Never have Crown Crest Capital do our furnace or even sign any contract. The company call 2 to 3 times a day try to collect money.

      * ******** **** **** * ***** ** **** *** ** ******* This company refuses to adhere to customer concerns. They send 3rd party technicians (who have no history on the problems with the units) to diagnose and fix unreliable water heaters, thereby not fully servicing the unit. The unit then breaks down again and when we request to replace the whole water heater unit, they will do everything in their power not to do so, stating it has to go to through a “customer care manager” which we have not gotten a call back for more than 48 hours. All while this is happening, my family and I have not had consistent heat or hot water for three days - in the middle of winter. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and do not find ways to problem solve to help the customer. ******* **

impossible to cancel payments with them. ***** ** ************* ****** *** **** **** **** **** ******* ******* **** ******** ******** *** * ****** **** ***** **** *** ** ** **** ****** ** ******* ******** ** ****** *** **** *** * **** ******** To stop payments and cancel the account they require a form from the landlord with the new payment information, so if the landlord never sends the form, you are on the hook! Makes 0 sense, **** **** **** ****** ** ******** I will be looking into reporting them. They send email addresses that you cannot respond to but in the email they say "respond to this email with questions and with the form". You call them and get a completely different email from each representative.

I have been paying the monthly fees on a hot water tank for a house that I sold back in April 2024. For 2 days now I have spoken with 4 different people at Crown Crest to let them know that I haven't been the owner of that house for 7 months but I'm still paying for the rental. Today, I called to ask for a copy of the "contract" so that I could get a better idea of what I am continuing to pay for and more importantly the age of the tank and the length of the contract. Now here's the clincher! Because I am not the owner of the contract (in other words, I'm not the person that had the tank installed and signed the original contract), Crown Crest said to me that I was not permitted a copy due to the privacy act. It gets even better. They also informed me that if myself and the current owners signed the Assumption of Rental Contract which removes me and adds them, they too would not be entitled to receive a copy the contract for the same reasons stated above. The signing of this contract is to remove me so I get refunded and add the new owners so they can assume the payments. How is it possible for a company to take our money and not provide a copy of the contract which justifies the action of them taking our money? Forget a buy out. I believe that this tank has been bought and paid for 2 times over considering it is 11 years old. They should pay me to get rid of it. Also, since I am not entitled to a copy of the contract and the particulars of the 11-year-old agreement, I will not negotiate any buyout for an old tank.

Almost impossible to get a person to give us the closeout amount. They proceeded to take more payments then required we pay for the next month even though the closeout was paid a month prior. The Account manager said so many false animalities and many false terms. The Account manager could not understand why I was so upset over having to pay for another month after the account closeout. ** * ***** ***** ** ***** * *****

Tried to cancel my hot water heater rental (which had been paid in full). They required $100 to cancel the “contract” and now are sending me bill for services since the cancellation. Now I have to call these ********* again and try to get them to credit ******** for the dates.

**** ** * ********* ******** I called to terminate our water softener services when the contract was coming to an end. It took phone calls every two weeks (not exaggerating) for half a year until I finally got it closed. They charged me for the service the entire time despite me giving very clear notice that I did not want to continue the service. Many times they would transfer my call to another department but the call just dropped. I also had to pay a closing fee despite fulfilling the original rental contract. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this - ***** *********** * ***** **** ******** ***** ** ** **** *********

Reps would threaten you with collections, without giving any reason. in stead of improving there billing and payment system fair, they want to put customers in trap.
