      No drill mechanism (which I paid extra for) was plastic and broken. Made in *** blinds shipped from ********. Some of the blinds measurements were wrong. (My contractor used laser measurements.) Material was cheesy. And they werent that cheap. Need I say more.

      Love them! Have used them to cover every windows in my home..16 blinds all together. Measurements were perfect, each box was labeled so we knew which room and installation was easy. We went with inside mount faux wood blinds in white. Read other reviews but have to say 100% satisfied as a returning customer. Easy lift mechanism and love the clean look. Easy to maneuver when we need to block sun and then return to open. If I had any windows left I would use again and waited for sales the help my budget.

      I ordered 4 blinds all the same size. 3 came in the correct size the 4th one was cut too large.They would not replace it with the correct size.Told me I could order another one and they would give me a 10% discount.Contacted my bank

      Purchased 4 motorized blinds on 8/19 with a promise of a 7-10 day delivery, After waiting over three weeks I obtained a Fed-Ex tracking number which stated the order was delivered on 8./20. Found out it was delivered to Seattle, WA. We live in PA. Our order was not processed so they promised to get it out to us within 4-5 days. We waited over a week and when it finally arrived we charged the motors and had a professional install. Three out of four did not work They asked me to send a video when fling a request for assistance. Nothing to show except that when pressing the button the blind does not move up or down, Installer said he never witnessed anything like this. I placed three phone calls, a text message and filled a warranty claim. Asked to speak to management but was told two times they are busy and unavailable. I doubt that there is a manager. We spent $1,111.00 and have only one blind that works. Customer service consists of a staff that does not speak fluent English. So frustrated. Buyer Beware. Stay away from this dog and pony show. I have never dealt with a company that is eager to sell but fails to work with you to address defective merchandise. I am angry and frustrated and still waiting for someone to contact me, They do not have problem shooter reference available on their site. Would never recommend anyone to order from this joke of a company.

      Easy to work with, the directions they give were used precisely and the blinds came fitting perfectly into the window casing. I thought I'd previously purchased blinds with here and was trying to replace one of the blinds I'd broken. These are considerably lighter; it feels so light when raising or lowering, I am still taken by surprise. The fabric is also thinner and more transparent. The shades I had were NOT room darkening. So I ordered one notch lighter than the black out. (I thought) The other single blinds I bought don't need to match anything so no problem for me with those.

      Never received order. *** tracking shows they never received the package. No refund offered. **************** so terrible that I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I could not get anywhere with selectblinds customer service.

      We've been customers for 10 years and have been satisfied with their products and service. The've replaced shades that broke a couple times, we only needed to send pictures of the defective shades. Just ordered a set of motorized shades, they arrived quickly, looked good, and were a breeze to install. Getting them programmed and working with ***** was challenging and their customer service was helpful. The price was right also, will be buying again.

      This is the second order I've placed for the Room Darkening Dual Shades. They are beautiful and function well. I had a question on measurements on this second set, so I called and the *** I spoke with was knowledgeable and very professional. The blinds fit perfect. The installation was easy too. My blinds are affordable and very pleasing to look at! I get compliments on them all the time.

      I ordered 4 ***** shades, 3 were great. One was defective with the folds not being even-one fold was partially hidden under the fold above. I submitted a warranty claim on 8/27 and after contacting them several times, it was finally approved on 9/3 with a shipping date of 9/17. I contacted them again on 9/18 and was told the shipping date is now 10/3. It took 2 weeks for the initial order, but nearly 2 months to remake 1 shade. While the products are mostly satisfactory , customer service is a nightmare. They dont update the status on the website so the only way to know what is happening is connecting with customer service and they give different answers every time you talk with them.
