    The house's online presentation was spot-on, featuring beautiful interiors and a backyard straight out of a luxury resort. However, our experience was marred by several issues. The pool heater, a main attraction, was out of order and despite numerous appeals, it was not fixed. The cleanliness was subpar, suggesting a hurried cleaning job, which we tolerated to avoid being seen as troublesome guests. The recent remodel appeared *****, with strange shortcuts and safety oversights, particularly in the play areas in the backyard where ***** nails and screws were found by our small children. Our safety concerns were, including an unstable bunk bed and dangerous debris were met with hostility and bizarre lies from *****, the host and owner of Homeslice stays. While the property has potential, it would only be worth revisiting with a new management team with integrity that prioritizes safety and guest satisfaction. Luckily, we stayed through Airbnb and were able to get a partial refund, as they understood the situation. The host, *****, continuously tries to get my review of the property removed to make it look like she only has 5 star reviews. She told me that the ***** nails and screws were not there and that nothing was a danger. She told me I should be embarrassed and my actions of showing her images of the home was shameful. There is no way I could have gotten through TSA, travel across the country with ***** nails and/or screws. I hope homeowners truly understand the lack of customer service and satisfaction that is provided with the false representation.

    Homeslice is a very focused on customer experience. All there properties are very well managed. Any issues they take care of you right away. I highly recommend them.

    I have worked with the team at HomeSlice Stays for over 2 years, as they rented out our vacation home. They have been great communicators, kept our ********** and maintained, and have been wonderful in the customer service area. I recommend them to you as a great company to do business with.

    Home For our vacation was advertised through Marriott Homes and Villas, so I expected the high standards I am accustomed to with Marriott properties. From the start, with the errors from the website on reservations: An error would occur each time I would try to book, so I could not tell what was actually booked. Marriott claims the management company is responsible for everything, but this business tries to charge extra for everything. Tried to charge extra$100 + surcharge for early check in if over an hour early. They charged $463.50 for 6 days of pool heating, refunding only $218.25 for 3 days. (3% service charge on charge and refund, too!) The pool was only warm enough for 2 days' use. The furniture in Living room was cheap and uncomfortable, broken couch leg; only seats for 4 in a 4 BR home. Jacuzzi tub had black mold in the jets. Water heater too small, cold showers. After checking out, tried to charge $250 penalty but finally they refunded that. I will never use either Marriott Homes and Villas or Home Slice for vacation rentals again.

    As the second guest in this luxury home, furnished with entirely new amenities and furniture, we found you to be overbearing and disrespectful to our team and home. Our previous guests loved our home. They found no fault and as we discussed you needed to pay for a pool heating fee, with in which you decided to adjust the temperature regardless of our strict rules to not touch the equipment. Its a shame that businesses like us have to cater to bad apples like you.

    I still maintain that the customer should always have courtesy of businesses and this business tried to charge and overcharge for every thing they could. The home was not up to the standards of a ******** brand lodging and so it should not have been exorbitantly priced. The living room furniture was cheap and uncomfortable even if new. Charging for pool heating and an extra surcharge that was not advertised is crazy. It is like charging for electricity for a hotel stay! I will never use this again. Better to stay in a hotel.
