I have been trying to get some type of replacement or refund for MGP for the caliper covers that don't fit my vehicle, the site said, and they sent promising that they would fit my vehicle. I have uploaded the emails between myself and MGP. I haven't heard anything back since the last email on April 5th! Problem not solved as of 4/11/23.Initial Complaint

On 9/22/22 I ordered Caliper covers for my Lexus RC350. I then hired a mechanic to install them. He advised that they were the incorrect ones. He showed me how the payed crooked on my Caliper and advised me that he put my tire back on it was going to hit. I contact the company via email. They advised they needed to speak to my mechanic. He called. They requested pictures. Pictures were provided. Now its been about 2-3 weeks with no response. *** tried contacting them numerous times and they just ignore me.Initial Complaint

Order #****** On 3/5/23, I ordered caliper covers for my Dodge Challenger R/T **** Pack. The calipers arrived and I took them to the dealership (***************************, *********, **) to be installed. The mechanic tried, but stated that these could not be installed as they DO NOT FIT. I contacted MGP via email and they said they WILL NOT accept a return for refund because they only fit the R/T model. Um, I have a R/T model.its a **** Pack. The website was misleading, vague, and unclear or I would not have ordered. I paid the, $328.86 for these calipers that dont fit and they blame me. I would like to return these and have my money refunded as I cannot use these. They are scammers! Do not buy from them!Initial Complaint

I ordered caliper covers for my 2022 Dodge Durango. After receiving them, they did not fit. Their **************************** told me to take them to a mechanic to have them professionally installed. The mechanic said they are to small and unsafe to use. I contacted the company, submitted pictures as they requested and then was told they couldnt refund me because they were custom and dont fit my type of vehicle. They were not custom fit and no where did it say they wouldnt fit my type of vehicle. They falsely advertised it fitting. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a set of brake calipers on 1/22/2023. Upon receipt, it was confirmed by ****** at MGP that they dont have caliper covers for my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee available. However, ****** sent me an RMA# on 1/25/2023 for me to return the merchandise, which I immediately returned the merchandise the very same day in a brand new condition since I was not installed. On 2/23/2023, I received an email from ******* denying my request to issue a full credit of the total amount of $268.34, which she blatantly accused me of returning the merchandise as being used. She sent photos that of the items that did not match of what I returned. This company is very unethical to do business with and they must issue a full credit of the total amount what I paid for the merchandise.Initial Complaint

Re: Order #**-970** -- MGP Caliper Covers claims: "MGP Caliper Covers is the ONLY licensed brake covers in the market. This ensures our customers that our product is thoroughly tested for ******************* to meet the standards of major car manufacturers. Officially Licensed by ****, GM, *****, Acura, **************** I ordered a new 2022 Mustang GT from the factory, and it was delivered to ********************* in ************* in early November. I ordered the correct caliper covers for this car and took them to the **** dealership for installation. The auto tech told me that the front brakes caliper covers did not have enough spacing between the back of the factory wheel and the caliper for the MGP caliper covers so he removed them and gave the parts back to me. I notified MGP about this and asked for a refund. I told them their parts had been installed by professionals at the dealership and the parts were installed "just fine" per their instructions however there was not enough space between the back of the wheel and their caliper covers. They suggested spacers (not included) and denied my refund request. I explained that the dealer did not agree to alter the wheel with spacers and asked again for a refund upon my returning the parts. MGP has refused and therefore I am logging this complaint.Initial Complaint

I purchased these caliper covers to put on My 2022 Acura. When first put on the covers made a horrible screeching noise that did not go away. We have a friend that is a master mechanic and he informed us that the caliper covers didnt fit properly and we should not use them on my car. I have been asking for a refund and the company keeps telling me how to fix it. I will not leave these caliper covers on my car to keep trying to fix them as my car is brand new and I have been informed to remove them ASAP I would like a refund for these covers ASAPInitial Complaint

I have attempted to install these caliper covers and had to go to 3 different mechanics at a custom truck installation site to get assistance in installing calipers. Ive tried 3 different times calling ************ for tech support, 4 times calling Customer Support and finally one time for Marketing and one time for accounting! All the calls say there is not a agent to take your call, leave your name, email address and,phone # and they will back shorting. Ha!!!!!!!! No one has EVER CALLED ME BACK!Anyway, these calipers dont fit the truck I ordered them for, 2022 **** F-150 XLT. All of the mechanics told me that the clip that holds the caliper on over the,original caliper, it rubs against the top of the rotor. They clipped on the caliper cover purchaed by MPG, and spun the wheel around as it was on a lift and you could her the squeaking noice as the clip supplied by MPG hit the top of the rotor. The mechanics told me that this is the SECOND set of brake caliper covers that they had attempted to install from MPG Calipers with no success. I just want a RMA # to send these calipers back as they will not fit my truck as MPG says they will. Ive tried calling tech support at ************ to get assistance with no luck with anybody answering the phone. Actually sent email to your customer support before I ordered these ********************** making sure they would fit 2022 **** F-150 and they advised absolutely they would fit.On line order # **-95939 2022 **** F-150 XLT with 20 wheels *********************** ****************** ************. central timeInitial Complaint

I ordered caliper covers for my Camaro, when putting on the front ones, they were not tight enough to work correctly. If I would have run the car with these they would have been destroyed. We went back and forth with emails, they told me to alter their metal clips which I said wouldnt help. I asked for a refund since I wasnt satisfied in their product. I sent them a video of how easy the covers would fall off. They refused since they said the covers were now used. I told them they were never in use and were in perfect condition. Bought Caliper Covers for my 2021 Chrysler 300 S V8. I took car to a shop that has installed these before on other vehicles BUT these do not fit especially on front calipers. There is a BIG gap (sent pic to them) on my calipers. I requested a return due to it and if forced, they would damage my rotors. They REFUSED to send a return RMA for my refund. They keep giving my other ways to force on my caliper of which I told their tech ****** that was not going to happen. It has been weeks now with no reply for refund.
