      I love this grocery store but man have I had the biggest inconvenience this past weekend. I placed an online order with the Sprouts website for a pickup order at *****am the next day and got a text and email confirming it. The next day rolls around and they text me at 9am saying its being pushed back. By noon I hear nothing still and so I have to call the store and they have NO RECORD of my order at all. I went back and double checked that I booked and called the right store, I did. The store could not find my order but sprouts still charged my card and took that money right out of my account. I had to cancel my order and now Im having to wait 3-7 business days to get my money back and thats a huge inconvenience for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck. Very very unhappy.
