1 starWe have been wholesale brokers for many years with gotprint First they were wholesale only !!!Business to business Then they started selling directly to our customers retail Now they are starting to use the retail internet tax law towards its wholesale brokers for out of state shipments Charging us sales tax for wholesale business to business purchases Sales tax is for the end user Not the business buying it for resale Thats why we all have tax Id numbers from the *** I tried to explain this tax is for retail purchases not wholesale They didnt even know what a blanket tax exempt form was !?!?This is just a way of them pushing us brokers out of the market GREED AT ITS BEST !!!Do not use them The prices are great but once they get your order They will try to take your customer base Its sad They use to be such a great company Broker wholesale printers like us Made them this big What happened to partner respect ?GotPrint

As per changes in the online tax laws in 2018, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to states that charge sales tax. If the customer has a valid tax exemption on their account for a specific state or states, then we can waive the sales tax.
For example, if the customer is tax exempt for ************** and the order is shipping to an address in ********, then we can waive the state sales tax. However, if the customer is exempt in ********, but the order is shipping to *******, where the customer does not have exemption, then sale tax for the **************** would be charged.
If the customer has any further questions on this, we would ask them to consult a qualified tax professional.

1 starThis company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered 4 different prints for my wedding invitations on paper that was described as *****. It arrived and was glossy and there were white lines on the sides. The colors were also off. I submitted a request for a refund and they requested photos. I sent the requested photos of all the samples *****, but the only response I received was that I hadnt sent the proper samples. I uploaded them again and received the same message. I believe this is what they do to avoid providing refunds to clients. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she was filing a complaint with quality control and guess what? They sent me another email saying that due to me not providing samples, they cannot provide the refund. They made me waste $350 and I had to order my invitations from another website. Im not sure how this process could be so terrible.GotPrint

The customer placed an order for 4 different items and on 7/26 submitted an issue via the website stating that on one of the sets there was a white strip on the side and that they were unhappy with the card stock on 2 of the other sets and requested a full refund. We requested a photo of 10 to 15 of the cards with the white strip as a group shot so we could see the issue, the customer sent a photo of one card in each set. On 7/28, we requested the images again so we could see the issue and on 7/31 the customer emailed to say that they had already sent images. We replied back to advise that if the customer is not able to supply the requested images, we would not be able proceed with the problem ticket. On 8/2 the customer proved the requested images and we were able to determine that there was a cutting error on the set and we offered to do a free reprint on that set. For the items for which the customer did not like the card stock they had selected, we did offer $100 store credit as a courtesy and we always recommend that customers get one of our free sample kits, so they can see and feel the paper and card stocks to see if they are suitable.

1 starI ordered stickers from GotPrint and they arrived with no way to peel off the back side of the stickers, so they, you know, stick to things. So I sent them multiple pictures showing the stickers were defective and unusable and they offered a $10 store credit on my $127 + order. Then ignored my following emails. They even acknowledged that this problem with stickers happens often, yet still refused to refund my money or offer a equal store credit.GotPrint

Upon further review of the test sheets for the paper used for your order, it was found that the area that your stickers were printed were poorly scored by the manufacturer, and because of the way we print, your order would have been in the same place on the paper stock. We have already submitted a full refund on this order and depending on your bank, you should receive this within 2-5 business days.

1 starI recently ordered Rack cards from GotPrint.com and was disappointed with the quality of their customer service. While the cards were almost perfect, the letters at the bottom of the cards were jumbled together, making them illegible. When I reached out to GotPrint.com to address the issue, they immediately blamed me, saying that it was my fault for not flattening the letters. However, after conducting extensive research, I found no information about flattening letters and concluded that it was a printing issue. Besides, the software I use, you can't download it without flattening the image and besides that, they probably didn't know I'm a professional graphic designer for a major Music Park and they probably assumed I'm just another one of their customers who don't know anything about that kind of stuff, and they could just say whatever, and I'd probably believe it like most I'm sure do. wrong that they do that to people. Despite explaining the issue to GotPrint.com several times, they refused to take responsibility for the error and did not offer any solutions or compensation. I was frustrated by their lack of effort in resolving the issue and their unhelpful customer service. It's clear that they need to improve their customer service and quality control processes to ensure that they provide high-quality products and services.I cannot recommend GotPrint.com based on my experience. Their handling of my issue was unprofessional, and they need to learn how to treat their customers better." 1 starI have been a regular customer for about 6 months, returning monthly for my small business fulfillments. Up until recently every postcard printed was perfect- I couldn't have been happier. My last order however which was a reprint, was subpar and the print quality was horrible with lines through the artwork. I voiced my displeasure of the unsatisfactory work and was gaslighted by customer support that there was nothing wrong with the prints, and that the issue was my fault because the files weren't in CMYK color format. After numerous days of going back and forth, sharing photo after photo, comparing the recent order to a past order quality, I was slapped in the face with a $30 store credit offer on a $236 order. This amount wouldn't even cover half of the amount I paid in shipping costs let alone the amount spent on product. I even ignored the light lines on the other postcards in the order because they were dull in comparison to the ones I was reaching out to customer service about. They state on their website "Printograph will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, print shift, and printing delays to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product." 1 starHORRIBLE SERVICE. I did not know how to make a small change to a design BEFORE ordering it (I understand once it is ordered, it is too late to make changes) so I contacted their customer support and was told they cannot help me make any changes or EVEN SHOW OR INSTRUCT ME ON HOW TO MAKE THE CHANGE. They then told me, "We don't do that. That is why our prices are so cheap. But if you want to hire a graphic designer to help with that change, you can do that"They couldn't help me make one simple alignment change so that when it prints it won't get cut off??? Horrible service, and VERY HIGH SHIPPING RATES make this a place I WILL NOT do business with again.GotPrint

The customer contacted us via our live chat and due to a misunderstanding on our end, we did not realize that the order was placed using our Online Designer. We should have assisted the customer in how to adjust the design and we apologize for all the inconvenience the customer has faced. We did contact the customer and upgraded the shipping on us to try to make up for this. We do hope that the customer will be willing to work with us again in the future.

