      I purchased a Coleman UTV ****************************** December 2022 as a Christmas gift. It hasn't consistently run since picking it up and was told by Tractor Supply that it is covered under warranty by the manufacture, and I would be required to deal with them. I contacted them on 7/14/23 and created a case number at which time I was told to take it to a repair facility, ******************** which I did on 7/22/23. The repair facility contacted Coleman the following week to notify them of the necessary part and again three weeks ago after Coleman told me that they were still waiting on part verification from the repair facility. ******************** told me at that time that Coleman plays a stall game with them and sometimes they wait as long as 4-6 months for parts. So today after waiting for 7 weeks and being told that the part had still not arrived, I contacted Coleman Powersports again at which time they said they are still waiting for part verification from the repair shop. I know this is a fallacy as I was standing in the office at the repair facility the second time that they called Coleman and gave them the required part number. All the while my one-year warranty is running out, but I guess that's how they do business. I just want my UTV 400 repaired so I can pick it up as soon as possible.

      Both myself and the repair organization have contacted Coleman Powersports on at least three occasions requesting the required Repair Part be sent and each time nothing was done so why should I believe them now. Show me documentation that the part has been received by the repair facility and I will believe them. Otherwise theyve had three opportunities too look into it and have done nothing each time.

      I purchased an *** from Tractor Supply on 11/25/22, and a couple months (February 2023) later it stopped working properly (would stay started). I received case number *****, and when I called the repair shop, I was told I had to bring it in. I did not have the means to. So eventually, it stopped working all together, and I made another claim, rented a truck and trailer, and took it into the repair shop. That case number was *****, and I took the *** to ************************ *****************************************************************, Phone: ************, on July 20, 2023. It has been diagnosed and waiting for the authorization and parts from Coleman since that time (over a month and a half). I have been contacting Coleman every week, with no resolution. I am in the process of buying another unit, and want Coleman to refund me for this unit, as I am tired of waiting, and tired of waiting for a supervisor to call me back. I just spoke with ********* from customer service today ********, and she advised me she can see all the requests for a supervisor but cannot explain why it hasn't happened. I even emailed the company, with no resolution. I will be buying a new unit and request a refund for this one.

      Transaction Date was 6-21-2023 Amount paid: $217.57 Coleman Powersports (Coleman Legacy Products) had parts in stock in accordance with their website.Nature of dispute: On this day 6-21-2023 I ordered parts for my grandkids AT125-B Quad. Called again on 7-07-2023 to inquire about parts. Coleman rep said parts are not being shipped because warehouse is being moved from Arizona to ***** and will NOT ship parts out until 1st of Aug. On 8-14-2023 called again. ******* says order # has been changed and parts NOT to ship for another week. Called Coleman AGAIN on 8-23-2023. This Time Famele (the Sales Rep) said it's a warehouse issue, not his and that they will call me with an update at the end of August. Account is under *********************** / Order # is ******. No tracking since parts have NOT been shipped YET!. Please help me get these parts. this is clearly false advertisement on their website. Can you please assist me in getting these parts that they have in stock. At this rate, I might get them next year or not at all. I find this kind of business transaction ********, especially from a large company like Coleman. PLEASE HELP ME!

      No **** it! You need to not worry about contacting me, there is nothing to talk about. I have already been promised twice that someone will contact me and nobody has done so. You need to fulfill your end of the deal and stop s******* me around on these parts and SEND THEM PRONTO! My family and I had been using Coleman Products since the early 60's. After this experience with you, I will NEVER buy another product that has the name Coleman on it. No quality left in the name anymore

      Purchased Coleman CT100U Mini Bike for my grandsons birthday December 2021. **** a few times and he loved it. After riding just a few times the threads stripped on the steering column shaft and the front wheel came off while riding. Should be a quick fix. Went online from website in manual and ordered the bolt, locknut and 3 different washers. The total for the parts was $12.95. Add to that the shipping is $46.40 for a total of $59.35. That order was placed on May 31, 2023. I have made SO many calls I can't even keep up. I have left messages for a "supervisor" to return my calls. My DIL finally got through to someone and they said they moved warehouses and are catching up! OK It will be 90 days tomorrow. I want the parts I ordered or I want a refund on a mini-bike that is only collecting dust. How disappointing every time I have to tell him there is nothing to ride!

      On May 5, 2023 I purchased a Coleman *** and on May 7, 2023 it failed to go into reverse. I contacted the company and they gave me case number *****. I took the *** to ************************ and the did some kind of adjustment and 4 days later I was having the same issue. I did some research and found out that that the actual shifter is too short and Coleman came out with a new shifter but didn't put it on any *** before shipping. I called ***************************** and he said he would have one shipped to Diamond. Til this day no parts have been shipped and every time I call customer service I get the same run around that they moved the warehouse and they will ship the parts as soon as possible. It has been 3.5 months now and still no satisfaction.

