I had a wonderful experience on the Classic Brazil tour with my 19--year-old niece. From the pre-trip communications and airport transfers to the local guides in each location and the array of activities included in the itinerary, the trip was flawlessly organized and managed. While this tour was promoted as a "small group" tour up to 22 people, it ended up being a private tour for just the two of us, which was a nice surprise. I assume this was because nobody else had booked for the same dates.Indus works with local operators in each destination, so we had different guides in each location, and all were equally excellent. The hotels were all well located, well-appointed and all had delicious, substantial buffet breakfasts ************ thing that you do have to accept with Indus is a bit of uncertainty about some of the details going into the trip. Exact hotels were only revealed about 3 weeks prior, and specific timings for pickups, etc, were not confirmed until we arrived. However, you just have to trust the process and know that you'll be well taken care of! In each location, we were briefed on the pickup times and itinerary details on arrival, either through the app, by the local guide or via a letter delivered through the ********* other note is to do some price-checking for the optional activities. While most were well-priced, we found an alternate Samba Show that was amazing and MUCH cheaper than the one Indus was offering. Overall, this was one of the smoothest trips I've ever taken, and a fabulous tour of Brazil's most stunning highlights. Highly recommended!Indus Travels Inc.

Weve just returned from a bucket list trip to ***** and *****. We booked the trip through Indus Travels. I cant say enough positive things about the Indus staff, their travel partners and the included itinerary. Our initial concerns about safety were unfounded. Now is the perfect time to go the US dollar is strong, the tours are not overcrowded, the guides are kind, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The booking process was very thorough and the staff were patient. They answered questions and also provided a wealth of information re: the itinerary, weather, what to pack, and cultural aspects of ***** and ***. We were consistently met by staff at airport arrivals. Staff guided us through customs, immigration, visas, travel connections etc. It was a very seamless process and was very appreciated. What more can we possibly say about ***** the pyramids, Sphynx, temples, tombs. You must see it for yourself! ***** is another destination unto itself the architecture, gold and spice markets, desert safari and barbecue. It was an amazing experience.We want to mention the Indus staff who helped with our booking and itinerary -******* ***** and ****** Carajel. The travel partners in ***** were through ***** with ****** doing a great job of coordinating us with our drivers and guides. Our Cairo guide Iman was very knowledgeable and personable. Our guide on the four-night Nile Cruise was Kamar. He was very diligent, very knowledgeable, very personable. Both guides were great at taking pictures for us!The guides in ***** were also excellent! My friend and I had the BEST time on our Egypt trip with Indus last week. The trip was over the top AMAZING! Fun, informative, well-organized and with incredible sightseeing along the way. We loved our tour guides - they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hospitable. We felt safe and 100% taken care of the entire time. We loved everything about this trip and we can't wait to book the next Indus adventure! Our overview experience for 11 days of Treasures of ********* was good. Indus Travel team made efforts to guarantee our final Itinerary completely. The local team (******* and other third parties) used WhatsApp for seamless dynamic communications with us including picking up from and to airports, dropping to hotels, guide for all activities and tours, questions and answers in timely manner. Even my purse left behind by accident they acted immediately to trace it back to me which was very impressive. Our Highlights were City tour and Tango show in ***********, tour of Glacier at ************* in ***********, and tour of ************ at both sides of ********* and ******. The Guiders were nice and knowledgeable. This was a life experience to see the world wonders!! Trip was worth it even we had to fly four times in ********* as this country is so big! Improvement: Hope Indus Travel would send the Final Travel Document in time as they promised three weeks before departure.Indus Travels Inc.

Thanks to Indus I was able to achieve my dream to ****. It was everything what I could ask for and had great tour providers to offer and handle excursions, accommodations, and transportation which is of great convenience. Special thanks also to ******** and ****** whom were very resourceful and reliable in helping to book and modify my Peru trip to what I wanted. What I especially like about Indus are the various tour/travel types they offer to so many destinations - small group, self-drive, independent, train, and even solo tours! This year I worked with Jhonaton at Indus regarding a family vacation - a tour of **********. His advice on the best time of year to see the ***** and fauna was perfect. We added and extra day in ************ in order to do a city tour. Our local guide was friendly and showed us the best parts of the city.The next day we were off on our tour of **********, ******, ********** and *********. Each location came with its own beauty and weather. We experienced the rain forest, the mountain wind and cold and the glorious beach with its sun and surf. Mother Nature was very generous in providing us with a true picture of ***** Rican micro-climates.Each hotel/lodge was perfect and the staff, guides and drivers were exceptional. We could not have asked for anything better.We will be travelling with Indus again in the near future.Indus Travels Inc.

