I placed an order for tires online. I kept getting the run around about the tires not being at the location. They also said they sent them to a different store. However one worker tried to say I ordered the wrong tires. But she lied, there are certain tires that *** use and they have to be ordered most of the time due to not many local facilities carrying them. So now Ive had these tires about 2-3 months and I took my car in twice because the rear tires kept losing air. They refilled them with air and checked to make sure theres no leak. So at this point I dont think the tires are NEW. They just gave me some tires because its been an issue since I purchased them. Im going back in TODAY to see how they want to resolve this issue. If nothing is done. I will take this further until its corrected.Business Response

On October 16th 2023, I visited Discount tires (where I purchased my tires) to get a rotation. The gentleman helping me looked at my car and then informed me that I needed new TIRES. I informed him that I just purchased these tires. The gentleman looked up my order and found that I purchased 4 new tires October 16th 2022. From there I was informed that I would pay a lower cost since the tires were only a year old. The total was $330.00.. I was in disbelief! I asked for the manager because WHY am I being charged anything. ***** (manager) explained that there's still a fee involved even thought I kept maintenance on the car by coming in an getting my tires rotated. I called my husband and asked him to speak with *****. ***** told him the same thing and, so, we were at an impasse. I told ***** that I'm very disappointed in the service that I'm receiving and something should be done to make me whole. ***** said he could waive the warranty and get me down to $92.00. I paid the $92.00 bucks and was on my way. I want my warranty reinstated as well as a refund.Business Response

On October 18, 2023 I had pre-purchased $1,227.61 of tires for my ***** CRV and had them installed. An employee asked me if I needed new wiper blades and I told them to put new ones on. A while after they pulled the car into the service bay, the Service Manager, *********************** called my name and told me there was a problem. Apparently when "they" were replacing the windshield wipers they cracked my windshield. He handed me his card with the claim number on the back and the insurance co. phone # and said if I didn't hear from them in 3 days I should call them. He then said kind of as an afterthought -- Sorry. He disappeared. Shortly after this a young man drove my car up and I saw four, 4 inch cracks on the passenger side that were snaking toward the middle of the windshield. They rushed me in the car and that was that!!! No offer to cover the windshield replacement or any "real" apology. I think they were anxious to get me off the property. I contacted the regional office and the gentleman I spoke with was sympathetic and said he would take care of it. It's been a week now and I haven't heard a thing. I was furious that I had to take a week finding an appt at Satellite to replace the windshield and taking 4 hours out of my day to have it replaced a week later! We purchased tires from discount tires in 2019 and recently started to have issues with leaking. tire. When you brought it back to the discount tire store, we bought the tires from they looked at the tires and said they were from 2015 and dry-rotted. They looked up the receipt, I also had the receipt and well they did see we purchased them in 2019. I asked them why they were saying they were from 2015 they showed me the tire was actually from 2015!!!!! We got scammed and they put old tires on it, and we had no idea until we took it back in recently and they actually told us!! The lady worker went in back to talk to her manager came out and said they must have been out of stock at that time, so they put those ones on because they were in stock.Business Response

About two years ago, I purchased tires from Discount tire along with the certificates. The original purchase went fine. However, I started experiencing issues when I relocated to ******* back in April. After relocating to *******, I had a blowout. I went to the nearest discount tire, and the guy who came out said that he recommended that I replace the three other tires along with the blowout. When I explained they should be under warranty, and I also have certificates, his attitude and tone changed. It went from the tires needing to be replaced to the tires being fine, and I felt like he was trying to get over and that they were just been trying to get more money out of me. The same decision should have been made whether I had a warranty or not. A couple months later, I had another issue with the tire. I went to the store because I ran over something and the tire could not be replaced due to the location of the hole. They prorated me regardless of me having certificates, and as I started to ask additional questions, I got even more confused. This would make the second time Ive experienced issues where the excuses have changed in regard to replacing my tire with the certificate. *** contacted **************** twice, and they said they would escalate, but I have gotten nowhere, not even a call back. I am currently having another issue with a different tire, and theyre refusing to replace it this time as well. The sales rep told me that this tire should have been prorated when I got the last one replaced. This is what Im not understanding when it comes to discount tires customer service, It seems like whatever option is better for them to make the most money is the option they go with, regardless of a warranty or a certificate. This whole experience has been absolutely horrible. When I spoke with the store about contacting corporate, their response was, Its just going to come right back to us when we make the final decision.Business Response

I saw many good reviews so I decided to go there, unfortunately they scratched one of my black tint wheels, they even tried to put some black paint to hide it so I would not notice it (without even disclosing it to me).It seems they care more about quickness than making sure peoples vehicles are not damaged.Business Response

$834.66 was paid to Discount to replace 3 tires on 2014 **** F150 7/20/20 this included certificate of replacement. Vehicle went in for unrelated repairs and mechanic stated tires have dry rot. Today I had an appointment with Discount 392 54th *******, ** to discuss replacement and was only given a $106 dollar per tire credit towards buying new tires. My understanding of certificate of replacement was to replace not to give me a credit towards buying another set of tires. On Discount tires website highlighted states you might be eligible for warranty coverage on your dry rot tires. That was not an option offered to me. I don't think tires should have dry rot in such a short amount of time as this vehicle is driven everyday. I have never had any tire with dry rot before. I would like Discount to either make this right with replacement or if needs be, go back to the manufacturer for defective product.Business Response

I came into the store and ******* ******** on the 15th of September about two new tires had them put on the front the next day or driving down the road and one of the tires fell off in front I had a towed to Shawnee pit stop they put a new hub on and put the donut in the back and put one of the tires in the front and all the good I had ****** ****** off look at it and they said that they needed to replace some parts totally ended up coming up to $701 it's been over a week now I'm still riding around on a donutBusiness Response

On September 25th, 2023, I attempted to contact 3 locations in *** to see if you were able to beat the price of ***'s club. Store #1 *************************************************************. Store was busy. I asked for a call back from ***** and never received it. The other person (******") seemed to busy to assist. Called store #2 *******************************************************. Spoke to ****** and he is helping other customers and will be with me. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time and hung up. Attempted at last resort to contact store ******************************************************************. The gentlemen said that "the prices" are $3 different. I asked if he would beat my quote and he could not clarify. After 4 hours of trying i decided to just place a future order from **** club on the tires.
