    I sent in a check to pay off my loan at least a week before the due date. A day before the due date I checked to see if they had received the check. They told me they hadn't. So I paid off the loan online to avoid any penalty, being assured that if the check did come in later, it would be sent back to me, since the account would have been closed by my online payment. Well, they cashed my check after they received it, ignoring the fact my account has been closed. I was charged by my own bank for insufficient fund. They would not pay me back for their mistake. It was only $25,

    AQUA FINANCE Inc. (Id give Zero Stars if I could) Do not do business with this them, if you make a payment on a loan more than what you owe the balance should go towards the principle of your loan, with this business very little of your over payment does not. So I decided to payoff the loan early, I had arranged for them to take the money from my account to payoff the loan after they had told me that they never received the check that I had sent them. As to the interest kept adding up by the week so they say and they would send back my check if they received it. They took the money out of my account to payoff the loan, then ended up cashing the check that I had sent them, so they lied and took the money to payoff my loan twice!!! And it was for a lot of money. I had to call them and explain what they did and had lied to me about sending my check back to me when they didn't do that and took more money out of my account and return what they now owe me, it took about two days and the money was replaced, but it should have never happened to begin with. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH AQUA FINANCE INC.

    Wosrt company I have ever dealt with. My car loan was acquired by this company, My last payment prior to Aqua Finance aquiring the loan was not credited. I provided proof from my bank and my receipt from the prior loan company. Aqua Finance has not correceted the matter. Nearly impossible to get a human on the phone line. Once you do get a human customer service rep, all have had very diffult time with English.

    Purigan Water's finance company. Absolutely awful experience and glad to pay them in full to never ever have to deal with them again.There is a reason the *** sued them for $43 million dollars ************************************************************************************************************************************* and ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    I had a water system installed back mid 2021 after purchasing our first home, at first everything was great, about a year later services changed, the company they used went to 4 days a week up to 1:30pm, it was so hard to get in contact with anyone. On top of that the payment system changed, over processed fees, late for $1, just like others here. Apparently, they had a lawsuit settlement and I only just found out about it when my system mechanics jammed up and wanted to claim my lifetime warranty. No letters or emails about loan forgiveness or refunds, and now they want $165 to come out and fix it! It's a lifetime warranty and we were told no fees if it ever needed to be fixed. I have been on the phone with *** and Aqua for 3 hours, my statements are missing from the original date and then they transferred me back to *** instead of answering what I should do questions. Save your money and time if you had a water system installed call *** Aquafinance refund ******* for number) to find out if *** has you on the settlement list. If they don't get your statements and original loan docs to prove that you had a system installed by them up until Dec 2023 get ***s email and you need your name, mailing address, phone#, email address and proof of purchase. Isn't it interesting that my statements go to April 2023 but no earlier? I'm missing 2 years of statements!

    Ive financed my RV May 2023. I send them 1/2 payments every two weeks. They hold my payments until the due date. When I call them they tell me they never received my payment but the very next day they process the payments. This is a shady business practice and I would not recommend them for any business. Ive emailed them several times trying to get this worked out however they never responded.

    They sold my account to another company wanted me to pay them and didn't want a settlement. Put a lien on my property. Told them I was unemployed and the account was sold to ****. Came back saying they wanted all the money and I was not eligible for the reduced settlement. They shouldn't get any stars

    Totally crooked company. Do not expect Aqua Finance to do right by you as a consumer in any financing contract ; however, Aqua finance holds consumers accountable regardless of the situation. We should have never done business with Aqua finance. Save your money $$ do business elsewhere anywhere. Do not get swindled.
