    American auto transport, reached out to me to ship a vehicle. While we received similar offers we accepted theirs. The agent REMOVEDclaimed he had spoken to the driver and got the approval for the amount of $300 and $120 due after contract is signed which was signed. He also PROMISED the vehicle would be picked up on Thursday which it was not. Prior to pick up I informed him that fees would continue to add up if he is not there. He even requested my PIN number that allowed a driver I did not know to pick up my vehicle further creating the optics that he had indeed spoken to one. The date of pick up I reached out to him to get an ETA for the driver, he claimed he'd check, when he messaged back he claimed the driver wanted $800 which is another $500 dollars more. This is a violation of the bait and switch tactic. I called his manager REMOVEDwhom identified himself as the CEO and that my contract states the driver can cancel and request more money. They knew this going in and I had a feeling they would pull this stunt and I notated it at time of contract to later support me filing suit against the company. He also tried to issue a refund to keep me from filing any complaints or suit which furthermore proves my point. I explained to him the harm has been done financially, and mentally, he has continued harass me with several text messages and phone calls.

    My bf REMOVEDarranged and made a down payment of $200 on 1/13/26 for my car a 2015 REMOVEDCX-5 to be transported by this company Ameri Auto Transport LLC to be transported and delivered to REMOVEDthe day after we moved and flew out here. We were assured my car would be delivered the day after our flight 1/25/26 I have been unable to get ahold of anyone other than an Indian man that goes by the name REMOVEDfor any communication regarding my delivery. Hes given excuses that his grandmother passed away so our car would be delayed then assured the next day 3 separate times it would be picked up at 3-4pm eastern then it was the driver is stuck in REMOVEDso it would be REMOVEDpm then we contacted the driver he assured us my car would be picked up the morning of our flight between 9-10 am. Then trying to call there is no voicemail for this business I keep getting this REMOVEDwho assures me it isnt a scam and will refund me but has 10 days to do so. Its been over 19 days everytime I call or REMOVEDhe assures us it will be picked up wanted me to leave my car unlocked with the key in a wheel well for the driver. My bf father said nope bc it will be impounded in this small town in REMOVED, REMOVEDand will wait for them to pick up at his address instead. 2 days later still hasnt been picked up. REMOVEDis now asking for $2,800 for a driver to pick it up 45 min from now and wont find a cheaper or better car transport company. I have no confidence in the pick up or delivery as its been over 10 days and he said he would refund REMOVEDwe are done dealing with this company. The main line and customer service number are both the same I barely get communication with this car delivery business and he keeps giving us the runaround saying if it was a scam it would be millions of dollars laughing. I want a refund !! This is ridiculous not professional. We have been assured for over 19 days of a pickup and refund but still he keeps repeating the same. Refund is we want

    I sought out this company to transport my vehicle from REMOVEDto REMOVED, was asked to pay 200, for a total of 600 to transport the vehicle. The driver who was supposed to pick up my car canceled, and they indicated that they could get another driver for .60 a mile, totaling 1200, which I don't have. They are telling me i signed a contract, an that it was an estimate. I am trying to cancel the reservation and they are telling me it costs 200 to cancel, or I can wait 10 days and they will refund my money but I have to pay 75 for a paperwork fee. This place is low balling transport to get people to sign a contact to later on cancel on them, they are making their money on people who can not afford much.

    This company is running a scam where they offer a service and give you a price to get a deposit and right after you send the deposit they say they cant provide the service or demand more money

    We respectfully submit the following response regarding the complaint filed by REMOVEDfor Order Number: 30477347-AU.
    Our company, Ameri Auto Transport LLC, does not engage in any misleading or scam-related practices. We operate as a licensed vehicle transportation broker, and our process is clearly explained to every customer before any payment is requested.
    Clarification of the Situation:
    The customer was provided with an initial estimated price based on market availability at the time of inquiry.
    As clearly explained to the customer, vehicle REMOVEDpricing is dynamic and depends on real-time driver availability. Prices may change daily as different drivers enter or leave a route.
    To secure a driver at the quoted rate, customers are required to book the slot and pay the deposit on the same day. Without confirming the slot, the vehicle is not assigned to any driver.
    In this case, the customer did not proceed with final booking at the quoted time, and no vehicle was dispatched or transported.
    The deposit amount of $100.00 was for slot reservation and administrative processing, as disclosed during booking discussions.
    At no point was service intentionally denied after accepting payment, nor was any deceptive practice involved. The customer was fully informed that pricing is subject to availability and that booking confirmation is required to lock in a rate.
    We strive to be transparent and fair with every customer and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

    I am rejecting this response because: its false what they are stated I have all the text messages where I specifically asked if the had a driver already which they stated yes and after I sent the money they said the driver had breakdown and sent old pictures of a broke down truck and I ask what company was the driver from and when I called the company to verify they said they had no order to pick up my car and I looked at there REMOVEDreviews and this company has done the same thing to many people what they are doing is wrong and not good business at all

