Overall: I am extremely pleased with my experience with MVS. I especially want to thank Surjit for his timely and detailed responses to my questions before and during the move. This was sort of a complicated job. I live in the USA and I had to arrange for a car to be transported from Vancouver to Windsor. But MVS was the right company to handle the move. The car arrived in Windsor in perfect shape and very clean, too. If I ever need to move a car in Canada again, MVS will get my business. Superb company. Thank for a great experience.

Used MVS in April/May 2024 from Toronto to Edmonton and have no complaints. They were very quick to respond to our request for quote. Drop off was done by family, and they got a little turned around finding the lot but otherwise no issues. The regular updates during travel were appreciated. I liked that they laid out how often to expect updates; so I wasn’t worried on quiet days. The vehicle arrived in good working order and without damage despite being on open truck. Pick up was smooth. From drop off to pick up, timeline was better than promised and cost was reasonable. I’d use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service throughout. MVS is your best option for shipping/transporting your vehicle across Canada. I have zero complaint about their performance and pricing. We were receiving tracking updates throughout and we knew the progress status of where our car was till it arrived in Edmonton. Super service provided by MVS.

When relocating from the greater Vancouver area to Manitoba I shipped my car and drove my van to my new place. It cost about the same amount to ship, possibly less, than flying back to retrieve my vehicle. Staff were courteous and met my every request. The car arrived in perfect condition. Driving my van was an experience that I will not soon forget. Up and down steep grades on continuous curves alongside one-thousand foot ravines without guard rails, on slippery pavement where the temperature is cold enough for moisture to crystallize. Through Rogers Pass your eardrums click on the way up and click again on the way down. Fabulous scenery, but you are too busy trying to remain on the road and keep from ending your life to pay much attention. Further along on the Trans-Canada Highway the road surface was cracked every ten feet, smooth pavement apparently being a relic of a distant past. Provincial roads are a sequence of pot holes. The bill for repairing the front stabilizer and ball joint, etc., on my van when I reached my destination was about $1200. Save wear and tear and by all means ship your vehicle, even if you only have one car. That is far better than spending three or four exhausting days on a rough road, plus the cost of hotels and meals. I highly recommend MVS Canada for their convenient and fabulous service at reasonable cost.

I cannot think of one thing that you could improve on! The customer service was above and beyond what you get from most companies period. A quote was received promptly and at a very fair price. A personal follow up email was sent to confirm we received the quote. All questions and concerns were answered and MVS was great at assisting us in the process. Christina was amazing assisting us, and without her genuine interest in helping us, I'm unsure if purchasing a vehicle from an out of province dealership would've happened. I would absolutely recommend MVS Canada to everyone and would without a doubt use them again!

I really enjoyed using MVS for shipping my car. My car was shipped from St. John's NL to Ottawa, ON. I got my car in 7 days, which I was not expecting. The shipping was a fast a smooth process and I am very happy with the service. One thing, I would of loved was better tracking updates. I was only informed when my car was at a terminal but not when it left a terminal. I do recognize that my car was shipped faster than the expected time so maybe the tracking couldn't keep up. But it would be nice to know when the car leaves a terminal as well. Luckily, I had my own way of tracking my car so I wasn't too worried. Otherwise, great service! My shipping agent ********* *. was very helpful and had great customer service! Thank you.
