      The quality of the shade was good, but the headrail will not lock into place, it is so tight that the locking arm will barely move. I have made 4 calls to customer service, sent photos and videos 4 times and am still battling to get a bracket that will actually work. Everyone is difficult to understand and I have been told by 2 different **** that they will call me back once the manufacturing facility reviewed the photos and have yet to have anyone call me. I spent hundreds of dollars on a shade I cannot hang. They expect you to do all of the legwork over and over and waste hours of your time with no hope to have anything resolved. Don't believe there promise to correct issues.

      Ive had to reach out twice for missing hardware for one of the blinds which came without any. They did send some and at least they are on the window. However there were no clips included install the top front panel nor wand to operate the blinds.

      All 4 blinds were shorter than what they actually were said to be in the width.I did have the Oops plan but Im hoping they make good on them. They didnt even cover the glass. I did use their photo technique to ensure they were alright. I bought from them years ago and the final outcome was perfect. Im sure these will be also.

      Their blinds were beautifully made and relatively easy to install. I was very happy with my purchase for 12 window binds in varying sizes. Each fit well and they have been functioning well. My wife is very happy with our choices. I would recommend using these blinds and installing them yourself. You get high quality blinds and save thousands of dollars by doing the installation yourself.

      I received my blinds in a timely manner. I ordered 3 no drill cellular shades. The shades were made very well I ordered doubles cells for the heat here in *****. I was impressed with the quality. I opened the other boxes, the no drill headers. They were okay. I was concerned with the end parts so I measured them. I ordered 34 1/8 width. One of them was 34 1/2 and two were 34 3/8. I called customer service, I told him the shades were the wrong measurement, he instructed me to take a picture as I was measuring the shade with a metal tape measure and send it to him at a different cell #. Then told me to do it for all 3 shades. I have very arthritic hands so this took me 30 minutes. Also we had a communication problem. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying. Then he wanted me to hold them up to the window opening with the tape measure while I was holding them. A little hard to do since the windows are 10 feet from the floor. So I asked my daughter who was in the house and she helped me. Total time almost 1 hour. I'm thinking this is a little extreme! He also had to keep checking with the manufacturing department. At the end of the call he said they would review it and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. This was on Monday. On Friday afternoon I called once again and the same man or one with the same accent once again asks me to measure the drapes with a metal tape measure and take a video while doing it. I explained I had already send all the videos and pictures on Monday. He just keep telling me that this is required to do. I'm 73 and was getting very frustrated and angry. I told him I was alone and couldn't do this myself. He told me to take the videos and pictures when I had help and send it to another cell #. I ended the call crying I was so frustrated. Although the price for the shades was decent compared to other places, I still didn't want to waste my social security money. I vowed to never do business with them again.

      My shades were not made based on my measurements I sent them. They were outside mount and were almost 2" narrower than the width I ordered. I was unable to speak with a customer service representative that was able to understand the issue and provide a clear next step in my complaint. I was told to email pictures of the shade but there wasn't any customer support email address available anywhere on their website. I have ordered from them about 10 years ago and was very pleased so obviously there has been a change in their quality control and customer care support. Very disappointing experience!

      I like that they allow for truly custom sizes and clean, including length and that they have a wide variety of blinds. It was easy to order and the orders come quickly..
