  The roller blinds are beautiful. The decorative valance design and directions are horrible!!! I finally had to just pound them on with my fists which I bruised. I would not buy that style again. I have 5 around the living/dining room which really compliments the look.

  Had some issues getting them up, quality is decent, not quite matching up as the are dual shade. Thought they would unlatch as I need to paint. I guess I'll figure it out.

  I sent you a text to tell you how happy I am with my new blinds. Two of my granddaughters installed them for me and did a great job. I love them and thank you again for them.

  I was hoping it would take me 5 min or less to change out my three new blinds. That's just about what it would have taken, but I had to use the hardware that came with the new blinds in order to replace the worn ones. When I ordered the replacements, they did not have the exact same kind as my old ones, so I had to get a slightly different one. I was under the impression that all Select Blinds hardware would be interchangeable with the different variety of blinds. Also, the new blinds pull down harder than my older ones. Instead of using the center handle, I use two hands (one on each side) to pull the blinds down. My other ones were much easier to pull down. I know it may not sound it, but overall, I am pleased with my new blinds.

  Great customer service. My blind arrived damaged, and Select Blinds had a new one on the way to me immediately. I've used the company for a few years now, and always have great service.
