    I purchased hearing aids from Bossa back on October 15, 2023, but returned them immediately due to poor performance. Bossa confirmed receipt of my return on November 13, 2023, but to date, I have not received my refund (order #******). This company purposefully delays refunds until consumers give up, in attempt to not have to provide a refund at all.

    Its not that I reject their response, but rather I do not wish to accept the businesss response until I have the refund check in my hand. I do not trust this company that they do anything they say.

    I have now waited 15 business days (21 calendar days) and have yet to receive the refund cheque.  Is this your typical service level?  Please provide a tracking number so that I can track the status.

    Ordered hearing aid January 7, 2024. Supposed to arrive within 7 business days. Did not come. I contacted them and they could not tell me when it would ship, so on January 30, I cancelled the order. Now they have not refunded credit card. I have emailed them several times and I just get the run around. I just want a refund of the charges.Bossa Hearing This was order no. ******

    I purchased a pair of Bossa hearing aids in April, 2023. Returned them immediately for a refund because they did not fit my needs. Have emailed them numerous times asking about my refund. To date I still have not received it.

    My husband sent this product back to company on January 9th we provided the Tracking No. of **********************. The company has advertisement of prompt refund. The last they told us was that the refund had to go through Finance. It is now February 24th and we have received nothing. There are plenty of people on website that never got a refund on their return. They sell a defective product and will not return money paid and advertise a 100 day Guarantee.

    Ordered hearing aids on January 14, ****. Order #******. January 26, I asked when I could expect my hearing aid. Reply was **** business day. Tracking number will come. February 8, 13, 16, 19, 23, I received advertisements about Bossa. I recently asked them to cancel order and refund me, no answer. Total amount of charge was $131.98 consisting of $149.97 for aids, less discount of $17.98. I am 94 y/o and would like to get some aids to help me hear. Thank you.

    The date was feb 10,2024. Payment was taken out on 2/13 I waited and waited for a response to my payment that they received and when might i expect my order. I have since called 2x and get the same answer we are experiencing a large flow of orders at this time and are working on the order as soon as we can. I just spoke to a gentleman 2 days ago and he said we are a very reputable company been in business for 3yrs now bla bla bla. I got very upset and said I wanted my order in 5 days I also live in *********** told him I think this is a spam

    On September 20, 2023 I ordered a pair of ********************************* Aids from Bossa. I received them timely. However, my husband, whom I made the purchase for, has dementia and I couldn't get him to even try them. I returned them on October 18 or 20, well within the 45 day return time. My order number is ******. They confirmed they received them and said they would refund the money.. I have called and emailed them several times which I have documented. . They always say they will resubmit or I will hear something in a week but as of today February 22, 2024....nothing! I asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course they would not let me. I looked for a corporate number but could not find one. Can you help me? Thank you.

    I ordered Hearing aids from Bossa Hearing. It was towards the end of January. I sent them back, and I am waiting for a refund. I haven't received a refund yet,and it's been a month. I called and was told I would get it right away. That was last week. (Feb.15th) I still haven't received it yet. I called this morning and was told the same thing. I want my refund!

    I purchased hearing aids from Bossa on 12/7/23 for $137.77. I sent the hearing aids back because they did not work out for me. I contacted the company and followed their instructions for return. I am still waiting for my refund.

    On 12/25/2023 I paid Bossa Hearing $77.45 for a pair of hearing aids that I received on 1/18/2024. On 1/19/2024 I emailed the company telling them that they had a cracking and buzzing noise. I then received an email on 1/24/2024 which was a video of how to use the hearing aids. They never worked correctly. I then contacted them wanting to return them for a refund. They received the hearing aids back on 1/29/2024 which I have the **** proff of. I then had many (well over 15) contacts with them from 1/30/2024 through yesterday. Twice now I have been told that they received them and that I am due the full refund of $77.45 and still have not received my money.

    Your business has been telling me 10 to 15 business days for weeks now. I wont believe youre issuing me a refund until I actually get the refund. Pretty sure this is just being said AGAIN because I contacted the Better Business Bureau.

    I HAVE THE ***** CHAIN WHERE I HAVE BEEN TOLD OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT IM GOING TO BE REFUNDED THE FULL $77 AND CHANGE.
