    I received a notice from Blendjet on December 28, 2023, that there was a safety recall on the two models that I had purchased. I was instructed by Blendjet to destroy the lower half of the Blendjets take a photo of the destroyed part and send via email to them, and they would send me the replacement parts. I was not too happy to find out that what they said to be sending me was not going to be the same color as the Blendjets that I purchased. The new part would be in black only, this was the first disappointing incident with Blendjet. I sent an email to Blendjet notifying them that I still had not received my replacement parts for my two now dismantled Blendjet machines and if nothing was done soon, I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Blendjet support responded telling me that they had experienced some unforeseen issues in their supply chain and have started shipping out the replacement part in March but due to shortage I may not get my parts as late as June. Blendjet offered me another option to replace my units with two new Blendjet 2's and I accepted. I selected the options as I was instructed via email and sent the information over to Blendjet. Then I received and email from Blendjet support stating the option for the new units was no longer available. Until this day Blendjet has not followed through with either of their proposals and I just want either two new units or the money that I paid for them.

    I am rejecting this response because: you continue to respond with the nonsense and have been for several months now, refund me the total price that I paid and lets be done with this. Both of my units were recalled not just one, the numbers are ******* and *******. You are making your issue mine and after all that I have endured with this situation I really would rather do without the product and receive a full refund moving forward. This is just wrong for any consumer to have to deal with.

    I bought a BlendJet2 december 31, 2022. After I bought the bigger 32 oz bottle, the lid, 2 cook books and a lot of Jet Pack wich I found too sweet for me. I got the recall email so I destroyed the piece of plastic that I was suppose to, in december 2023. After, I send several email to the company to get a schedule of what was going on and the delay that I would suspect to get a new kit. They dont know. Time pass and I have no news from them but I see a lots and lots of advertisment from them over ********* So I wrote my last e-mail asking for a refund so I can buy I new one. The company decline my request. I also bought the insuled sleeve to carry my BlendJet to work. All of these tools are in my drawer. They told me that they have issues with the distribution of the replacing kits and they cannot provide me with a date of replacement.

    I bought a blendjet in November of 2023. The product was recalled and I submitted the recall order 12/29/2023. First I was told the product would ship in March of 2024 and then by the end of June 2024. It is now July and I have received nothing. I tried reaching out to blendjet and they are not even able to provide me a timeline of when I will get the replacement. It has now been 7 months since I submitted the recall and 8 months since I bought the product. This is ridiculous. Blendjet continues to sell products on their website but claims they cannot supply the customers who already purchased from them a replacement.

    On 28 December 2023, I received a recall notice informing me that all 3 of the Blendjets I previously purchased are now a fire/laceration hazard. The same day I followed Blendjets's procedures and ordered replacements. I waited their prescribed "4-6 week timeframe" and did not receive any items or updates. I inquired on 28 February about the status and they responded on 5 March (which was past their prescribed "72 hour response window") and told me they had supply chain issues. 4 days later on 10 March the first replacement Blendjet shipped and I received it on 15 March.On April 9, Blendjet sent a mass email and stated "some customers may not receive their replacements until June 2024 due to a shortage of replacement kits"... yet I constantly see multiple ******** ads from Blendjet for new colors.It is now 11 July, almost 6 months without 2 of 3 of my Blendjets. I sent an email on 10 July requesting a refund and they responded on 11 July stating "the recall program does not offer refunds or upgrades as an option" and that "Your order is in progress and will be processed once base kit processing resumes fully." I was unaware there was another delay and/or that base kit processing had paused.This is honestly, extremely unacceptable and just plain bad business. In almost 6 months time, Blendjet is still not able to fully rectify this situation. Blendjet made a deliberate CHOICE not to refund me for a product they deemed unsafe and a danger to my family and I. Any customer that is affected by the recall is clearly not a priority since new customers can place orders without delay. At this point I feel like Blendjet is stealing from me because Ive paid for serviceable products and they are refusing to take action in a timely manner for my last 2 items. Blendjets collaboration with Consumer ************************* (CPSC) is not a valid excuse when, again, new customers are getting products in a timely manner. I can't, in good conscience recommend BlendJet to anyone.

    So beyond disgusted by their handling of the safety recall. They made us destroy a piece, take a photo as proof and send in. I did this in JANUARY. I've emailed with response, and there's ZERO updates on my replacement. It is now JULY. 7 months without my product, no communication, and even their website STILL says JUNE for their replacements. JUST HOW is this not more of a priority? Are you hoping we forget and move on? What could be the hold up for SELLING MACHINES but not REPLACING for the ones who bought them FIRST?!?!

    Received recall notice in late Dec/early Jan and submitted all info required to get base replacement on Jan 25, 2024. On Feb 8, received an update saying there was a delay and it would be another 4 to 6 weeks due to production issues. Every follow up email continues to extend the replacement base shipment (24 weeks later and counting). However, they are able to continue to produce new products to sell but can't seem to set aside production to make the replacement base. I would assume the old and new base use the same materials which would lead one to think that they are prioritizing new sales instead of taking care of existing customers who have been waiting for months. Therefore, I suggested that they just send me a completely new product (readily available given the slew of marketing emails being sent to me). There has been no response so I am now forced to file this complaint with the BBB. They can either me a new blendjet if there is such an issue with the replacement base or reimburse me the cost of the product so I can put it towards a suitable replacement myself.

    On December 28, 2023 BlendJet issued a recall of some of their portable blenders. Mine was one of them. I destroyed the gasket and sent a photo to them. It is now July 2024 and I have yet to receive a replacement base. When I emailed them in May asking about the replacement they said I could wait until the end of June or request an upgrade. There was no deadline. I decided to give them the benefit of waiting, it is now July and I have requested the upgrade as a replacement base did not arrive by the end of June. They have now rescinded that offer. The company is continuing to still sell BlendJet2s in stores, on QVC and online. They need to send me the upgrade as stated in their email and take care of their customers who have waited 7 months for replacement.

    In Dec 2023 I submitted two requests for replacements from Blendjet as part of their volunteer recall. I followed all the instructions provided. In Feb, when a replacement didn't arrive, I resubmitted the request (thinking I made an error), did print of the confirmation screen to verify they received the information, then emailed in June on a status (with pictures of the submission). I received a generic response they are working on getting the replacement parts out but can't provide a time line. It has been well over 6 months. I keep receiving emails about new products to buy but nothing on the replacements.I would just like the replacement(s) I can start making smoothies again.
