    I purchased an RV through Aqua Finance in June of 2024. I noticed right away that my principal amount was not on my statements reducing loan amount. Or the amount wasnt accurate to what should have been applied. After months (3 calls) of calling for an amortization table, I received an email with the information on April 29, 2025. The email had the statement of account attached as well. Statement of accounts and amortization table do not match. Their amortization table was all over the place. According to my statement I owe more than what I actually should. I am going to call again today April 29th. to try and resolve the issue of what they owe me. My experience so far communicating with this company has not been positive. Their accounting practices seem very deceitful. Since they are not applying payments accurately, I feel they will not be compliant and correct amount owed. My biggest concern is this practice will continue throughout the loan. I am not sure I will be able to get out from underneath it if it continues in this path, because it isnt reducing my debt ratio or showing a positive reduction in my credit score. My payments are on time or before due date.

    When i got signed up for my water treatment products, I was told they would take 5 years to pay off. That was in 2019. It's ************************************ They even got sued and found guilty of doing predatory loans and lying to people to sign them up. Part of the settlement was that you could get your account closed/forgiven. That's what I want. I don't want any money back, just don't want to deal with them anymore. I called them out on these very issues they were found guilty of before any lawsuits happened or the *** got involved.

    I want then to reach out to me through email so I have all communication in writing as they have proven time and time again that their word can't be trusted. They don't want to admit or take any responsibility. They don't return emails. I attached a photo to show I am not lying about them being guilty of having salespeople that con and lie and harass people into loans with them.

    I find this account to be incorporated with inaccurate information, I strongly believe this to be misleading and misrepresentation of my credit history.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Aqua Finance, Inc. due to unresolved issues with their customer service, faulty water system, and account access problems. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, I have faced poor communication, disconnections, and a lack of assistance. These issues have resulted in financial consequences and damage to my credit.Account Details:Account Number: ********** Outstanding Balance: $7,827.22 Past Due Amount: $163.64 Late Fees: $50 Monthly Payment: $88.64 Total Due by April 19th: $302.28 Issues:Account Access: I cannot access my account online and have video evidence of my failed attempts. Despite my efforts, Ive been charged late fees without being able to make payments.Customer Service: I am repeatedly disconnected, and representatives hang up after confirming my identity. Ive had no meaningful assistance.Culligan Assistance: When I contacted Culligan for help, I was referred back to Aqua Finance, where I was disconnected again and given no help.Faulty Water System: Despite numerous service calls, my system continues to malfunction, and no resolution has been ************** Sent on March 24, 2025: I emailed Aqua Finance requesting help and a resolution by March 28th, but received no response.Requested Resolution:Retrieve the faulty water system and cancel the contract entirely.Reversal of late fees and charges, as I couldnt access my account.Immediate resolution of account access issues before retrieval.Compensation for costs due to the faulty system and unresolved service calls.Cancellation of the contract with no further financial obligation or damage to my credit.Investigation into poor customer service and repeated disconnections.Assistance from a representative to arrange retrieval and resolution.

    Aqua Finance did not inform us they were putting a lean on our house before we signed papers to receive a loan from them to have a new bathtub installed. We found out about the lean after agreeing to sell our house which caused us to lose the sale after we had already bought another house hours away and because of this we had to keep up payments and utilitities on 2 houses for 4 months. **************** made no attempt to help and eveb lied saying they would call back and never did. If we had known about lein we never would have agreed to the loan to begin with

    My name is ******* ********* my date of Birth is ********** , my last four of my social is ************************************************************ company that is reporting wrongly on my credit report named Aqua Finance Acct #****** with a balance of $5702.00 , they are not a registered business and are reporting wrong information on my credit report , they are reporting late payments on my credit report since the month of October 2024 December 2024 and this was paid on time , I am asking for them to correct this payments that were made on time.

    I received a check for the lawsuit against Aqua Finance last month, and I wasn't sure what exactly it was. I did some research and read about the entire lawsuit. When I went to Aqua Finance's website, they had some general information about it, along with some information on what to do next. It said we didn't need to do anything, and that loans would forgiven and would be removed from the account.This webpage has since been removed, but based off what I read and all the information I was given, from ****, I assumed I would no longer need to keep paying off the loan. Since then, they have called to collect past due amounts, and when I spoke with them they said the balance was still due, and the information I saw was general information but didn't mean it applied to everyone. I explained that didn't make any sense, and if that were the case they should have specified that we would receive communication IF our loans were going to be forgiven. I feel as thought I was misled once again by Aqua, and would like some guidance on what we can do. We never received any type of information, communication of any sort, regarding this lawsuit or being part of receiving refunds etc. I don't even use the water system anymore because the main company that assists with maintenance is requiring me to do a bunch of work on it, which was never discussed when we originally purchased the system. I do not want to keep paying for something I can't even use.I think it is wrong to mislead and put information on your website that states accounts would be forgiven and debt removed, to then remove that information and then state it was just general information.

    ********* windows handle financing with Aqua Finance. I was told a percentage rate and monthly payment amount. Eight months into the loan I owe more than I originally borrowed! I just made a $1000 payment and only $70 went to interest. They are charging a daily interest fee on top of my monthly interest fee. At this rate my kids will never pay off the loan.

    I have a loan financed through Aqua finance, because of seasonal work I pay payments in advance, I spoke directly with one of their agents explainingI wanted my payment stretched five months and not a principal payment. They however, applied three months of payments and the rest to principal. Ive reached out to them 15 times they see the money, but cant understand why it was not applied to stretch the payments paid through for five months. This has been gone on for two months. Ive been waiting for the resolution team to correct their error and they havent.since then I was receiving Collection calls, past due notices and now its affecting my credit report they did stop the collection calls and billing, but its been far too long for them not to have applied the payments to where they were instructed to apply them. Their mistake is causing me financial disaster with a credit bureaus.

    On 03 September 2024 my husband and I made a purchase from ***. We were promised a full year no payments or interest. After install of the product, our first statement from **** was no payment due. The next months statement suddenly shows we are late. Upon reaching out to ***, I have been shuffled around and ignored until someone finally revealed to me that we apparently did not qualify for that promotion. Now we are three months behind and cant feed ourselves because of the payment we were promised would not be due for a full year. We were also coached to search for a better interest rate for the next year .Loan for the amount of $44,856 ends up costing $107,530.20. I am a 100% disabled service connected veteran protected by ************ Lending Act.
