      Ive loved Sprouts Farmers Market ever since it opened in town years ago! Their fresh produce and wide variety of choices make every trip enjoyable. Its like Whole Foods, but so much more ************** of my favorite things about Sprouts is the amazing dealsthey always make me so happy! The Manager Special section is a personal favorite, where you can score killer deals on high-quality food, snacks, and even nutritional supplements.Sprouts is a place where affordability meets quality, and Im so glad theyre part of our community!

      My wife and I have been a Sprouts customer for years, we recently moved to this area and were so happy to find a Sprouts, The Sprouts in Bulverde Tx is about a 45 minute drive but we would still go their because we have always liked the quality of Sprouts products, However this particular Sprouts does not meet that high ***** we recently drove to Sprouts for vegetables but were also hungry so decided to pick up some cold cuts and cheese from the deli, We have never gone to a deli where the person did not know how to pack fresh cut cheese until now after getting home we ended up throwing it away (full pound) because we could not separate the slices they pad packed it fully together, secondly we purchased some rotisserie chicken their about two weeks before which was thrown away because it was unedible. The products at this store are fine but the people they have working there are the problems at this market,

      I went to Sprout in ****** to buy cucumbers At home I found that sprout gave me rotten cucumbers So, I returned them The store manager did not apologize and she said she can only give me credit NOT cash as a refund I insisted that I want cash She finally gave cash and kicked me out of the store She also made face trying to trigger my anger But, I remained polite the whole time because I believe that my Ph.D ********** requires me to be intellectual I still have the photo of rotten cucumbers I was very polite the whole time

      Just learned from Sprouts *********** that they spray a chemical called ProduceMaxx on all produce even organic. How dare they put anything with out my knowledge on my ORGANIC produce!!!!They said but its Organic!Seriously !!! Look it up and a whole panel on Danger!Always loved Sprouts until this!Whole Foods said they usedApeel from ******************* who admittedly wants to control the population. Its no longer Whole Foods in our opinion!We do not care the *** approved it we believed they are corrupt!

      I visited the store in ************** ************ at 9pm April 2nd 2024.I was looking to get a sandwich and I was trying to ask the employee if she was still open to make a sandwich she hid herself so she won't be seen. I went and ask the cashier if the deli was still open, and she was like as you can see we are closed she very unprofessional and rude and she turned head knowing that I was asking her a question

      I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sprouts Farmers Market #*** that left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened. I noticed price inconsistency upon checking out the same product during 4 months period, I was a victim of unacceptable behavior from a worker and absolute ignorance from a store manager of this store.Despite being a loyal customer, I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Numerous times I noticed price discrepancies, where items were not accurately marked or rang up at the wrong price at the checkout. This inconsistency in pricing not only erodes trust in the store's integrity but also leads to customer frustration and inconvenience. Somehow my attention to this matter brought further incident.During my next and last visit to this store, 2 days later, I experienced two incidents of physical contact from a worker as she passed me by, identified as the bulk manager in a department where product pricing discrepancies were observed which was recorded on surveillance cameras. This situation was totally ignored by a store manager, who was asked to check the cameras and take actions. This unacceptable behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual worker but also raises serious concerns about the lack of proper training and oversight within the store. Such behavior creates a hostile and unsafe environment for customers and should never be tolerated under any circumstances.As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, and I demand accountability and corrective action from Sprouts Farmers Market to address these serious issues. Until meaningful steps are taken to rectify these issues and ensure a safe and fair shopping environment for all customers, I cannot in good conscience recommend Sprouts Farmers Market to others.

      Today, I went to the Sprouts at **************************************************************************** and had a wonderful experience!! I ordered a sandwich from their deli and got the most wonderful service. The young male employee had a BEAUTIFUL SMILE and went to GREAT EFFORT AND DETAIL to make me the most delicious turkey sandwich! What a refreshing gesture that was to me!!! At the end of the sandwich making, I told him that he had made my day! In this hectic and sometimes uncaring social climate that we live in, even making a sandwich with all your heart makes a difference!!!

      Sprouts Farmers Market sold me rotisserie chicken which was not fresh. When I returned to the establishment to return, the manager refused the return even with proof of purchase. I will be reporting this establishment.

      Sunday I returned a bottle of Spicy Orange Sauce that was purchased the previous Tuesday but we discovered it had expired two months ago. The manager repeatedly apologized and refunded my money and pulled the other six bottles off the shelf that all had the same expiration date of two months ago. Sounds great right? But then my wife goes there two days later and finds all the expired bottles back on the shelf. THEY KNOWINGLY PUT EXPIRED PRODUCTS BACK ON THE ***** TO SELL! They advertise themselves as committed to socially responsible, lawful, and ethical business practices. Thats funny.

      My wife and I decided to go to our first Sprouts as we are trying to live in more holistic lifestyle. We walk in and go immediately to the produce section in the back of the store where we pick out a bunch of carrots. The carrots looked very dull and as we went to grab them, the carrots would bend in complete full one end to the other. That's right, just like breaking a pencil in half.....Except this bended like Teflon.... We proceeded to tell an employee about this and their response was " okay, let me see something" as he walks to the back of the store. This took a little over 5 minutes and we decided to head out, as we are heading to the front of the store we encountered the Manager (forget her name but she has apparently been there for YEARS. As we told her about the carrots, she repeated almost the exact same thing as the employee but with no apology or effort. Her response was "okay". That's all......just "okay". So we left our first Sprouts experience in the garbage. Sad day, and truthfully so disrespectful. Need the community to hold itself responsible for the business that are kept alive. Thank you. That's all.
