I found a car on their website that I wanted look at so I scheduled a time to see it. I got a confirmation text at 8 a.m. Friday; taking time off from work and driving 50 miles to see it. I got a response to my text around 10 a.m. saying “ see you then”. When we got there, we sat done and explained which vehicle we wanted to look at. The sales girl went to look for it and came back to tell us that a salesman must have taken it out. She went back out and then came back again this time telling me that it had been sold I was absolutely furious. How could a business do that to a customer. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Stay away. 100 mile round trip and barely an apology. I guess my time and fuel is not important.Review from David S

Drove to the dealership this morning to purchase a used Toyota RAV4. They specifically asked me what I needed to have in the vehicle. I told them the most important thing was a leather interior on two separate occasions I receive texts stating that the vehicle did indeed have leather interior. When I drove there to look at the car and most likely purchase it, the car definitely did not have leather. They blamed it on the Internet. I believe they knew it didn’t have leather and try to get me down there to sell me your car. They basically wasted two hours of my day and $20 worth of gas I recommend you stay away from these people .Review from Dwayne H

I bought a used car from them and 4 days after buying it the check engine light came on took 2 phone calls and a text to salesman to get a response 2 weeks later finally get it in and they still not entirely sure what is wrong with it then tried to make me pay for the diagnostic total bs they only want to pay 30 PERCENT I just want to know how they sleep at night doing this kind of stuff to people unbelievable I will not recommend toothman Ford and sowers to anyone don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!Review from Frank H

On July 24th,I drove 170 miles roundtrip to purchase a Ford F-150 pickup truck from Toothman and Sowers Ford. I signed a sales agreement, paid a $2,500 deposit, and made arrangements to take delivery of the truck on July 27th. On July 26th the Toothman and Sowers salesman called to tell me he was off yesterday, and another salesperson sold the truck I had purchased a day earlier. Toothman and Sowers offered nothing in consideration of this very serious breach of contract. The sales rep asked if I would b interested in a downgraded version of the truck I had agreed to purchase, which seemed like a "bait and switch" tactic. I am pursuing this through legal channels and advise all potential buyers to stay far away from this dishonest dealership.
