      Terrible quality The light filtering fabric doesnt filter light The shades hang crooked The plastic pulls Fall off when you try to pull them down I made a 1/4 mistake in measuring and had to order new sizes at the same cost Not really user friendly I would not buy these again I expect them to break quickly

      Over the last ten years or so I have ordered a dozen blinds from Select Blinds, and their service and products are wonderful. Recently I ordered a fancy roll-up shade for the landing in a staircase, and it's perfect for the window there. I couldn't be happier.Thank you Select Blinds!

      Save your money go with the competition. Ordered woven bamboo shades with blackout lining. Shade received was low quality assembly with lots of gaps in the woven material. If backing was not in place holes would be see through. De T pictures to customer service and a replacement was sent. Received replacement and its quality is no better. Contacted customer service and sent pictures again. Now get to the run around and being told its because of the natural materials. You DO NOT and HAVE NOT stood behind the quality of your product. Completely dissatisfied with both quality and customer service.

      It started out great until the first blind broke. I submitted a claim and they replaced it. Then the replacement blind broke. My account says it is eligible for replacement so I try to claim it and it is denied twice with no explanation. I try to use the chat function - false advertising because when I click "Talk to a human" nothing happens. So I call the number and talk to a very condescending agent who continues to talk over me. I ask him to state for the record that Select Blinds does not guarantee their replacement product. He tells me they do, and we go round and round. He tells me to review the warranty info which I already have and already understand what he is telling me. I ask to pass a message onto corporate to clarify on the website that "replacement" products are ineligible for replacement themselves. In other words, if your replacement product breaks too, you are out of luck. (the clock for warranty should restart on any new product sent). I also asked him to let corporate know that my account page is misleading, indicating that my replacement blind is eligible. He did not acknowledge my request and I gave up.

      These are the best blinds because theyre beautiful and you dont need to hang curtains.
