            3-22-2024 We traded in a 23 Toyota Tacoma for a 24 Toyota Tacoma. We got it payed $5000.00 to them on the trade. To it out drove it and it started to make a loud noise and we took it back on the 3-23-2024. We looked at other cars and decided on a 2024 Toyota 4 Runnner. They wouldn’t allow us the 5000.00 back on the 4 Runner. We sat there and we got our old truck back and lost the 5000.00. I have talked to the GM and he was not that polite. I have called Toyota and one girl said that they would get my money back. The one girl said it was up to the dealership. I have waited for a response and they fail to do so. I have video with the sound of the truck but I couldn’t send it. I would like for something to done.

            I took my car there to get a problem diagnosed and fixed. They called me a few days later, saying that it was a bad oxygen sensor, then saying that it would cost $983 to fix. They also said that there was a chance that that was not the only issue, so this might be the first step. I asked how much the replacement part was, they told me $400. I told them not to work on it and I was picking up the car. I came and got the car, they charged me $153 for diagnosing the issue. I went to ******** ****, they diagnosed the issue for free and I bought a $35 replacement part. Fixed the issue. The staff argued with me, telling me that non-Toyota parts rarely work and that information found on forums (for my specific make and model car) are almost always wrong, etc. They wanted to charge me $983 for a problem that was fixed for $35.
