I've spent 1 full year trying to get warranty work done by them.I have a Chrysler Pacifica that has paint that's bubbling on the hood and sliding doors. I took it to their service centre a few months before warranty expired (took it in in July 2023). Work was approved for the hood (but it was never fixed). Then I found out the paperwork was never submitted for the sliding door. I've called and visited so many times, and am always told someone will follow up and call me back. No one ever has. It's been since July 2023 I've been trying to get answers from them. Not even the ** is responding. Terrible customer service. Very unhappy with their team.I've spoken to several people: receptionist(s), the service guys at the counter, random Chrysler people that phone me, left emails/message/voicemail for their **. I have taken my car to Maple Ridge Chrysler for several years and was always happy with thier services. I took my car in and got the headlights replaced and an alignment. I had a dentist appointment the next day and called to see if my car was ready having been reassured by the service rep it would be. My service reps phone was not taking messages. I called all the numbers to try to find out what was holding up my car. Each time I was passed to the service reps phone not taking messages. I paid for an **** to and from the dentist. I called the receptionist who said the service rep was away and there was nothing they could do till he got back. I emailed the manager and left a phone message no reply. This was Thursday mid day when I dropped off my car. My car was not ready until the following Monday morning. My car was in the shop Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. I had to pay an **** to get around. When I went to pay and pick up my car my bill was way above the quoted price. The staff who came to explain what happens said the service manager was on vacation. He lowered my bill stated some parts were miss priced. He said my rep had an emergency and they thought he was coming in Friday but he didn't. The service manager was away on vacation. I had emailed him and left a message that is why I didn't get a reply. I told them I was disatisfied with the service and would not come back. Then he disgruntled to me "What are we not allowed to make mistakes?" and said he regretted giving me a lowered cost. This is all true. Apparently we have to choose a star and I really have no reason to give them even one.

I recently experienced a deeply disappointing situation with Mapleridge Chrysler that I feel compelled to share. A few nights ago, during a particularly stressful drive to ******* ******** **** ** **** *** **** *****, we encountered a tire issue. The tire was slashed, necessitating an immediate replacement with the spare. However, to our dismay, the crucial "key" required for accessing the spare tire was missing from the vehicle's jack kit. Instead, we found superfluous rods, but not what was essential. This was particularly frustrating as the only service my vehicle had undergone was a tire replacement at Mapleridge Chrysler a few months prior, during which no one else would have needed to use this jack kit. In our time of need, the response from Mapleridge Chrysler's service department was utterly disheartening. My attempts to reach them for assistance resulted in being shuffled between different teams, with no resolution. The severity of our situation seemed to be lost on them – stranded in the cold, rainy night with a **** child, and unable to get help from towing companies due to the missing "key". The thought of what could have happened if this occurred on a busy highway is frightening. To this day, as I write this, I am yet to receive any form of contact from the dealership, despite my efforts to reach out. The responses I did get were unhelpful, redirecting me from one department to another. This level of incompetence, lack of leadership, and what seems like ********** ********* practices are unacceptable. I strongly believe that such practices by a dealership like Mapleridge Chrysler should not be tolerated. WARNING: AVOID doing business with Maple Ridge Chrysler.Following my personal experience I am able to report the management of Maple Ridge Chrysler will NOT accept responsibility for mistakes made by their employees.In my case, a ********* representative assured me there was an expensive upgrade installed in the used vehicle I purchased. Even after the **************** *********************** investigated my complaint (buying a car with the understanding a $10,500 upgrade was installed) and DETERMINED the sales representative had MISREPRESENTED the upgrade was installed, when it was not in fact installed, Maple Ridge Chrysler refused to consider compensating me for a $10,500 + tax overpayment. At this time they won't respond to my request to discuss the ** *** findings.I did at one time speak with the general manager of Maple Ridge Chrysler, prior to submitting my complaint to the ** ***. I have an audio recording of the conversation, wherein the general manage states I made an assumption the expensive upgrade was installed. When I asked him to discuss the matter with the sales representative, the general manager refused to do so.I find the business practises of Maple Ridge Chrysler to be corrupt, illegal, improper, underhanded, unprofessional, unscrupulous, ********** and deceitful and untrustworthy.Review from Amir J