      I purchase Coleman UT400 HS400UTV-5 on August 17, 2023 at ********** Ace Hardware.The manager said they don't handle the Warranty to call Coleman Powersports Limited Warranty, the booklet states One Year of the date of purchase. Their is noises coming from the brakes, we have sent receipts, photos of the titles all informations to case # *****. Coleman's warranty specialist said is no warranty for your new vehicle because " it was sold at second hand store. And later they said it was sold as is" their was no mention of that, when I purchured it.

      This is my 2nd complaint my 1st complaint # ******** has not been resolved. In April 2023 I purchased a Coleman ****************************** ************* **. The unit kept stalling when driven. I opened a warranty claim with Coleman sports warranty **** in April 2023. In May 2023 I took the unit to a shop 35 miles away from my house in *************. The unit has been in the shop since that date. The Coleman warranty specialist has not responded to my emails since 6/17/23 I called and they say they are looking into it and that they will get back to me. Mean while I am paying monthly payments and interest on something I can use. The unit purchase price was $7,500.00

      11/22/2022 Purchase a Coleman *** 400 from Tractor Supply 7/10/2023 Filed a warranty repair with Coleman for a continuous oil leak. CASE # ***** 7/13/2023 Provided detailed information about the *** and the problem to Coleman by email 7/20/2023 Coleman provided contact information for a local service center for repairs 7/22/2023 We delivered the Coleman *** to Mid-Atlantic Sports for evaluation and repairs 7/27/2023 Mid-Atlantic Sports notified us that the *** cannot be repaired. It is a manufacturers defect in the motor and will require a new motor. They reported this to Coleman on 7/24/2023. We never received any response from Coleman.7/27/2023 8/11/2023 We contacted Coleman Service multiple times, any they never returned our calls. 8/2/2023 We sent an email to the Coleman Service representative, stating again that we would like a refund or a replacement *** 400. We received no response.8/12/2023 - We contacted ********************** and they said they would contact Coleman service on Monday 8/13/2023.8/16/2023 We contacted Coleman Service by phone and asked for a resolution or a status update. They said they would get back to us. (Spoke to *********)8/16/2023 We contacted Coleman Service by phone and asked to speak to a supervisor. We spoke to ******. The Service Representative would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. He did however send an email to a supervisor, and copied me, restating that we would like to receive a new unit or a refund.8/16/2023 - Tractor Supply sent us an email stating that we must file a warranty repair with Coleman. I had already told Tractor Supply that we had filed the warranty repair with Coleman but could not get any resolution. They ignored that and sent what appeared to be an automated email response.

      Bought coleman utv400 at TSC on 12-14-22 for $7949.99. In June 2023 it stopped running it won't idle so can't use it. Has **** hrs on it. **** first contacted coleman powersports needed receipt and address emailed it. 7-4 system was updating will call me back. **** was told sending info to service team will call me back. **** they only show my receipt need address again going to call service team and call me in 1hr. Later that day got ***** my warranty specialist email he's going to find me a center. **** emailed ***** to see if he found it. AS OF NOW IVE NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL OR EMAIL EVER! 8-2 called ***** they're still looking. Had to add my address so they can locate a center. Also added my # so file comes up when I call. He talked to ***** service team and found 2 places has to call to see if they work on my unit and if they have availability. Will call later. 8-7 called ***** but wouldn't let me dial ext so talked to someone else. Note on file called fri to see if center had avail and works on my unit should be getting call by Tues. **** email ***** for updates... no response BACKFROM ANYONE BY PHONE OR EMAIL YET. **** let me enter ext. Had to give case # so my info didn't pop up obviously. Wait on hold 10mins for him to say they're still waiting will call me later.At this point my unit has **** hrs and won't run now its sitting for 2 months waiting for these ppl to find a center so more if probably wrong since it's sitting. They don't call back they don't email back. It's under warranty for 1 yr. This is the worst company ever. I have been patient but I'm getting the run around. I need the unit for farm work. This is a joke. They don't give any info but we're contacting this service team and waiting to hear from a center. I'm paying bills on a unit that's sitting in my driveway, unusable! When you call you can't hear the person cause it sound like they're answering phone right next to eachother. I've given my info multiple times and called and no progress.

      I do not accept this. I didn't receive a call from them that day. I did get a response email from ***** from the email I sent 5 days prior asking about updates and he said he would check and get back to me and nothing. This is sad that no progress has been made since the beginning of the process in June. At this point I would like a refund. If it takes this long for one step how longs it going to take at the shop and waiting for parts.

      I purchase a ck100-s go-kart from Academy on May 18 2023 out of the box and it did not start. I called Coleman and they told to take it to a service department and the carburetor is no good . Every week Coleman said that they are going to send the part and they don't and is going to be 3 month already and my grandson is very disappointed
