            I contacted Dura-con concrete & interlocking to put stones on my backyard Mr John came to my place and gave me written quote as follows with start date of May 15 2022 to be finish job in 3 to 4 days collected deposit of 1200$ in cash as deposit. He came on May 27 with 2 of his workers and demolished old deck on the same day and came next day to level the ground for interlocking hete is the breakdown of his quote Remove old deck and dispose debris 500$ Stones and labour 10900$ 3 steps labour and parts 600$ total cost for project 12000$ Mr John collected 1200$ as deposit on 14th may 2022. On May 17 mr John collected 5855$ in cash with promise the stones will arrive at our location on May 18 2022 after that I did not hear from John or his called his phone and his office phone several times no response or return of my calls the next step I contacted BBB and wrote review about my experience he immediately called called me ************************************************************************************* with a promise he will start work on 09 June 2022 he called and demanded final payment which was agreed on completion of work amount 5885$ in cash I specifically told him that is not possible then he said he not going to do job find somebody else when I ask for refund he said it is charges for excavation work he did not did ground but just topped up with fine stones ******************************* pl help me to resolve the issue by returning my money minus his labour material definetly not 7085 ****************************************************************************** Thank you *************

            **** * ******** ******** **** **** *** **** **** *****! They will give a quote that is way off from the actual price. Delay the project numerous times and blame it on the concrete availability. There is no commitment , communication or timeline. All on their schedule. Once the concrete truck arrives, the price will increase without notice/writing regardless of the quote. They will not complete the job until you cough up all the remaining balance on the spot and all this in cash too so there is no traceability…. *** ******* ** **** ***** ** ** **** ****. If you don’t hand over the cash they will threaten to drive away cuz they know you’re stuck in the middle of the job at this point. John claims his brother owns the business and makes all the decisions etc and he will swing by etc but really John runs the show. ** ** ********* ************* *** ****. ****** **** * ******* *** ***. We had a few arguments while he was working and claimed I challenge everything he does. Well yeah I’m the paying customer. The aggregate concrete now has many spots where rust has formed as I guess the mix had some metal in it and the stairs needed to be fixed as well as one step is midi g concrete. He stated numerous times from October 2022 that he would return and fix and has yet to do so. Starting April 2023 to end of July 2023 I have reached out at least 15 times and no response. Still waiting. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor has anyone asked about the job done as it is poor workmanship and not sealed as recommended by John. Looks awful and I wish I went with a local company in Milton. He seemed nice at first and very promising but I think they just overbook themselves ** *** **** ********. They take your cash and never come back to address any concerns or even answer the phone or texts. **** *** ** ** **** **** ** **** ***** **** ** ****** *** *** *** ******* **** ****** **** ****** *** ****. I have all the cash transactions and camera/ video recordings as well.
