      **** ** * ********* ******** I called to terminate our water softener services when the contract was coming to an end. It took phone calls every two weeks (not exaggerating) for half a year until I finally got it closed. They charged me for the service the entire time despite me giving very clear notice that I did not want to continue the service. Many times they would transfer my call to another department but the call just dropped. I also had to pay a closing fee despite fulfilling the original rental contract. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this - ***** *********** * ***** **** ******** ***** ** ** **** *********

      ****** ****** ** **** ******* ** *** ***** ** *** **** ** **** **** the company with worst bill payment system, they want your pre-authorised payment set up to milk what ever they want, want to keep you as ******* not customers to pay bills. Reps would threaten you with collections, without giving any reason. in stead of improving there billing and payment system fair, they want to put customers in trap.

      These are the most unintelligent people I have dealt with, * ** ***** ******** ** **** ******* even though i moved out in February and they are still taking payments from my bank account. Advised so many times i have moved out and I completed a form

      ******** ***** Bought a house with a water heater and water filter under contract. The water filter was not installed properly. Only installed on the hot water (which is not water you drink). The drain was never installed so it just drain on the floor causing damage. Technician came out and confirmed that this was not proper. Customer services refuses to acknowledge that it’s not installed properly and resides to reimburse for years of payment for not providing a service or allowing for termination of the contract.       **** ********* ******* *** * ***** $8,8 00 for a furnace that broke down after 2 years and sat on my floor and rotted.       ** *** **** **** this company they bought up my contract Jack the rates up it took me forever to get them to give me a buyout so they could keep adding more money on to it from November 2023 to April 2024 they gave me four different BIOS with four different prices rip me off for administration fees and demanded a certified check to be couriered to them to pay it off. **** *** ******* *** * ***** ** ******* *** don't even talk to them on the phone because if you happen to raise your voice just a little bit they accuse you of yelling at them and tell you that they don't have to put up with that one of them even told me that just cuz I'm the customer doesn't mean that I'm always right. ******* ******** ****** **** ** *** **** ***** ***** ********* *** ******* *** *** ** ** *** ****** **** *** ** *** ** ************** ** **** ***** ** ***** ***** ******* ****** *** **** ****

      **** ******* ** * **** it took more than two weeks and over 7 visits to fix our hot water. this has cost me time and money. only work 9-5 so you have to take time off work and they don't show up. i called over 20times and 7 employee visits. they have no experience.

      I have a hot water rental that came with the property ( balance is 10 years). . Rental fee is 50.50 per month for 15 years. This adds up 9000.00 for a tank that is worth approx. 2900.00 Now the buy out is 3500.00 for a 5 year old tank that is worth 1500.00 . Very disappoint with this company that also goes under the name of ********* and ****** *****. .

      *** **** ** ********** *** *** ***** ******** ** *** * ***** **** ***** There's no system, there's no call centre, the voice mail is over flowing and no one is calling back BUT builders keep using this company to rent us water heaters. Now ******** has scrapped them off from their accounting system and we've been forced to give our pre-authroirized account details to pay for the rented water heater without knowing what we are paying for and with no statement or agreement. I'm so so disappointed on not cross checking and giving approvals to run companies like this where the customers has no choice to but to go with what these builders has agreed on. More over there's no one in their call centre who can explain anything. There are no client account numbers to refer to or a system. How are we taxpayers track back the money we pay? Who is going to hold Crown Capital accountable? Someone explain me.
