      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Select Blinds for their poor customer service and lack of resolution regarding a defective product I received, despite having spent thousands of dollars with their company.Several weeks ago, I filed a claim with Select Blinds because the lever mechanism broke on one of my ***** shades. After nearly a month of waiting, I finally received a replacementonly to discover that the shade does not fit my window. It is several inches too loose. Note that I made the purchase back in March of this year.Since then, I have submitted multiple videos and photographs as requested by Select Blinds to demonstrate the issue. Despite my cooperation, the company has continued to ask for more images instead of resolving the matter. I have not received any follow-up emails or proactive communication regarding the next steps. I have had to chase them down for updates, only to be met with more delays and excuses.This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial amount of money I paid for these custom blinds. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility have made this experience frustrating and **************** this point, I am formally requesting a full refund for the defective ***** shade and expect Select Blinds to take immediate action. If they are unwilling or unable to resolve the issue, I believe it is only fair that I be reimbursed for a product that does not meet the promised specifications or functionality.I respectfully request the BBB to assist me in resolving this matter. I have documentation and evidence (photos, videos, and correspondence) available to support my claims.Thank you for your attention.

      Filed a warranty claim on May 27, 2025 for a faulty headrail for my new vertical blinds. I can only open the blinds about 0.5 inches when rotating the wand and the blinds won't close all the way. Have been told 4 times they will send claim information to their production team, and will get back to me within 2 business days. Never received any responses back until June 15th when I received an email that my warranty replacement was delivered on June 12th. I never received a delivery, and the *** Ex ID tracking information showed a delivery to a house in ***********, **. I live in **********, IN. Finally, today June 19 2025, I received a replacement headrail. I installed it, but the replacement headrail is just as faulty. The wand doesn't rotate at all and the carrier stem at the left end of the headrail is cooked such that when the vertical blinds are in the closed position the last louver at the left end remains open. I have requested a refund, but again they want to go back to the production company and I have to wait another 2 days. I have asked to talk to someone higher up in the company, but have not been allowed to do that either.

      I paid extra for expedited shipping as per their website: Expedite Your Order Today Need your standard order in a hurry? Just pay $49.99 per blind or shade for expedited 2-day shipping.The orders were shipped *** ***************** and were not delivered in 2 days. I had to call to get the refund of the extra money I had paid for expedited service. This occurred on two orders. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the first time was just a mistake. They refunded me the extra money I paid but I had to call and request it. The customer service wait times are horrendous. Over an hour in one case and didn't get follow up calls I was promised.

      **************** experience was subpar. Our order was shipped without any tracking information updates. Ultimately this was due to the package being stuck in customs. I understand select blinds has no control over US customs. However there was no apology for the delay in shipping or offered solution when customer service responded, including when I requested to cancel my order as the goods/service had not been fulfilled in the stated timeframe. The blinds are fine. One pulls down asymmetrically/crooked.

      I like the fact you can order 'made to fit' sizing. The problem is, the first 2 orders with Select Blinds came without brackets or instructions!! After a 25 minute wait to get someone from customer service to respond and another 20 minutes on the phone with customer service; they are sending replacement brackets and I should receive within 5 business days. A pain and a nuisance to have to wait when I had the area prepped and ready to go and someone to help me hold them up. Whoever is packing the items need to make sure everything is intact when they ship. Good thing I ordered two sets of the same size blinds as the brackets were intact, but the instructions were only in one box. Needless to say I ordered four items from them and it's such a hassle getting what I need to install right away that I probably will not order from them again!!
