      This company is UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE at customer service. I needed to update my credit card with a new one. I emailed 9 times, and left numerous messages. When they emailed me to update my credit card the link would not work. You can't talk to anyone if you don't know your pin and there is no way to find it out without speaking to someone. For a phone company they are AWEFUL!!!

      I have been harassed by sales associate ******************* after closing account and ending trial period prematurely because of unprofessional and rude behavior by sales person. Despite communicating directly to sales person to cease contact AND contacting customer service agent ****** I file a complaint with management, this sales person still continues to call and email me. It is clear that Ring Central does not take complaints seriously nor does it care about the safety or personal information of its clients. After recommending this service to several practices over the years, sadly, I will cease to do so solely because of this negative experience. The fact that harassment is ongoing from their employee and zero action has been taken has left me without any other course of action than to contact law enforcement.

      POOR SERVICE If you're a small business owner and quality is part of the foundation of your business, please continue reading. 17th ************* customer service from onset. I requested a VOIP line and extension number, which they provided to me during that call. I pay for a full year at this point.19th May - I use the app to set up my business name, and then call the number provided to me by the Ring Central customer service agent. Another business' voicemail was active, I contact technical support for assistance. They review the account, inform me that the number provided to me had been bulk ported out to ***** I ask for a supervisor for resolution. I provided two contact numbers and was told I would call me back.28th May. Supervisor sends a generic email courtesy email (not a call). 30th May. Tech support contacts me again, apologizes, reviews the account and tells me that I have to choose a new number. I inform them that I was provided the first number by ring central customer service and was then told that I should be able to get the original number 2nd June. rinse repeat. At this point I have accepted that I wlll have to choose a new number, and am questioning the customer service. At least I can have the same area code. I'm informed that same area code would not be a problem, they would call me back, and we can test the new number they would give to me to assure it works. 4th June. There are no numbers in my requested area code. If I'm interested in continuing, I'll have to choose both a new number and a new area code. I request a refund. Immediately. 10th June. Refund still not created. I contact customer support via chat and request a refund. Interestingly enough, during the refund process the agent informs me that the number that I am currently using will be available for the next 30 days if I change my mind. The thing is, I never had an active number in the first place. RUN.... to another service, don't walk.
