1 starI bought a 2022 seadoo switch, 13 foot sport edition. Supposed to have 170 hp and should go 44 miles per hour. What they fail to tell you is that is at sea level, be warned it goes only about 25 on a good non windy day. Also the windshield blew off, the seat that swivels is built with plastic and breaks on day 1. The $750 dollar winter cover we bought extra, only lasted 1 year before poles broke and put holes in my floor. Everywhere in this boat little plastic things break. My boat is still under warranty and my mechanic submitted things to be fixed under my warranty and the denied it. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE MACHINES, BRP IS A GARBAGE COMPANY THAT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE TRASH PRODUCTS.Review fromRichard K

1 starI purchased a 2024 Can-Am Maverick X3 brand new less than a year ago, and I am beyond disappointed with the quality and reliability of this product. Despite being meticulously maintained and never ridden in mud, the vehicle has experienced significant issues that are unacceptable for something marketed as a premium off-road machine.Recently, the *** failed completely, leaving me stranded and resulting in a $2,300 repair bill at the dealership. On top of that, all four shocks were found to be leakinga shocking defect for a vehicle that is practically brand new. This level of failure in such a short time reflects poorly on the quality and durability of BRP products. A product in this price range should not experience these issues so soon, particularly when it hasnt been subjected to extreme use.I feel that BRP should take accountability for these defects and provide support to customers facing such significant issues with their products. I hope this review prompts BRP to reevaluate their quality standards and customer care policies.Review fromBrandon H

1 starBE VERY CAUSIOUSI I have been wronged and done a disservice by ***** ****** *** ***** *****s and BRP (Parent company to Can-am) A little over two months ago I purchased a $300.00 OEM replacement right rear axle for my can am maverick x3 that only lasted 50-60 miles.. I have nearly 12000 miles on the original axles. The original right rear broke most likely from a toren boot to normal wear and tear. I do drive this machine to its max potential often, as it was not bought to drive to church on Sundays. BRP and ***** would not warranty or even offer in-store credit for the replacement. I was told by a ***** employee that BRP was sent a photos of the broken replacement axle, and they determined that it was my fault for the replacement axle breaking due to high speed and bumps. This is BS. I had done nothing different with that axle than the originals. The axle went bad on my way home on a paved road at about 65 mph (the posted speed limit). I am most unhappy. I have since replaced the rear axles with aftermarket that I have already put over 200 miles on and am happy with ****** i have been very happy with the macerick x3 performance and longevity, and believe it to be a quality machine. Just unhappy with the fact that BRP would not stand behind that replacement axle. It very well could be a manufacturing mishap.Review fromMario M

1 starWe bought a 2021 can am limited max brand new. Within just weeks it had to have a brand new front differential put into it. After being fixed it still drive horribly. We were told by the dealer that it's driving just fine. It's also always had a hard time starting and in 50 degrees and under if you tried moving it right after starting within the first minute it would stall. Called multiple times about these complaints they told me it's was fine. Finally after a recall comes out about the front diff do they now say I was right. So again a front diff recall fix was now put in along with numerous window switch fails, door handle fails and latch fails. After all this it's still runs terrible. We did have a couple mouse nests that were in the machine but it did not cause these issues and we paid out of pocket to have that cleaned out. Mind you we have a 3 year can Am warranty. We paid for a full service done by the dealership. Just months later we state it's still running terrible and that the engine lights are coming on and state to them it is still under warranty for a few months. They say we'll call and make an appt. We leave 2 messages to make an appt and finally again message them that we have been ignored. We have to then again reach out to can am/ brp to resolve this issue of our vehicle not starting at all and has been sitting for months. They put in a claim but we have still not heard a word. For a 35k utv with extended warranty I would hope for better. Also the ac absolutely stinks and barely has ever worked. This machine has been a complete lemon and if you go on any utv forum you will see similar complaints all over the place. There are a bunch of us that are going to go on these forums very soon to warn all future customers to not make the same mistakes by buying a can am because the company is not standing behind their machines or warranty. Beware do not buy a can am.Review fromarnoldo D

1 starI have a 2022 can am commander very low hours and milage only ridden on farm land and pavement. This is my first can am unit, well it's in the shop and I'm being told it's going to coat me 1500 for a bad carrier bearing that also damaged the drive axle. As i looked into this there is 1000s of videos and complaints on UTV forums of others dealing with this same issues accross all years and models so obviously this is a flaw in their design that has yet to be resolved. My un 2022 can am commander 700xt is at ***** **** powersports in ******************** where I bought the unit from and am a loss for words. They only repair with OEM PARTS so I'm afraid to pay this 1500 then 2 months down the rd thr same thing happen.. I've babied this thing and stuff is still breaking...Review fromRobert R

1 starFirst off, the actual product is awesome I enjoy it, I recently purchased a can-am Ryker 600ace brand new from a brp authorized dealership in *** ******, at the time of purchase the salesman, his manager, and several other people involved at the dealership all told me that this purchase was something I'd never regret, I asked all of them how the Ryker held it's value since even the 600ACE had an out the door price tag of 11,000, which is pretty expensive, and they all told me that the can-am Ryker or any other product holds it value very well compared to other motorcycles, so I purchased it, it was more of an impulse buy, but 6 months later my wife has become terminally ill and I am working a lot so I don't get to enjoy my motorcycle, we fell behind on our rent, and bills so I have no choice but to sell the motorcycle and the can-am authorized dealerships in *** ****** act like they don't want the bike, and the one who has offered to buy it has given me such a low offer but due to my current situation I will have to take it, I looked up the value and trade in value is barely half of what I paid, and their dealerships treat me like I'm a scum of the earth for wanting to sell it back, the current offer i got from a can-am dealership is a quarter of what I paid 6 months ago and the bike has less than 500 miles on it, and nothing wrong with it or cosmetic damages how can this company be allowed to operate with such dishonest information to potential buyers and then their dealers don't even want to buy their products back and when their do it's for a fraction of what you actually pay what a scheme they have going not even a car dealership will completley low ball you as they areReview fromBilly J