I want to make it known that this business did reach out to me, and although I still was not pleased with the lack of service I received, and the inconsiderate and demeaning employee I was dealing with that was flat our rude when I was asking for assistance on making a change, THE BUSINESS REACHED OUT TO ME and apologized, corrected the issue, and offered free upgraded shipping. I cannot remove the review, nor would I anyway, but I think it is important to know that they are actively trying to change their service issues. Thanks GotPrint! 1 starCrooks, cheats, shady business practices. They will send you damaged products that are printed blotchy and instead of making it right they put you through a 3 week process to make it as hard as possible. They will respond to 1 out of 7 emails hoping you give up, never actually reprinting their damaged products. And when they go outside their turnaround time by 3 times the timeframe they do NOT speed up shipping to accomodate fo rtheir delay. They tell YOU to pay for the upgrade. hahaha. DO NOT be fooled by any of their garnage responses. Theuy are trained liars. Try getting on a live chat with their website form. The live staff are teh most MISERABLE people on planet earth. They will LITERALLY talk down to you. We told one of the female live chat agents about a missed deadline where they delayed us by 7 days. She replies saying, "Get over it, it snot serious" and then hangs up on us. Worst people in the history of any business. Why do you think they have a ONE star rating out of so many reviews? ahahaha. 1 starWorst experience ever. As other users have mentioned, quality control is non-existent. After I got my cards delivered I was shocked. They approved my proof, which was laid out well within all the print areas and looked great. They said they could not detect problems with it. They offered no refund, only a store credit. As a result of my experience with this company I will never use another online print company again. I will work with local vendors who I can visit or talk with over the phone. Painful ****** learned.GotPrint

The customer contacted us to advise that the font on the card was different to the font on the file they uploaded. The reason for this was due to the file not being flattened and, as we do advise in the Preparing Files section on the website, the font was replaced with the closest font that we have. We also advised the customer that we would offer a full store credit for the order so they could correct the files and place a new order, this was done as a courtesy as this was not a printing error, but a file error.
The customer did not reply to this, however as a one time courtesy, we are refunding the total amount back to the customer and, depending on their card issuer, it should show back on the card within 3-5 business days and we now consider the matter closed.

1 starQuality control is non existent. Used GotPrint twice for business cards. 1st order was OK but nothing exceptional. 2nd order was a disaster. Cropped wrong. Not as per proof. Color shift from first order even though orders were essentially the same. Refund policy - JOKE. NO refunds even if it's their error. 1st order very affordable. 2nd order-you end up paying for the discount you got on the 1st order - very expensive.
Not worth my money to pay for shipping to have more hassles with them. Live and Learn - never do business with GotPrint again.GotPrint

1 starHorrible customer service and short postcards every month! I just received my latest order, I paid for ****** postcards and received *****. After opening a ticket on their website and speaking to ****, then ****** and finally ***** (Supervisor) in customer service I was told that "my order was weighed" so it had to be correct. Sorry GotPrint, you better check your scale because your shipments are short. You are calling a long time customer a liar. I've been ordering 10k postcards from you for over a year and most months I get 12 boxes (or more). This month I received 10 boxes yet you say you shipped them all. I guess previously you just chose to ship more boxes than necessary? Additionally, why would I lie and ask for ***** more postcards this month? Believe me, I don't like waste, there is no reason this particular month I would decide to lie about what is shipped to me after being a customer for so many years.
I am usually shorted between ***** postcards every month and consider it a cost of doing business with GotPrint. I just live with it. This month, being short over ***** postcards is unacceptable. Additionally to get no resolution is a joke. Not sure how they can treat long time customers like this and stay in business. I for one am done with GotPrint.Ted R

I don't dispute that you shipped 10 boxes. My complaint is you did not ship 10,000 postcards in those 10 boxes, you shipped 8,644 cards. Other customers would not complain if they received my postcards, they would simply throw them away. If you would bother enough to contact me I would remind you that previous months you were shipping me 12 boxes. You shorted my order, and now say I'm lying when I call it to your attention. Not the correct way to treat a long time customer. Luckily I have already located another printer who seems more equipped to handle my size orders. It seems your orders of 50k or 100k take priority over smaller (less than 50k) orders. My advice, stay away from GotPrint.GotPrint

When we print, we print multiple orders that have the same card stock on large sheets of card, called a batch. This order was printed on a batch of 10,000 sheets along with multiple other orders that were 20,000, 50,000 & 100,000. Our records show that 10,000 cards were sent in 10 boxes that weighed 33lbs each and the courier tracking information confirms this. We have not received any complaints of shortages from any other order that was printed on this batch, it is possible that either the customer did not receive all the boxes, although again the tracking information from the courier shows that all the boxes were delivered, or one of the boxes was misplaced after delivery. We would ask the customer to confirm the number of boxes they have to see if this may be the case.