We did not get satisfactory service from Maple Ridge Chrysler as we brought to their attention that they overcharged us by $1,000.00 when a quote from another Maple Ridge in ******* was $1,000.00 lower that what they charged us.Talked to all the Management and service staff but to no avail. The only thing that they could offer us is a free service, costing about $139.00.After paying $5,750.00 there still was an engine light showing and we were told it would go away, but it did not. The noise in the car was reported to them by way of a Video showing the sound. They said that it would disappear after the engine was fixed, however, there is still a sound. We have made several calls them, but they are ignoring our calls and do not call back.I have dealt with this company for a long time now and we are very disappointed with their lack of responses and accountability.I have spoken to another mechanic who tells me that when they opened up the engine to repair the other problem they should have looked at it at that time and taken care of it with any additional cost.They are telling me that I have to pay $600.00 more to correct this problem.WhenReview from Jacideane P

Do not waste your time going to this dealership. They get the signature to sign the deal and they are absolutely done with you. I traded in my dodge journey for a 2017 ****** pathfinder back in december of 2020. I was told I needed a cosigner and I had no problem finding one. The problem is I was not added onto this loan and they told me that I would be able to transfer into my name after one year. I also put a ****** down-payment on what I thought was going to the ****** pathfinder but it went to the lien of the journey and they did not disclose that with me while we sat there for FOUR hours during the middle of winter. They not only added "GIFTS" to this loan it made it much higher than it should have been. They added two gift cards for two iPad, winter tires and carrier roof rack and storage. Come august I forgot about the winter tires I never received because they didn't order them like they said they were going to. I went elsewhere and purchase NEW tires because ********* ******* are unpredictable. I than called the manager in July letting him know that I didn't get the tires and he was very uptight. When I got to the dealership for the cheque he told me he did not have to give me the money back. Very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache dealing with this dealership. I tried everything to rectify the dealerships actions and got absolutely no where. Maple ridge Chrysler is rip off they sold me 2021 Kia **** with *****km for ***** dollars. Brand new 2023 Kia **** *****. I have bought 5 cars from this dealership in past and I trusted them However ******************** doesn't want to return any money back to me. The tue price of this car is ***** .don't buy cars here maple ridge Chrysler. My name *******************************. Total con artist i work hard for my money. I am going tell everyone I came across not buy maple ridge Chrysler. I asked for some money back from the bill of sale . This dealership is ******** *** dishonest. I purchased my truck brand new in 2020. Prior to pick up, I was promised scratches removed, paint corrected, dent fixed and tail gate fixed. On pick up, paint had been corrected, that was it. 4 trips later the tail gate had been repaired, nothing else corrected as per written agreement. With in a month, there was an exhaust leek, filling the cab with diesel fumes. I was told 3 times, it was nothing. On my 4th visit, I told them I would run a meter for the fumes, they agreed to have another look. I was then told it would be 3 weeks for the part to arrive, and to drive it until then. With 3 kids that I need to drive all of the time, this wasn’t ok. They gave me a courtesy truck. After a month, they needed their truck back and gave me a rental, as per my extended warranty. Almost 3 months later and all kinds of repairs, my truck was returned. I then received a bill from the rental company for $940, and was told maple ridge Chrysler resided to pay. I then called maple ridge and they said, that was not true. The rental company refined all charges. Over the 2 years, I have had countless issues with the truck. They replaced the navigation screen, but put a different one in. They are telling me, I have to call *** to get the correct one.Ben their sales manager Told me to go thru arbitration as this truck is a lemon. I tried with no success as the company no longer dealt with ***. I had 2 meetings with Ben about getting into a new truck, he did not follow thru. My last visit for an engine light, when picking up the truck it had hit something on front corner and 2 large scratches where the hood opens. I was told my chuck they took it to their body shop, but are now saying it wasn’t them. I have never even opened the hood! They also want to charge me for a days rental, as they said I should have picked it up they say before. I had no idea, as they hadn’t told me. They have been beyond dishonest and have not fixed any issues properly
