Consumers who are unhappy with their purchase state that refunds are taking longer than the promised 45 day time frame. On February 26th, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by implementing a new public facing tracking system that will allow consumers to track the status of their returns and they will receive notification when items are received at the business warehouse. The business also indicated that they are training more staff to improve their refund process and business consumer communications.

    Date of order #******. Cost $97.50 applied to my credit card. Product was a set of hearing aides (TX-5 mini plus) ordered and paid for on 12/29/23. on 1/17/24 i cancelled the order because they told me shipping was delayed as they were awaiting parts. They immediately recognized/accepted the cancellation. At that time I requested a refund. I have not yet received a refund. I have emailed support 5 different times and am told the request will be passed on. I have also communicated with the company via ******** messager 4 times and was told the same. **************** IN GETTING MY REFUND>

    I ordered hearing aids from them last summer and they did not fit properly and I had a period where I could refund them. I sent everything back according to instructions and have talked to people several times and they say my refund should processed shortly. Now when I try to call and email I get no response I did talk to to someone last week through their automated question system, and said I should be hearing something will have not heard anything again. I want my money back, and I did read the reviews before I ordered it and people said they had trouble getting their money back, but I really dont normally send things back so I wasnt worried about it. It is ridiculous for a company to not refund something that they have a refund policy for. Thank you.

    I began requesting a refund on November 6, 2023. The hearing aids did not work for me and I returned them promptly. I emailed at least 10 times and was assured this was a priority. I called and was told the refund of $136.47 had been issued on February 5. When the refund did not arrive I called again and was told the refund had NOT been issued yet.All I want is my money back now.Order number ******

    I would prefer to wait to see the money in my account.  Looking at the history with BBB, ****** responds to every inquiry in the same manner.  I have already been told once that the refund was issued with no results.

    I finally received the refund.  First they sent ***** and then I had to go back and ask where was the other 60.00.  That also finally arrived.  Let the buyer beware if doing business with this company.

    I asked for a cancellation of a hearing aid order. The order was cancelled on 01/10/24. I have sent several messages and have used live chat to get my refund, I am always told it has been escalated to finance and as of yet I have not received a notice my money has been refunded. More than a month has passed which should be adequate time to process the refund. Tired of getting the run around.

    On 8/28/2023 I purchased a set of hearing aides for my father-in-law who is 90 years old. I had the order shipped to ******************************* ************, **. The order had not shipped yet on 9/10/23. We received the order on 10/2/23. Items were unpacked and set up as directed. They did not work as promised for ***. So the items were packed and sent back per the return instructions. The items were received by Bossa Hearing on 11/10/23. We were supposed to be refunded the full amount and as of today, 2/19/2024 and many emails, we still have not received a refund! We are senior citizens and can not afford to just have money taken for a product that does not work.

    On January 6th, **** I ordered hearing aids for my husband. Order # ****** for a total of $67.48 with discount. They were supposed to ship in 3 weeks. Heard nothing and they putting me off. Asked for a refund and they once again are putting me off. Nobody ever answers the phone.

    I placed and order with Bossa Hearing on December 30, 2023. January 17, 2024 I statused the order and was told they had manufacturing delays no estimated time of arrival. I cancelled the order January 30 because I decided not to wait for the product at this time. February 7th they confirmed the order was cancelled and estimated 3 to 7 days to refund my credit card. I contacted them via their chat feature on February 17th was assured by ******** that they would send my request up to accounting and get this processed. They have a published return policy of 30 days are they waiting until the time passes to tell me that I waited to long to cancel the order? There is 9 days until the end of the 30 days I never received the order and I am out the money.

    I purchased an over the counter hearing aid and it did not work for me so I contacted customer support to let them know that I was not satisfied with the product and returning it. They received the refund during the return period and was told that I will get a refund. They received the item in May of 2023. I have not received any refund even after numerous attempts and promises that the refund will be expedited.

I told them I couldnt wait any further and asked for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund back to my Mastercard. I have contacted them over three times and am still waiting for my refund.
