Don't rent from here plain and simple. If you ever decide to end your lease make sure you clean your apartment for at least a week. But seriously Lexington will nickel and dime you for every little thing on their final inspection and then you won't get a final bill till a couple months later.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your move-out experience. We strive to make our processes as clear and fair as possible. Please know that the only charges on your final statement were for cleaning and for replacing a single item that was removed from the unit and had to be replaced. Other than that, you received a refund check for $1005.27. We understand move-outs can be stressful, and were always available to answer questions or provide clarification on charges. ** original message to Lexington Management Portal:thermostat numbers are unreadable, burned out. need replacement. this was noted at last inspection, nothing done. ( my understanding now is inspections don't resolve any issues, still have to do maintenance request on portal)couple days later, i replied back after service was completed:programmable thermostat was replaced with a non-programmable thermostat. with your constant rent increases, i shouldn't be downgraded with less features. i also asked if it was programmable, and was told yes. Then had to search online for operational manual and verify unprogrammable. i expect to get it replaced with the features of old one! Lexington reply:3/20/25 - Unfortunately, we don't install programmable thermostats anymore. - Lexington Management I highly doubt that would be acceptable on my part to replace anything with lesser value when i move out!

Mr. ************* you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience youve experienced with the thermostat replacement. We understand that having the features you expect is important, however, these are the thermostats we currently stock. Every thermostat replacement, regardless of the unit, is done with this model. We understand the benefits that programmable thermostats offer and apologize for any frustration this change may have caused. If you feel that your thermostat needs further attention or if you have any other concerns, please dont hesitate to submit a maintenance ticket through your online portal so we can address it ************* regards, Lexington Management

Just like all the other reviews state. If you can avoid renting from them please do otherwise plan and prepare yourself for poor management. Management 4+ years ago when we were living with a friend to get up on our feet also before they started expanding was awesome quick response, got things done properly, very understanding, notified tenants about any work being done around the property, ect. Now they dont care at all. Had our sink leak a few times. I made sure to put in a request to fix the issue after noticing it each time it happened. Of course they fixed the issue and replaced the cabinets I will however give them that! But even after the replacement the sink still leaked. Put in another order to have maintenance fix the issue. Well I will tell you this it looked like a rushed **** job from what he did. Not even a few days later it STILL LEAKED! I ended up hiring my own private maintenance person with my OWN MONEY to fix it for me and it has not leaked since. Mail issue still not resolved as of 09/08/2024. We havent received any mail or packages from **** since May. Still to this day I havent received anything. Ive notified Lexington of the issue a month back about the issue, even put pictures and stated what was causing the issue about the door and **** refusing to deliver mail until it was fixed. Even told them someone in the building was actually breaking the door because they didnt have a key to get in. Well the actual issue never got fixed only the door handle and key hole itself. Not the actual mechanism inside the wall. Again I spent my OWN MONEY and rented out a P.O box because I just couldnt deal with the issue anymore. Property work, I get it some certain things dont require a notice. But a courtesy notice would be awesome Residents coming to and home from work or places always find themselves blocked in by contractors or other residents due to not having a proper notice about the situation around the property which makes everyone frustrated.

Positives: After going through a very difficult time in my life I was very grateful to have found an apartment within my budget close to my family. I was able to move in quickly. They had just replaced the carpeting and painted a few days prior to my move in date. Every employee that I came in to direct physical contact with was pleasant. Negatives: hot water didnt last long enough to give my son a bath (even when I hadnt ran dishwasher or washing machine all day), tub had major drain issue, patio wood was decrepit, screen door unusable due to damage, closet door mirror cracked and sharp in my sons room, fixtures tarnished and *****/beaten to ****, same with the oven hood, pain splatter everywhere, temps got down to -10 and my heat wouldnt stay above 55. I was told theyd give me a space heater but never had any repairman fix the heat. Gave a 30 day written notice and they unprofessionally and childishly refused if because if wasnt submitted via their portal that wasnt working. I moved out and cleaned my **** off leaving it cleaner than when I moved in (just 4 months prior!), paid for carpets to be professionally shampooed, etc. Im now being SUED for an asinine amount of supposed cleaning and for all of the neglect they left unremedied. I am mutual friends with some of the those invested in Lexington and it saddens me that they take advantage of honest people. SHAME on you Lexington. I wont be one of your victims.