Not the Treasures of *******, ******** and Ireland rather Highway Robbery and sub-contracted out to ***********. Hotels (More Bait and Switch). Some of the hotels were not to the quality advertised on Indus website. Premiere Inn at **************** was not even in the same category as the Ibis at ****************. We stayed in both. The hotel in ********* was switched to a run-down hotel 34 minutes away in *******. Right by the homeless people at the train station. Couldnt open the window since smokestacks were located right outside our window and I had to fix a non-flushing toilet myself. We had 4 main tour guides with the bus drivers knowing more than the guides.Reading a 5-7 minute script is completely worthless. Tour guide even had the bus driver go right past the Three Sisters of **** *** the top attraction in ******** - we couldnt stop for 5 minutes for photos? Our first day with the local guide, tried to talk to all 51 of us with just her voice worthless, no microphone.Our day in ****** was almost ruined when the local insisted that the bus driver go down a one-way street twice. Finally, we left the bus and walked to see at least some of ******. Overwhelming Number of Participants Why did we waste time dropping and picking up other people at different hotels. We did not pay to be a taxi. Why were there 2 buses? And sometimes we were grouped in with the Spanish speaking tour group? So we would miss a lot of what was happening. Felt like half a tour.Our numbers would vary from 2 full buses totaling over 90+ to a more reasonable number of 14 people on our bus but still tagging along is a full 51 passenger bus of spanish speaking people which once arrived would dominate the attractions. On the paid for dinner night, my travel companion and I had to eat at the table with the Spanish speaking group. I could not communicate, we just smiled - although we just wanted to leave.Contacted Indus with more detail. No reply from Indus.Indus Travels Inc.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback on your recent trip to ******. We were sorry to learn that you did not enjoy the trip to its fullest. We reached out to the supplier and the tour guide to get their trip reports so we could better understand the situation. Our supplier aims to provide the same hotel or one of a similar star-rating category. When I check various online review and hotel sites for the *********** at ***** Court vs the Ibis at ****************, they both are given 4 stars. Based on customer satisfaction the Premier rates slightly higher than the Ibis. Of course, this is always subjective. We are sorry to learn that you did not feel the same. A last-minute change in ********* was required due to the ************ taking over several hotels for a conference during your stay. Thus, requiring the nights accommodation to be moved to ******* known for its beautiful Tudor style buildings. We communicated with the hotel management to find out why they did not change your room, but they advised us they have no record of a complaint/concern being made to the front desk staff. Had they known, they would have immediately changed your room. We were surprised by your description of the hotel location in *******. While its considered a working-class neighbourhood and near the train station, the sight inspection team has never come across these issues. They will do some unplanned visits over the next few months to see if things have changed. We appreciate that you would have liked to stop at the Three Sisters of **** *** but please note that this is not indicated as inclusion on the tour that you booked. The ************** escorts are required to adhere to the itinerary schedule (to the best of their ability) to ensure that the daily route is followed so that no activities advertised as included are missed. Thank you for the feedback regarding the lack of whisper headsets for the group; we agree this would have allowed for better communication with the whole group and have addressed this concern with the supplier. I regret that the distribution of the tables was not comfortable for you for the included dinner. Tables are generally organized in a way that passengers are meant to feel comfortable, although we understand that there may be situations like yours were this did not happen. The tour supplier offers their tours in a variety of lengths so it can happen that at various times during the tour, different travellers will be on a bus. They call this their modular system although we choose to only offer the tour as a whole. This was truly the worst travel experience I have had with a tour company, and I travel a lot. I took a trip to ***** with Indus in September 2024. First, communication to get a seat assignment was difficult. Indus added fees that ranged from $7 to $150/seat in addition to the airline fee!Next was our first day in **** where we were supposed to tour the Vatican. Somehow Indus didnt have enough tickets for our whole group and 13 of us ended up waiting 5 hours, stood in line after line, and never saw the Vatican! Our tour guide had never lead a tour before, was completely inexperienced and did not know what to do. Each day we had issues with communication, coordination, and tours. Please take this seriously and book with Trafalgar or Globus instead. Indus was horrible.Indus Travels Inc.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent private group trip to Italy. We are sorry to learn that your experience was disappointing for you. I checked your file regarding seat assignment fees and noted that you were only charged 50 USD per person for three flight segments. I can also see that the airline was charging 43 USD for these while we charged 50 USD which included a nominal service fee, so I am confused by the various fees you are suggesting. Perhaps you are including what others may have paid but its not possible to compare because some guests may have chosen other seats on the flight ie extra leg room. We are dismayed to learn that you felt the guide was inexperienced and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. We reviewed the guide’s work history prior to her being assigned your private tour and she does have quite a bit of experience. We forwarded your feedback to the team in Rome and have advised, that we prefer not to have this guide for any future tours. With regards to the Vatican tour, our understanding is that there was a delay in the group member’s arrival for the start of the Vatican tour which meant that not everyone could get in at the allotted time. We were advised that some of the group were able to visit the same day and the remaining group members were able to visit the Vatican on a different day. Although not ideal, its good to know that it was not missed. The Vatican is very strict about the start times and any delay in an arrival can have a detrimental affect on one’s entrance. This company is underhanded and has a bait and switch business model. Signed up a year + in advance and paid in full. They cancelled the 3 country 10-day tour with airfare (after I kept trying to contact them and find our flight schedules) and tried to interest us in a 1 country, shorter tour on different dates and we would have had to pay more money and airfare. ***** this company like the plague.Indus Travels Inc.

Hi *******, I think there must be some confusion. When I review the notes and emails associated with your booking - we did indicate that due to low numbers we were not able to operate the trip you booked. We provided you at that time with three options, one of which was a full refund, the option to transfer to another trip going to Croatia or the option to pay extra to make the tour happen with only 5 guests. At that time we also noted that you were thinking about, perhaps visiting a completely different destination altogether so flight options and costs were provided for that as well. We understand in the end you opted for a refund which was provided in early September. We understand that your preference was to take the trip you had booked and we would have loved to make that happen but unfortunately we have a minimum number of participants required in order to operate and for this departure it didnt happen. We are sorry we didnt find a solution that worked for you as we would have loved for you to travel with us. We do appreciate your feedback and we will review our best practices to see how we can improve our services to better suit all our guests needs.
