I had a small fire in thanksgiving 2022 and they came in wearing regular clothing had full access to my house and before began their task my insurance company paid for they immediately began taking all of my clothes off hangers and bagging them up for the other company hired to clean my textiles.Seemed strange but they threw away all of my refrigerator/freezer items and also made it their business to go on my back porch and threw away all of my food on my storage shelf and then after getting the inventory list they labeled it kitchen but the pictures they had to take with inventory clearly shows the food was on the back porch where no fire or smoke touched.I had a $300 area rug in my living room but instead of cleaning it as they did the other rugs they threw it away and damaged it out but when I called to speak to someone about this matter I got a nasty phone call from Bambi (project manager)scolding me about it .They used filters on my vents in my house so one of the girls stripped the screws so my vents are all open and exposed and my landlord is complaining about it.When I told Bambi I needed someone to come back out and look at the work done and completed by the young ladies because I wasnt satisfied and told her I need for them ti repair the damage caused to my walls and vent covers she said that because they helped the other company that she can send my landlord a bill for doing additional work that wasnt authorized by my insurance company or myself.Ive left messages but I havent received a call yet

I've had Services done on 2018 continue to have issues after the roof was replaced after two years I experienced a leaking roof contact the company several occasions they finally come they are just some things in the Attic from The Leaky Roof the roof continue to leak again still waiting for the company to respond I have called numerous time now my fireplace continue to have an odor come from it the feeling has a stain that continues to get darker I'm told that they will come but never show up or they call and tell me they can't make it I just want everything fixed before it tends to get worse which I'm afraid it has

Belfor is a agreat as t company. In 2013 I had house had major fire they to gut whole house inside.iam talk a complete gut. When they got finished it was completely brand new house I had insurance and have put any down.Thats great because people will get your money mess you up .They told it would 5months to finish job because they so many projects.They finish two weeks ahead of time.I had run them down a month to get them paid there $96.000 check.if you have fire or water damage this the company to do the job right the first time in 8 yrs still looks no problem.