****************** called about a hot water issue, stating the water in the shower gets hot for about 2 minutes and then ice cold the rest of time making it difficult to take a bath. A member of our facilities staff checked the water in the bathroom and was able to procure hot water for over 11 minutes before the temperature started to cool down. ****************** was present when the technician was in her apartment, and she insisted that there was still an issue. He explained that the hot water heater holds 50 gallons of hot water, and the tub holds 42 gallons. He went on to say that so long as there were not any other appliances using hot water at the same time, she would have plenty of hot water. Although ****************** stated she did not use other appliances during the time the shower was being used, she still does not have enough hot water.****************** also states in this complaint that her heat would not stay above 55 degrees. However, there were no service issues submitted regarding this. Furthermore, ****************** unit facilitates the use of a shared boiler for heat, so if the units in her building were not heating sufficiently, there would have been other complaints and service issues regarding this, which there were none.******************' original lease was for the dates of 12/13/2022 - 3/31/2024. She broke her lease early and submitted a move out notice to vacate 5/31/2023. ****************** states that we refused her emailed move out notice, however, we simply responded to her with the link to our electronic move out notice process, which includes the 3 different ways notices to vacate can be given (per the Lease.) These include the Lexington Management website, a written notice mailed to the corporate office or hand delivered to the corporate office. Regardless, Lexington Management was able to mitigate her damages and re-rent her unit within 12 days of her submitting the move out notice on 3/3/2023.Upon her move out, she was initially charged for damages that were later refunded back to her due to an error in processing. ****************** utilized our internal dispute process where a thorough investigation of the disputed items was performed. On 7/27/2023, ****************** was sent an email of our investigation findings, outlining the information on the refunded items. Then on 8/3/2023, ****************** was sent an email and mailed the adjusted statement which reflected the refunded items and the final balance due for her account. The majority of the balance that remains on her account, which is being pursued by a collections agency, is unpaid rent.We wish ****************** only the best in all her future endeavors and appreciate her residency with us.

zero stars I regret not taking reviews into consideration when renting from Lexington I gave them the benefit of the doubt because people can be in the wrong and overreact. The apartment I rented was brand new upon moving in. Within the first couple months I moved mildew/mold started appearing on the trim. I had to purchase a dehumidifier and run it every day all day in order to keep the moisture out of the apartment. This lasted for months. Few months later, my stove stopped working. From the time I notified them to the time it was fixed was a total of apx 4 weeks with no stove/oven. I receive no credit They send letters to ALL complexes that they are doing their yearly inspection. The letter will state to enclose any animals during the inspection. BEWARE. if your complex says no animals, DO NOT have any animal there. I do admit my wrong doing. I had a cat in my apt for 2 wks and it was during an inspection and I was charged $500. 4 )DO NOT move out any sooner than end of the month. It is pointless. My lease ended & I went month to month. I notified Lexington I was moving out on the 20th. They sent me papers saying my rent would be prorated & I'd be credited from the 21st - 30th. I would give them my keys etc and all was good I ended up having to change my move out date to the 13th the following month Gabby ***** told me this ok cuz no one had re-rented the unit yet. She sent me a letter telling me my apartment was rented on the 25th. But I have to pay rent and utilities up until the new tenant moves in. Although I must be out of the apartment by the 13th as I stated. What this means is I need to pay for rent/utilities during the time they make the apartment move-in ready. They would not be prorating my apartment from the 13th - 31st but that I owned rent until the new tenant moves in. When I told Gabby ***** I had a right to stay in the apartment if I was paying for it, they threaten to charge me whatever cost incurs with displacing the new tenants.

************ submitted a ticket on 10/7/2022 indicating her stove was not working. Because this was a new stove and under warranty, it was necessary to contact the vendor and the warranty company to get it repaired as fast as possible. From 10/10/2022 (the next business day after the ticket was submitted) until 10/25/2022 when the stove issue was fully resolved, Lexingtons facilities team and our respective vendor worked diligently to get this remedied.************ also put in a work ticket regarding humidity in her apartment, and that she was using a dehumidifier in her apartments. Her complaint states it was months, but it was less than one month before she reported to us her air quality was no longer an issue for her. Additionally, indoor air quality is the tenants responsibility per their lease agreement, so running a dehumidifier would have been our suggestion in accordance with our policies. Finally, ************ most recently submitted her intention to be moved out of her unit as of a 7/13/2024, after changing this date on a few occasions. Submitting her intention to vacate initiated the process for Lexington Management to attempt to mitigate the damages of vacating prior to the end of her obligation date of 7/31/2024. Lexington was able to do so by re-renting the unit for a move in of 7/25/2024 - which is sooner than her original obligation date of 7/31/2024. Because her unit had been already re-rented for the date of 7/25/24, and if she decided to stay in the unit past that date, we would then have had to approach the new tenants and mitigate the issues that would be caused by this change.

