    Blinds arrived without and mounting hardware! Called and got disconnected 2x then finally got someone and said it needed to process for 1-2 business days then ship for 1-2 business days in the meantime hired a contractor to install and he couldnt do anything and had to pay him for his time!

    I ordered 2 sets of cordless classic mini blinds and 1 cordless black out cellular blind. One of the cordless classic mini blinds was the wrong size. I contacted warranty claims by email told them the problem, sent pictures to them of the problem, they approved the warranty claim and replaced the wrong size blind. The blinds were easy to install and work as advertised. would order again from Select Blinds.

    The blinds are very nice but when you pull the handle to lower them the blinds become unbalanced. The blind needs a better pull down handle

    Ordered two blackout shades from this company. After reviewing my order I noticed the measurement was off. One of the measurements was the default measurement on the scroll wheel. The website claims that changes can be made within 24 hours. I attempted to contact the company via phone and website customer service chat (which I have time stamped) and got no response. The website has posted work hours every day. By the time I was able to contact someone the order was sent to the production facility and they were not able to make a change. I now have shades that do not fit. The customer service manager was not willing to replace the shades with the correct size and wanted to charge me for replacements. I think this company should not have posted business hours if they do not respond to customers during those hours. The manager also tried to blame me for not seeing an order freeze feature on the confirmation email which I have yet to find.

    One star because they won’t accept a review with ZERO stars. The shutter has gaps all around. I want to replace it, with outside mount, so I can cover up the gaps, but they have refused - the FIT guarantee is not honored when the blind doesn’t FIT!! I have bought MANY blinds from this company, but NEVER AGAIN.
