      Dear Aqua Finance **** Executive Team,I hope this letter finds you well. Upon reviewing my credit report, I was taken aback to find multiple late payments recorded for the period of August 2023 through December 2023.I have always made a conscious effort to stay current with my payments, and to the best of my knowledge, I submitted payments when I received my statements. The only explanation I can offer is that during this time, I was experiencing severe technical issues, for which your company dispatched several technicians to resolve. I distinctly recall being instructed not to make payments until the matter was fully addressed.Given these circumstances, I respectfully request the immediate removal of these late payments from my credit report. In light of the longstanding positive relationship Ive maintained with your company, I believe this issue was a misunderstanding and should not negatively impact my credit standing. I also kindly ask for a refund of any late fees that may have been assessed during this period.Furthermore, I reference the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) under 15 USC 1666b, 1681i, and 1692g, which highlights the importance of accurate billing and reporting. In light of potential violations and inaccuracies, I urge Aqua Finance to promptly rectify this situation by removing the late payments from all credit reporting agencies.I trust that we can resolve this matter efficiently, and I would prefer to avoid any further complications for both parties.       I sent a check from WAKULLA TITLE COMPANY after closing on my new home in **************** that over paid my loan that cleared on June 17, 2024 on my account at aqua was paid in full plus ****** overpayment. I was lied to several times by ************** over payment of $ ****** was being sent back to my new address. I was told in the last conversation again ops we didn't send it. This is the second time they told me it was sent. they said this takes up to 4 weeks again to recieve it. Now i don't trust them anymore. My address is *************************************

      Referred to Lyon Financial by pool builder Sandcastle Pools LHC, *** 1/16/22 I go online and applied they offered low veterans as low as 4.9 rates. I received conditional approval email 1/18/2022. I uploaded docs and it was confirmed 1/21/2022. Which I cannot access this info on the site havent been since beginning. Lots of various emails showing attachments but there werent any attached. When I do get info of terms etc, it was in correct and or I could never get a straight answer. I asked numerous times what the interest rate was going to be. Finally I receive an email 1/27/22 stating AQUA FINANCE issued final approval but no loan docs attached. 1/31/22 I receive email from ******* ******** no attachment a pasted doc to confirm info, its incorrect also theres a $750 fee and interest rate at *****% at 240 months. I contact about the interest rate and that Im not signing until things are agreeable. 3/3/22 rec email from ******* with different figures, TERM IS NOW 180 MONTHS. (240 MONTH OR MORE IF LOAN WAS OVER $50,000) still *****% which on Lyon finance site showed as low as 4.9% veterans rate. But I see that the loan company says AQUA FINANCE. I call, I email etc leave messages and no response many times. Also I had numerous inquiries done by this company ******* the *** when i asked why i was not given the 4.9% she said my FICO was not high enough I have the document my they ran twice in one day score 700 one day and 697nthe other day. Needed 700 for the lower rate. They just s**** people over, I had no debt, money in the bank etc. Current princ *** $52,669.32 total outstanding *** $52,891.33 I have been paying $728.94 since may 15, 22 total payments $19681.38 original loan amount $54,000 + $750 fee to **** = $54,750 at *****% 180 month = $131,209.20

      Aqua Finance **** has me locked into an agreement at a 14% interest rate and monthly payment that is exploitative, abusive, and is not a contract I would have ever agreed to had they not misinformed and mislead me. They work in conjunction with Home Finance, who initially helped me with the roof installation on my 130 year old home and who had arranged for financing to be provided for "home owners like me." These two companies took advantage of me, told me a lower monthly rate and interest rate, and have mislead me in the financial details of the agreement. The false marketing and lack of guidance I was provided has left me paying ****** a month and watching almost every cent go towards paying interest instead of the principle. They make reaching them on the phone nearly impossible and they transfer you to a call center, where folks are unhelpful and leave you with more questions than answers. I have been told they do not refinance and are unwilling to renegotiate any details pertaining to my loan.

      ************** purchase my boat loan from ******* banking. This was a simple interest loan. I made payment to the principal on top of my monthly payment and Vantage always applied the extra payment to principal. **** refuses to take payments directly to principal. I have called them on two occasions asking how to make payments to principal. They refuse, the just add payment to next months payment which is not applying extra payment to principal. I was trying to pay off loan earlier by making principal payments.

      The company dealer was very deceitful. Aqua Finance charges a "Daily" Interest rate and they do not put enough of your payment towards the principal balance. They never told me about the type of interest rate I would be paying.

      We are in August. Aqua Finance has not provided updated reporting to the 3 credit bureau's since June. I contacted them and asked for the reason. They gave me a statement saying "we final the last business day of every month". Great. I let them know they never reported in July. They said they would look into it. Nothing. I filed a complaint on the file, then 1 in email, then another on the phone again. The 3rd attempt we were told an official "dispute" was filed regarding our issue. I called again today to find out a status and was told they closed the dispute (without notifying us) and told us to file a complaint with the 3 credit bureau's ourself. NO HELP. During the call today, I asked to speak with the manager. The guy refused to let me speak with their manager. After asking over 8x, he stated he would schedule a call back. Think that will happen? def not! This has been the WORST customer service. They are terrible. We ended up paying off the balance at the beginning of the month. The site will even looks empty and does not show the proper balance payoff. What a nightmare company this is!

      I purchase water treatment from sales *** and was guided to use Aqua finance. I was told that interest would be deferred and start June 2024 according to Aqua ***resentative.I called in 2023 to payoff balance and was told I could take advantage of the additional time period because of financial hardship because the interest would be deferred and start after June 15 2024. I understood that the interest would begin after the promotion period . I missed the deadline to payoff I called in July **************************************************************** July of 2024 the collected interest was added into ****. I did not understand that. I have stayed on auto withdrawal so I did not have need to get payment slip and review **** much and I did trust what I was told in those previous occasions.On Aug 1 and **************************************** resolving this matter and pay my original payoff balance of ***** but the company ***resentatives feel strongly they do not need to assist me according to them no one would tell me any different because it had been more than 30 days so they could not extend my promotion period or accept original payoff and I will have to be sent to collections if unable to continue to keep up payments. I wish to resolve this matter . I saw on their statement that they will assist if matters are brought to their attention within 60 days but the *** said because as of Aug 1 it was more than 30 days they could not help me by extending interest deferment . I am asking they honor that same deferment because the **** says that a person has to contact them w/I 60days of error and I am W/I 60 days at this date.Overall I missed a deadline because I have auto draft but have been trying for a month to resolve but after today Aug 15 th its technically over 60 days and I do not know what else to do in effort to protect my credit but also be able to continue to feed my family . I am a single parent in need of assistance please.
