      If I could give -0 stars I would. As a customer since 2010 with no problems this is how they treat their repeat customers.On 5/15/2025 I place an order for 2 sets Vertical Blinds ******** . I received order on Thursday 5/29. On Saturday 5/31, we opened t the Valance on 1 and it was cut too Long. Plus when opening the Headrail it was too long, which this was my error. I called Select Blinds on 5/31 1:13pm which is only open until 2pm ****************** I was told that they would send out another Valance no charge for their error. I could not return the Headrail, and could not just order another headrail. I had to place a new order, But he would give me another 10% off. He told me he had to put it in as a remake, which makes no sense but thats the only way to get 10% off. $222.25. I received an email on the order at 1:42PM. He also stated we would receive until 5/22 as its not a rushed type ******** when I put up the other headrail and took out the vanes, they are subpar. They have a plastic feel, cheap thin and wont last long. The box for a 70 x 70 Vanes was only 5lbs thats how lightweight. I ran my fingers on them and you can hear the crackle. So I looked on Select Blinds on how to cancel. It stated in US site they give you 24 Hours for changes for standard production if you change your mind (4-7 days ) not for 3 or less days. They would not send orders to production before the 24 ******** I called next morning at 8:49AM and spoke with *** that stated I will still receive the replacement that they cut wrong, and cancelled my remake order. He stated I would receive a cancellation email shortly. My CC payment was still pending. 2 hours later they processed my payment. Called back and ******* said already sent to production. Production would decide, they are closed. Never received an email, my CC found in my favor 6/15, now 6/16 they shipped order. Will never buy from them again. No US phone numbers I called are valid.

      This is the third time weve ordered blinds from Select Blinds. We ordered a different type of blinds each time, and weve been happy with all of them! They have proven to be reliable and we will continue to use them in the future.

      I to really like the no drill blinds. It was easy to install and looks nice and has made a big difference with the heat this summer compared to last year.

      All went well to order the blinds, receive and install. But apparently thats where customer service ends. One of the ball bearing connectors broke on one of our roller blinds. Select Blinds required a picture of the broken chain and then never returned the call or email. Subsequent attempts on our part were also fruitless! All we need is the size of the connector (though with a several thousand dollar order, one might expect them to replace a ball bearing connector!) One might also imagine their response on a larger problem

      I do not recommend this company. The blinds came with incorrect width and don't have Bluetooth functionality as promised. I have called many times and get put on hold and get transferred to someone else. No one wants to take ownership to help you. I even paid extra for the fit guarranty but everything is a mission and ordeal with this company.I am extremely disappointed and I wish I had read some of the reviews below before going with Select Blinds.
