My garbage has not been picked up in 7 weeks. Not just mine but everybody's that lives on my road. At first it was due to bad weather and bad roads which was understandable, but for the last 3 weeks the roads have been clear the school buses have been running on it. And yet the garbage truck refuses to run. We have called and they will tell us to call back at 3:30 pm and when we do they will not answer the phones. The answering machine picks up and says they are closed. They don't close until 4:00 pm. They offered me $10 discount off my bill and promised to pick it up this Friday 1, 2025 it was not picked up. If my trash is not picked this coming week. I will be canceling my service and will expect a partial refund.Review from Matt P

Poor service, not picking up trash upon the agreed-upon dates of pick up canceling my service due to trash bags, seven to 8 pounds. Yes I did individually weigh them. The company offered no resolution did not pick up. Would not recommend to anyone. They are the only trash service in my area. Therefore they have a monopoly and can do whatever they like is taking advantage of the customer. In fact, I am the only person on my entire road that was using their service and was forced to cancel due to noncompliance on the businesses end. Furthermore, I am seeking legal action. If they attempt to send me a bill. I talked to a supervisor about leaving a survey review. She informed me that that was not available and not an option.Review from Amanda T

User website is not friendly. Charged me double on my bill because I did not unchecked the box that deducts automatic prefilled payment. It has me to enter the amount as well. Therefore charging me DOUBLE the payment. Did not send me a confirmation email that.my payment was processed and for what amount. Also throughout.the winter they often skip our route altogether due to road conditions and still deduct the full amount of the bill. They do not adjust the price and they should!
