      On 8/4/2024 I purchased an 18 dollar part from this autozone and was assured that it was the correct part, it being a switch on an ac comrpessor for a 2001 ***** blazer,,it turned out not to fit my vehicel so i tried to return the item with the receipt and the manager ************* became very rude with me and playing games saying that he would not refund my money and then saying he would an then back to he wouldnt it was very emberassing and belittling in ront of my young daughter and other customers, i told him his staff assured me the part would fit it did not so i wanted a refund, his attitude was very rude and his refusal to refund my money after his staff assured me the part was right is unacceptable,,i tried to contact the store manager for store #**** at ************ but no answer and i recieved emails from the autozone office that someone would be in touch with me but noone ever was,,im asking for a refund of my 18 dollars

      Contacted Autozone about a package delivered to me that was not mine. It was in my name from a state I have never traveled to. I gave Autozone all the information and I was told the fraud department would call back within 48 hours to follow up. A week later and I still have not received a call. Thank you Autozone for the great customer service and caring about your patrons. I guess you don't care about a customer not getting their package of roughly $60.

      Went in to Autozone #**** on ******** store, I attempted to return the item that I purchased with my debit card. The store manager ******** A refuse to assist me with the return. He stated autozone does not have the ability to find a transaction using my card # and would buy offer me store credit as well. I'm not sure how autozone doesn't have a system that ********************************************************** transaction when a purchase is made with a debit card. ***************** was rude and unprofessional and didn't bother trying to assist me. I would like this item to refunded so I can return this unuseful item

      Purchased a starter for 1993 **** F150XL, with warranty. Was given the wrong part. Returned part under warranty, was assured the replacement was the right part. The 2nd was not right, returned and obtained a 3rd part, again, being assured its the right part. After installation, began to hear racked in motor of truck. Truck froze and would not start. Took to mechanic, he said the flywheel ring clutch needed to be replaced because the bendix on the starter stayed engaged and damaged them. Once again I went to Autozone and they replaced with 4th part when it was installed heard the same noise, finally discovered Autozone provided the wrong part 4 times. Returned to the store and 2 employees said I had been given the wrong part again. The 5th time, they gave me the correct part. A a result of Autozones continued mistakes I incurred $ ******** in repair charges and parts. I sent a complaint directly to Autozone with an estimate prior to discovering the cost. They agreed to pay it $249. But when I discovered their mistakes caused the damage and reported it, they refused to cover any of the repair cost.

      Autozone and your online staff are pathetic. I have proof I called on Saturday the 28th of July, 2024 to cancel this order because it was originally placed on the 23rd of July with expectations to receive the item by the 25th. I waited 5 days for it to ship with no luck. So you're going to tell me that even after 2 days of cancelling my order, you still attempt to "Look Productive" and try to keep my business and create a worthless label on July 30th to justify that Autozone is doing their job when in reality the *********** still hasn't even received it and today is the 31st. You are holding my money and this is the worst customer service and experience I've ever had. Such a disgrace, there is a reason Advance Auto Parts is the better competitor and they will take care of my future needs.       I worked for Auto Zone during the pandemic (Covid 19). In the spring/summer of 2021 and all year of ********************************************************************************************** the door. ********************** made there own mask and made customers put them on if they didnt have one thereselves. The "cheap" mask was made out of a throw away shop towel with a rubberband and a couple of staples on it. I have photos of the masks they were handing out. The mask clearly says on the corp website of the manufacturer who made the throw away shop towel the following.(Not reccommended for a face covering, Do not use as a face covering, and will not work as a face covering.)Still all the warnings about the cheap shop towel not working as a face guard, Auto Zone still used these as a mask during Covid 19 I want answers and file a civil complaint against Auto Zone for using these ridiculous shop towels as a face guard to prevent transfering the covid 19.

      We bought a battery from there and it was the car never would start after 100 of dollars in other parts we took the battery back a few months ago and they exchanged it ( the battery they gave me has the negative terminal post knotted up) we tried explaining that this is the 2nd battery this one a few months ago that had issues and the clerk started mumbling to herself Im not replacing it the original one was bought in 2022 yes and have now been given the wrong and the last one at least defective batteries. So I had to go purchase one somewhere else.

      Transaction date: 03/02/2024 Store# **** I bought three items and did not need them after all so I went to return it and thought it was successfully completed.However I realized two days later when no refund was returned back to my debit card that the employee gave me a receipt that said take to cashier. So I went into the store to inquire about my refund. However, the next gentleman who was helping me did not know what to do so now I'm stuck with no refund which the refunds were one was for $96.48 the other one was for $39.99. so I called corporate and couldn't get any help from them either I got placed on hold for a while then was told that they would file the complaint and was going to ask me for more information but then they hung up on me so now I'm without my money, and they have their merchandise I want my money back cashiers not being trained properly. I don't know what to think but I'm very upset. I have been a AutoZone customer for years now and this is the first time I've had any kind of issue like the one I am now I would like this problem addressed and my money refunded.

      I purchased several parts for my car that I didnt need. I went to return these products well before 90 days and I was told since I have new debit card and not the one I purchased with (my card was compromised) all they could offer is a in store credit this is over $600 worth of parts that have never been opened. People get new cards ALL the time, refunds still get issued. They have chosen to keep my funds and I am stuck with these parts. A store credit?? Im disgusted and I would never use this store for anything!!!! BEWARE!
