    I ordered an Electric EZ lite cruiser on September 12 and received it on October 22. The product came from ***** which was not disclosed anywhere on the website and explains why it took over a month to receive. There were discrepancies upon receipt of the Wheelchair. Firstly, the JOYSTICK that I ordered was the LEFT SIDE (as I am Left Handed). I received a wheelchair with the RIGHT SIDE Joystick. Also, the accessories needed to operate the wheelchair, ie. BATTERY, was not shipped (the tracking number provided did not work). As of today, October 23, I have not received the battery and other accessories. How do I use this Electric Wheelchair without a battery? I have emailed the Company to inquire where the accessories are so that I can use the wheelchair, and also to resolve the issue of the wrong Joystick received. I was hoping for a good experience with this product; but unfortunately, I am disappointed/not satisfied for one, with the lack of communication and second, the product expectations. To my surprise, upon further research of the Company, it seems that I have been dealing with a Marketing Company and not the actual Manufacturer of the wheelchair.

    My friend is in an EZ lite cruiser for many years. Any time he needs something the owner ******* gets it out immediately. This Saturday the wheelchair wouldnt move. We thought it was a battery or charging issue. ******* had his number to text for emergencies on his website and battery. He returned my call within 2 minutes, and talked me through figuring out the problem. We were up and moving again immediately. It was a simple wire that got disconnected. Ive never seen such amazing customer service in my life. If you need an electric wheelchair this is 100 % the company to use. Their product is wonderful and the owner is on call 24/7. I never experienced getting help so fast on a weekend. He goes that extra mile with his products and customer care. A dedicated man who cares about his clients. When you rely on an electric wheel chair, and thats the only way to get around, you want to be in this chair, because the company is always there for you. Thanks again for saving our day. ****

    My wheelchair was supposed to be delivered on August 3rd. I have been trying to reach the customer service from past 2 weeks. No body is picking up phone. I have left so many VM. They have already charged my credit card the full amount and have not shipped or given any information on shipping details yet. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing.

    Amazing! The chair itself is so well thought out and has the features I need that I couldnt find in other companies. But what is most amazing is their customer service. In addition to a phone number, they have texting available after hours, and it is the actual people who own and make the chairs! Im fortunate to live close to their business and whenever Ive needed anything for my chair Im welcomed in and they work on it right then and there. Never charged for labor or time. They are so generous with their time and help. They always take time to show, explain, and demonstrate every aspect of the chair, and make sure you are able to use it yourself. I went in today for kickstands missing a s**** that fell out, battery questions, and general maintenance. Fixed the kickstand, bearings, and cleaned my chair in 20 min. Then discussed battery options and theyre letting me test one for the weekend so see what I need. Well designed product and wonderful considerate people.

    Worst company on earth. My father ordered the EZ Lite Cruiser and it didn't fit him. We returned the chair after much difficulty in even being able to find the information to be able to do the return. We returned the chair in early November and it is now mid-January and have yet to receive any credit. I have called the company many times and received the run around each time. On the last call, I was told the person who could process the return is out on a personal emergency and they are the only person in the company who can process a return. They also said they do not have a president and the customer service person who answered the phone said they were the only person in the company! Can't be true. Buyer beware! Do NOT purchase from this company!!!

    My husband has had his deluxe EZ-Lite cruiser for almost 5 years and i can't tell you what a life safer it has been for us. The removable wheels allow me to load it by myself if needed. We travel quite a bit and our ez-lite cruiser has been to 6 of the 7 continents. We can say we have never had any problems navigating over any surfaces including gravel, cobblestone streets and grass. But the best thing about Ez-Lite is their customer service. Whenever we have needed a replacement part, mostly which have been damaged by the airlines, they took care of getting it to us pronto. **** and **** will go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. Just drove down from ****** to Chatsworth to have our wheelchair given a complete check-up prior to an upcoming trip to our last continent. **** and **** got on it right away and we got back a wheelchair that almost looked new and we are sure will last for many years to come. They are the most dedicated and professional individuals you will ever meet.