    Hired broker to ship my vehicle from REMOVEDto REMOVED. As soon as I sent deposit to get my vehicle they let me know driver broke down and they needed to get another carrier which would change the price from $550 to $1100 to ship my vehicle. This is as soon as I sent them contract back to ship vehicle. I let them know this was bad business and they said I could not get a different broker and get refunded $200 because of the contract. This was on 11/6/2025 which was Thursday. They promised delivery in 4 days. Now its 11/12/25 and they are saying the same thing the driver broke down and need to get a different driver which would make the price go up again. They gave me a number which the guy sounded exactly like the broker I was talking to and he would not give me any information on the business name business EIN , address for who they were and I has the calls recorded. I continued to ask who had my car and their business information they told me they different have the car and to ask the broker. The broker keeps telling me to ask the driver for the information and as the. Timer they have done their job. The number they gave me which is REMOVEDI think is another number they have and when I talked to the person on that number he sounded like he changed his voice and would not give me any information on the his company who was supposed to be hired by the broker. He got hostile and said my car is on the side of the highway in REMOVEDand if I didnt pay more then he would leave it there but refused to tell me where my car was. I told them I would contact authorities and report them to better business bureau they said they didnt care and hung up. I sent them a text stating it was law to provide me with imformation for the carrier and they still refused to give me the information. Please help me. I dont know where my car is and the brokerage seems like a scam company trying to take advantage of Americans.

    We completely understand the customers concern, and we are here to help and provide full transparency. The customer hired us to find and assign a licensed carrier to ship their vehicle from REMOVED, IN to REMOVED
    After the initial driver encountered a mechanical issue and was unable to continue the trip, we immediately began searching for another carrier to prevent further delay. The customer was informed about this situation as soon as we received the update. We then assigned a new carrier to ensure their vehicle reached the destination safely.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the carriers delay and the change in price, which was due to last-minute availability and equipment issues. However, we have not abandoned the customer or their vehicle. Our senior manager, REMOVED, has been in direct communication with the customer throughout this process, providing updates and trying to reassure them that their vehicle is in transit and will be delivered between November 1314, 2025.
    We have already provided the carriers information and are fully available by phone and email for any updates. We kindly ask the customer to respond to our calls or messages so we can continue assisting them.
    Ameri Auto Transport LLC is a licensed and legitimate brokerage that works only with verified and insured carriers. We take pride in maintaining transparency and helping our customers throughout their shipment process.

    They never answered the phone and over charged me $300 the carrier also was not able to get in contact with Ameri. So the complaint was not resolved . Please keep the complaint on their public profile

    Was emailed an extremely low cost quote from REMOVEDto ship my vehicle. After calling, I was immediately demanded to pay a $175 refundable reservation fee to even be considered. These invoices came from two random emails REMOVEDand REMOVEDclaiming to be associated with this company. After providing my card information, I received another email from a different email address REMOVEDwith my auto-receipt and all of my shipping information. I then contacted the company to ensure they received my payment so we could move forward with the process. Upon calling, I was guaranteed from REMOVEDthat my vehicle would be picked up on a specific date and put everything on the line in hopes that he would keep his word. I called daily to check and was told not to worry but, unfortunately, the day of shipment there was apparently a local strike that the company had no control over. I was reasonably suspicious so I then called a reputable company to see if my vehicle was even listed on the brokers site that all drivers had access to. It was not listed, thus providing I had just got scammed. I asked for a refund knowing I wouldnt get one even after REMOVEDagreed to pay it in several emails. After multiple attempts, I decided to take this as a learning REMOVEDand try to inform as many people as possible so that they dont fall prey. This company is not to be confused with American Auto Transport REMOVEDas they have very similar names and products! I believe this was done intentionally so that no one would be able to find bad reviews about the company Im actually reporting which is Ameri Auto Transport LLC. They are scammers, liars, and send out fraudulent contracts that mean nothing. Dont waste your time or money trying to go the cheapest route because thats usually an indicator of overpromising just to get more info out of you. Hopefully one day I will get my refund as times are hard enough.

    On Wednesday 8 January 2025, I agreed to pay Ameri-auto transport LLC a deposit of $225 to ship my vehicle from REMOVED, WY to REMOVEDFL at which point I agreed to pay $500. The pick up date was 11 January 2025, and when it reached the afternoon that day I called to inquire on where the driver was. They indicated that because the driver was stuck in REMOVEDin a wildfire (nowhere near the pickup site) they would only be able to commit to the transport for an additional $1600. I told them no, the original price of $500 was going to have to do which I have documentation of. They said they would attempt to find a new driver but at this point I realize this is a bait and switch scam

    Ameri Auto Transport LLC was hired to ship an automobile, The original contract was for $850 total ($150 downpayment and $700 upon delivery). $150 was paid as per the contract.Ameri later said they were unable to ship at that price and required the contract be changed to $1175 (total ($150 downpayment and $700 upon delivery). Ameri again said they were unable to ship at that revised price and again required the contract be changed to $1750 (total ($150 downpayment and $1600 upon delivery). When car arrived, driver demanded $1700. REMOVEDat Ameri had confirmed the amount would be $1600 (per text included) and that Ameri would make up any difference.They subsequently refused.Ameri engaged in breach of contract, bait and switch after the receipt of the initial payment and unfair trade practices after the initial contract was agreed.

    I reached out to Ameri Auto Transport to have my vehicle shipped from REMOVED, REMOVEDto REMOVED. I was quoted a price of $350, and have a text message to back this up. I sent them $125 via Venmo on 2/23/24 as a deposit. The driver never showed up on the agreed upon date, of 2/25 or 2/26. I was then told they could then send out another driver but the cost would now be $1000. I told them I was not interested and to refund my $125 as I would make other arrangements. They then actually had the nerve to tell me it would cost me another $200 to cancel. I just want my $125 refunded to me.
