      I purchased a home solar system from this company and was told I wouldnt have a electric bill I was good with that even had them add extra solar panels to my roof due to going to add a pool later on. We have not added a pool and have been getting larger power bills from aps $150-$500 a month and Ive reached out to them and they have been not returning my phone calls I had a system on my last home that was was bigger and house was half the size of my house I live in now I even asked sales guy and was told it is new technology and it would be better then my last system Ive even called him with questions about my system cause I got other quotes from other companies and he told me that his was better at producing more energy I feel I was taken advantage of

      We understand Mr. ******** concerns regarding his utility bill. To clarify, our analysis that was shared with ****************** indicates that his system is performing as expected, and even exceeding the proposed production. However, due to increased consumption compared to the initial design estimate and rising utility rates, his overall bill has increased.
      As discussed, Mr. ******** system was commissioned in October 2023, so we do not yet have a full year of data to accurately compare costs and savings. Additionally, utility rate structures have changed since ***************** resided in his previous home, making comparisons irrelevant.
      We want to reiterate that Mr. ******** system is operating optimally based on our July 26th, 2023, production analysis. The disclosures and proposal provided at the time of purchase clearly outlined the systems capabilities and the fact that he would still receive a monthly utility bill, and ****************** acknowledged his understanding of these details during his August 1st, 2023, welcome call when he also stated that his salesman did not make any promises outside of what was proposed or shown in his contract.
      To potentially offset increased energy consumption, we suggested exploring the addition of a battery storage system. We also recommended he try to determine the cause of his increased production.
      We remain committed to addressing Mr. ******** concerns and ensuring his satisfaction. Please let us know if you have any questions or require further clarification.

      We purchased panels in 2019. In May of 2023 they stopped working. The invertor has malfunction reading an error code not even on the website. We have been trying to get in touch with the company since to have a technician come out and resolve the issue. They claim they aren't doing business anymore in **********. We are continuously rerouted and promised call backs and resolutions with no resolution in site. Our true-up is up to ****. Our panels are completely paid off. We still pay to the power company. ******* and ***** the engineers of Sunny Edge just keep ignoring us. They forward our calls, turn off theirs phone, phone numbers with full voicemail boxes, and have secretaries reroute us constantly. It's been 9 months. Today they said they could have a technician come out and would call back. Nothing happened. When we tried to call them like I said. Voicemail with a full message box. They claim that they can't find a technician that can do the work but a quick ****** search shows a bunch in my area. I am starting to think that since they got their check they don't want to come back and make sure everything is working properly. I am still under warranty.

      My solar panels stopped working in June so I made appointment for them to come out they charged $150 came out and left no report no email no text no phone call Ive been calling and no one responds

      We replaced ****************** Inverter on 10.27.2023 and have scheduled monitoring upgrades for 11.3.2023.

      When I called to discuss this with **************** on 10.24.2023,I discovered that we did not have his new email on file and that is why he did not receive updates.        I have updated the email so there should be no further communication issues.

      We also reimbursed **************** for one month of his solar loan payment due to this inconvenience on 10.30.2023.

      Sunny Energy installed a solar system I paid almost $30k for, which has not worked correctly since day one. I gather that the solar-generated is not transferred to APS properly; therefore, I have not seen much reduction in my electric bill. After leaving several emails, and phone messages, I finally got a call from ******* ***** While ******* was trying to be helpful, she just had zero answers. She said the problem was with Tigo, and it was being worked on, and I should be updated by Friday, 8/4. Friday, 8/4, has come and gone with no update and a solar system not working correctly. Sunny Energy has numerous fumbles during the installation, including putting the equipment in the wrong spot, not painting the conduit, and just overall communication. After two months of trying to get answers, I am frustrated.

      I approve the plans; however they did not follow the plans as well as the timeline listed is not correct per their communication   

      Tech folks did come out to my home on 8/17; however as of today, 8/19, nobody has provided me an update if my system has been fixed. 

      Again, communication has been horrific and I have not been reimbursed for the increased energy cost.

      Sunny Energy continues to say all the right things, but the FACTS are my system is still not working properly.   ***** told me via email on 8/23, that they would get back to me at the end of the week, as they expected to have an update by the end of the week.  I received nothing.

      I am now moving my complaint to the Attorney General and the Government Agency that oversees Solar Company's.

      Invertor died over 2 weeks ago. No resolve in sight. It's been constant issues with this company. Even after a year I'm still chasing down repairs for stucco and broken studs. I wish I could go back and not do business with this company. So I'm paying high summer bills plus my solar bill.

      Once informed by ****** on July 12th that the system was down that there were unfinished repairs, I created a case to have the repairs done and another for the system to be checked.
      That same day we discovered the inverter had failed and submitted an RMA to Solar Edge to have it replaced.
      The new inverter was received from Solar Edge on the second of August and installed on the fourth of August.
      After hearing back from contractors on the 15th, I informed ******, they would contact him directly to make repairs. 
      The contractors are quite busy and started work on the repairs August fourth. They were unable to finish due to weather and rescheduled with *************
      We anticipate all the repairs will be finished shortly to Joshuas satisfaction.

       contractors did not reschedule. No idea what they are talking about. Invertor was installed but no follow up from the company. In fact, we didn't even know when the company was done installing the invertor because they never said a word. Just drove off. I'm not even sure the new invertor is working correctly as the power monitoring
