Have been receiving harassing calls, texts and emails from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections for over 10 years. I have sent Cease letters, faxes and emails. Each time acknowledged and I'm assured they have corrected their record but then it all starts over again and again. I do not owe them money, I have never owed them money and I've tried to explain this again and again for over a decade. It's beyond unacceptable that a business is able to operate this way, not following the laws and rules around their conduct, and furthermore, without being proven that their claim is false. This is beyond out of line. ****** ****** ** ****** *********************** ***** ** * **** *** ***** ****** ** ******** *** ***** ********** ******* **** ******* *** ***** ** ** ********

I've been getting calls from the 'Credit Bureau of Canada' that have been flagged as '****.' They left a message instructing me to get in touch with them. After blocking their number, they resorted to sending me text messages instead. They provided a file# ********. Their phone number showing is 1-************. Their text came from *****. After conducting an online search, it seems that this phone number belongs to a company that habitually calls individuals who do not owe any money. Since I personally have no debts with anyone and haven't received any written or electronic correspondence concerning such matters, I have chosen to disregard these calls. But they are really annoying me since they are able to - and do - leave automated messages on my voicemail even though the number is blocked. (if they weren't using automated calling, a real person could tell from my voicemail message that I am definitely NOT the person they are looking for!) The text message indicated the were attempting to contact someone with a masculine name (I am female), I have no idea who this person is. ***** ***** ********!

This business keeps leaving voice messages on my phone. They do this at least twice a week. Sometimes they send me text messages. They keep asking for someone who isn't me. This has been going on for so many months already. They are doing this to so many other people as well. When I call them to tell them to stop calling me, they are very rude and they keep asking me for my personal information. When I refuse to give them personal information, they hang up the phone. However, they STILL continue to call me and leave voice messages. I've tried resolving this issue with them many times, but they don't listen and still continue call me. So, I need your help to get this business to stop calling me. That's all I want, for them to stop calling. Thank you.
