      As from the attached statement, they are charging me twice for the $424 product. I used the $2124 product and it gave me a rash. I went back to this company as it was still here at our county fair and attempted a refund. Was told no refunds can be made. I at least want credit back for the double charge and for people to be warned of this company. They will adjust their price to whatever money you may have that they can take. Products given do not with like products used in their store.

      July 14th ************* a sale rep approach me, told me about their facial products which I purchased for $171. I was offered a free facial scheduled for july 25th which i went to. While getting the free facial i was told i can get facial services for a year at a cost of the original cost of $2000 because the store has a promotion so my price will be $1000 plus taxt. I asked if there was a payment plan and the rep replied no but went on to ask me how much i can pay down. I ask her how much does she want me to pay down and she replied $500, so made the down-payment on that same day and went away with only the receipt that i was given. July 26th less than 24 hours i went back to the store and said i will like to cancel because i want to be able to use the products i purchased from them on the 14th first, which i was told will last me 1 year. They told me no one in the store had the authority to grant me a refund and that they have a no refund policy and that they will have to call their boss which is in a meeting and will call me during that day to see what can be done for me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I returned on the july 27th and said i didn't receive a call and i want my down-payment. The rep said he will call the boss, took his phone, placed a call and went to a back room to speak while i was left in front. He returned and said they will call me later that day to update me, THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I never took away anything from that store pertaining to what i made the down-payment towards. They said they normally keep the products in a paper bag in the store with the customer's name on it for their convenience. One of the rep took me to that room but no bag was found with my name on it. She said the sales rep should of told me that they don't give refunds which i was never told. I was told that customer's have to pay in full as there is no payment plan yet for all they took my $500 down-payment and doesn't want to return it. The receipt has *********************

      I purchased this medical device on vacation, I was told by the sales rep that if the item did not work for me I could get a refund. The item was shipped to my home I received it a few days ago, I did more research on it and found bad press on it therefore I decided I did not want the item. Also there were other reasons I did not want the item. I reached out to the sales agent and told her that I would be returning the item unopened for a full refund. She then informed me that there was some promotion and I could not get my money back which was a lie she did not tell me that I specifically asked if I could get my money back on the item she told me yes! The item has been unopened and unused and I want to send it back to the location where it came from and get a credit on my credit card! These people should not be in business they are scammers and there's so much bad press going on I can't believe they are allowed to be in business, Why won't anyone do something about it!

      I purchased 350 dollars of product, I wasn't sure how they would react with my skin and asked if I could bring them back off I had any troubles and was told I had 2 weeks. I went home and got hives from their product. I went back the next day and was told that they do not do refunds and they showed my receipt which said no refunds even though they verbally told me I could take it back. They are liars, they had a tiny sign saying no refunds yet it's obscured and off to the side, who reads every sign and when they are told they can take them back? No one because they have no reason to. I have been taken advantage of and am so disgusted I am debating sueing them. I will file complaints to everyone, they have not had the last laugh this will cost them **** dollars from me telling people about them if I have to walk in front of their store to do it I will do that. ******* you petty little scam artists will lose money for your lies. The filth you sold has me in hives and I can take you to the cleaner just for that you foul evil creeps.

      Sales Manager stated that if I wasn't satisfied with the purchase of a $********* product, she would provide me a complete refund - with no questions asked. Since I had purchased many products over eights years and she had helped me get 4 complete refunds, was a reasonable decision. Owner misrepresented the authority of his Sales Manager to negotiate the final terms of a transaction with a customer, California Legal Remedies Act/California Civil Code 1770(a) Many false promises made by the Sales Manager/Owner Sold a $25K Retail Price Product (per Manufacturer) for $*** Refused to any of my "Good Will/Good Faith" efforts Violated numerous California Consumer Laws/FTC Regulations that range from * Implied Warranty of Fitness * Actual Fraud * Concealment * Consumer Fraud * Fraudulent or Intentional Misrepresentation * Statement Treated as Misrepresentation * Affirmative Misstatement * Negative Fraud Retailer ignore my requests sent through their Corporate Office and Shopping Mall Management Company Their "No Refund Policy" was ignored by the actions of the previous Owner (**** Banyas) providing me with 4 documented refunds and the present Owner (**** **********) recently providing several partial refunds This Retailer under its various names ********************************************************************************************* presently have ratings ranging from "F" to "Red Alert Since the Owner (**** **********), Sales Manager and Corporate Office have all stated that they are the Decision Maker regarding refunds - they have refused to provide any answers Retailer has violated Visa/MasterCharge's Reason Codes listed below: Category: 12.7, 13.1/30, 13.3/53, 13.5, 75 and 76. Retailer has provided partial AMEX refunds Countless negative online reviews
