Jan/2025 shipped Ford Ranger from Ottawa to Calgary. Excellent service for duration of trip from 8th to 23rd. Price was competitive. I checked 2 other companies, one was $200 cheaper and other $200 more. Checked out cheaper co. And found lots of complaints and they shipped by truck exposed to the winter elements (MVS went by enclosed rail car from Montreal to Calgary). Would definitely recommend MVS.

MVS Canada – A Nightmare Experience If you care about your vehicle, do NOT use MVS Canada. I trusted them to ship my car from Calgary to Fredericton, and when it arrived, the rear window was completely shattered. The drivers who delivered my car admitted the window was already busted when they picked it up, but MVS tried to cover it up by blaming a "passing stone." There was no stone, no evidence, and no accountability — just excuses. I paid extra for their so-called Deductible Buy-Down Coverage, which they advertise as eliminating out-of-pocket expenses for damages. Guess what? It was a waste of money. They outright refused to cover the damage, hiding behind vague terms and false promises. Their website claims they provide a “quick and easy claims process” and do everything to keep vehicles safe. That’s a joke. Instead of resolving the issue, they passed the blame and left me with a repair bill. What’s worse is their complete disregard for customer service. They ignored my concerns, provided false information, and clearly don’t care about doing the right thing. It’s appalling that a company in this business operates with such dishonesty and lack of responsibility. Don’t make the mistake I did. Avoid MVS Canada at all costs. They will take your money, fail to deliver on their promises, and leave you to deal with the mess they created. They even admitted they break windows all the time, so they don’t include them in their coverage — a clear reflection of how they handle the cars entrusted to them.

We are sorry to hear about your continued dissatisfaction following the damage to your vehicle’s rear window. As communicated previously, we fully acknowledge the unfortunate nature of this incident. However, we must reiterate that under our contract—which you signed—and based on the information clearly stated on our website, auto glass damage is not covered by carrier insurance. Glass can be compromised by a variety of factors outside of our control—such as road debris, weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, pre-existing damage, or even regular movement during transit—particularly when vehicles are shipped on open transport trucks. We regret any frustration this has caused you, but we have made every effort to clarify these terms throughout our customer process. The Deductible Buy-Down Coverage you purchased applies to damages that are covered under the carrier’s policy; unfortunately, glass damage is specifically excluded. We understand this is disappointing news, but our position on the matter remains as stated in our prior correspondence. Should you have further concerns, we kindly request that you submit any additional information in writing to the address provided in our last email so our legal team can review it. Again, we appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry that your experience fell short of expectations.

Good communication from drop off to destination. It was shipped across the country and it arrived in shorter time than expected. I was happy with the service..Frankly I was concerned about shipping the car but it arrived surprisingly clean…

Good people to deal with. Shipped car from Toronto to Moncton. Car left Toronto in pristine condition and arrived in Moncton same. Reasonable price, no complaints. Would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Everything was made so easy from pick up to delivery. I thought being from a smaller city would be more difficult. The pick up carrier was very helpful and kept me notified. Met him at the local Honda dealership to drop off our cars. Only 3 weeks from coast to coast. I highly recommend.

I shipped my F150 from Scarborough ON to Calgary Aberta with MVS Canada. Dealing with them was a pleasure and they were very responsive to any questions. Great service shipping my car from Edmonton to Toronto. Lots could go wrong with such distance but the car arrived faster than I expected. No damage. The price was reasonable, much better than driving all that distance. Highly recommended.

I recently used MVS Tranport Inc. to transport a car from Mississauga to Halifax. The car was delivered exactly on the date promised. I was extremely impressed by the professional interactions and communication 2with this company. Though not the least expensive quotation I received, I am extremely happy I selected this company.