The contractors were actually still putting the doors on the day I started moving in. Needless to say the apartment was left a mess I had to clean up. I did so without compliant. Due to all the rules and restrictions I didnt feel comfortable putting anything up on my walls so the place was bare while I lived there. The complex had one garbage and one recycled dumpster for the entire complex. It was always over flowing. Instead of adding an additional dumpster for tenant convenience, management sent out a nasty letter to all the tenants blaming them for miss using the dumpsters and threatening to put a camera up at the dumpster and fining anyone $500.00 they felt was miss using the dumpster. This didnt surprise me a bit as this company is very greedy and looks for any opportunity to steal more money from their tenants. I bought a house because I had to get out of this place. I closed on the house one and a half months before I had to move out of my *********** apartment. This gave me plenty of time to do a very thorough cleaning of the apartment. After I moved out I got a letter from Lexington stating that the apartment was not left in satisfactory condition. It was actually in better condition when I moved out than when I moved in with the contractor dirt and dust I had to clean up. Not only did I scrub all the floors, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and garage I only lived there for 8 months. So not only did Lexington take my $500.00 security deposit they sent me an additional bill for $160.00 for cleaning. This company is so dishonest they look for any and every way to take advantage of their tenants. As most people I feel like I have no recourse. To take them to court for dishonest renting practices would most likely cost me more than what they stole from me already. I guess I just keep paying. I wish that somehow people had some way of getting justice from big companies that take advantage of them. Bottom line is NEVER RENT FROM LEXINGTON MANAGEMENT

We take all information we receive seriously and take active steps to improve in areas we can grow in. We are sorry to hear that your apartment wasn't fully ready at the time of your move in. I checked back in your file and noticed your move in inspection form had not been returned, so I am unable to verify the information you provided. I was able to see your final move out inspection however, and I am sorry to tell you that the apartment was very dirty. I recently moved out on 2/24/24, and I’ve been waiting too long to ******* this place since move in back in 2021! Don’t even get me started with this place! Lexington Management has to be the worst place to rent from in *********. Absolute complete *********! They are money-hungry ****** and ****** ** ****, and it’s ******* ridiculous. You may have heard through the grapevine already that they aren’t the best. To start, they require you to have outrageous $300,000 renter insurance coverage, like everyone here is rich or something. They will charge you for every little thing, including things you wouldn't even think of. In my three years as a tenant at ********* ******* in my little studio apartment, I was told to take down my pride flag out of my patio door window which was unacceptable. They will tell you water isn’t included, but yet they will charge you a water fee every now and then. They enter your apartment more often than they should; you’d swear they were living with you. I came so close to getting the law involved. I came to the point where I did install a camera in my unit; I just didn’t trust them anymore. When it came time to move out, the senseless dilemma that arose with the carpet in my apartment was whether it needed to be shampooed or not when it was already being replaced after moving out. I was not ready to give them my money for such nonsense. This place will take their time deciding on stupid *******; it’s laughable. They also don’t listen it seems as I had to tell them my move out plan a million times. The parking lot in the winter tends to be so glare ice that there is a lawsuit and someone becoming rich due to it just waiting to happen, and I’m hoping it does soon with how Lexington operates because some of it seems illegal. I will add that once your lease is up or you decide to still relocate within Lexington, they will charge you the most ridiculous relocation fee of $500. We aren’t millionaires. I would demand an investigation into this place.

******************************* was a renter at ***************** for 3 years. During that time, he was only ever charged for late rent fees and for insufficient funds. (Other than rent and utilities charges per his lease). Therefore, the comment of, they will charge you for every little thing, including things you wouldnt even think of is simply not true.Mr. LaFleurs lease agreement covered having items displayed in the windows, which is found in the Rules and Regulations 28.a) DO NOT place any sign placard, advertisement or notice to be displayed either inside or outside the building without the LESSORS prior written consent. No solicitation or political signs are allowed.****************** is correct that the water is not included in the rent. Water charges are billed quarterly from *********** Water Utility and allocated equally thereafter to each tenant as listed in the Nonstandard Rental Provisions 5. ****** understands that the complex at which ****** resides at has 122 units. ****** understands that the water bill that the LESSEE receives each quarter will be 1/122 of the total complex bill. ****************** was charged 1/122 of the total bill each quarter accordingly. Saying they will charge you a water fee every now and then is not true, since he was routinely charged every 3 months, not every now and then. Proper 12-hour notice was provided for any entry, which included maintenance, yearly inspections and unit turnover preparations after he gave notice to vacate. ****************** had asked if he needed to have his carpet cleaned because he knew that the carpet had already been measured for replacement. In the meantime, he received a standard move out notice, which covered general information regarding move out preparation including having carpets cleaned. After he questioned this, it was explained to him that the information had crossed paths and he did not have to have his carpet cleaned.Regarding his move out, this process was explained thoroughly and on several occasions. His plans for moving out changed often, which confused matters. For example: he submitted a notice to vacate 2/29/2024 (lease ends 3/31/2024). Then he revised his date to 3/31/2024 (lease end date) but he told us that he was going to be vacated on 2/24/2024 but just wanted to pay March and leave his keys 3/31/2024. We suggested he change his move out date so we can plan accordingly and attempt to re-rent his unit sooner so he might not have to pay all of March. He continued to say no, he just wanted to turn in keys 3/31/2024 but that he was going to move out the last weekend of February. When our Resident Relations team reached out to him by phone, he said he was going to be out the first week of March and even indicated he was not planning to return to the unit. It was suggested again to revise his move out date to the actual date he planned to vacate so we could attempt to re-rent his unit accordingly. This went back and forth a few more times, but he eventually modified his move out date which enabled us to move around some vendor work and his unit ended up re-renting for a move in date of 3/29/2024 (so he received some rent back). We appreciate the years that ****************** was a renter at ***************** and wish him only success in his future.

Renting straight from a Greed-filled ***** From our day of move in, unit carpets not cleaned. To the disposal going out and us having to buy our own disposal which will have to stay in the unit when we leave Their cabinets falling off due to poor craftsmanship, yet charging us . And now three times our unit has lost power and there’s no getting a hold of any mngt. Especially over the weekends. This past summer we were left in 90+ degree weather with no AC and no power for 29 hrs. Now again last week, in Wisconsins frigid temperatures with no heat or power Apparently it’s to just our unit yet won’t fix, the root of the problem they keep just putting a Band-Aid on it. We have the biggest unit floor plan of the property and yet the smallest pantry for a supposed family of 6 that would fit in here. There’s two laundry rooms, which is completely unnecessary and a waste of space. This was not pictured when shopping on their website prior to moving in. The heating and cooling units are attached to the wall which in turn messes up the whole feng shui of putting in furniture properly. I feel like I’m in a Motel 6 hotel with them cutting on/off all day & night. They do very frequent inspections 4 cleaning the vents to these units and exhaust vents in the bathroom but yet don’t want to fix the broken kitchen drawers or disposal and/or plumbing issues when we’ve been here less than a year. . Upon moving there was a 12 month lease now they’re only offering 11 and 22 month lease or threaten to raise your rent by $175 a month. Couple neighbors have expressed that they were one and two day late for Rent and they got a a fee & a five day eviction notice, No employees work on property nor do they even have an office to inquire in. Less than a month ago I witnessed a whole 2nd floor patio fall onto a U-Haul truck and it took them over a week and a half to get the broken wood off the property. If that one patio fell. I’m sure every patio is on the verge of falling the same way!

****************** has not installed her own disposal on or before the date of this review because she put in a work request on December 13th, which is a week after she wrote this letter. She also has never been charged for any cabinet repair. The loss of power was on the exterior of the building and required an electrician, and she was able to reach the office firs thing in the morning and speak to the manager. There was only one entry for the vent cleaning. At the time ****************** chose to renew her lease, her rent increased by $50, not $175. The damaged deck was due to a UHaul truck hitting it, not of the deck falling off. Accuracy is very important when making false claims against a company. Thank you, Lexington Management

I applied for an apartment through this company located at *** ******** ******* ************* ************. I had read the reviews I decided to pull out because the reviews were very scary & wanted my self & son to be in a not only safe area, but safe home. This week coming up will be three weeks that I have attempted to get back my deposit which they refused to return but every time I call they tell me it has been sent out! Next step my attorney & court. The reviews were so true when someone or several people said beware they like to keep peoples money and not return it so sad because when they took my money, they literally took it out immediately but now I can’t get my money back and I have been given nothing back excuses, and lies.
