      This is a violation under 15 US code 1681s-2 Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies as they did not provide me with a written notice about the account before reporting it. As a result, I demand to remove the account from my ********************** report as I disagree with the debt they claim I owe. Additionally, they have violated my rights under 15 U.S Code 1581b(2) Permissible purposes of consumer reports by reporting the account without my consent and misusing my social security information. Therefore, as a victim of identity theft, 15 US Code 1681c-2, mandates blocking such data without my written permission according to 15 US Code 1581a(4)

      Hi,I recently requested a credit report from all three credit reporting agencies and noticed the following; there is a late payment on this account that is inaccurate, the account has never been late and no payment have been missed. I am requesting you investigate this account and update to paid on time immediately. The credit reporting agencies are required to report all information accurately. I have not been late on any payments, I kindly demand that payments are updated immediately as to paid on time as I have substantial doubts on the accuracy of these late payments.       This account was charged off on the following date (AUGUST 2024). Since then, the account has been repeatedly updated as charge off every month. The most recent update was SEPTEMBER 2024.       Confirming I am authorizing the submission of this complaint and requesting assistance from BBB. 

      I have raised over 5 disputes with Experian regarding the error and inaccurate reporting of the information. I have not received any of the requested written documents they used to verify the inaccurate information and no contact information about who was contacted at the creditor. I've additionally asked them to update and/or remove the information due to violation of the **** laws clearly outlined in the supported documentation sent with all my disputes. Experian has refused to provide detailed written correspondence and/or justify why the information was not updated.

      Dear ********** this is a continuation of my complaint submitted on December 27th, 2024, where Experian ensured me that they were removing the inaccurate information regarding, names and address from my consumer report. see attached complaint ID# ********. Upon receiving my consumer report Experian failed to remove the inaccurate information from my report. In their response to me through the Better Business Bureau, Experian clearly stated, "We are currently removing the disputed names and address information with which the consumer disagrees... see attached complaint with Experion response.Under 15usc 1681i Experian has an obligation to reinvestigate consumers dispute and delete inaccurate information from a consumer file within the 30-day period if they cannot verify the information.       We store address and name information as it is sent to us by credit grantors or from information contained in public records. One or more sources of information reported the address/ name questioned and it is a part of a consumerscredit history. If a consumer believes an address/ name in their credit report is inaccurate, they may want to contact the source of the information directly.       I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an account that was not reporting accurately. I had late payments on an account that was in fact paid on time. The consumer reporting agencies need to report all information with complete accuracy. I've attached a copy of my credit report to this complaint on the dates (9/23). ******* is reporting this payment as paid on time while Experian is reporting it as 30 days late. I demand this payment be updated to paid on time immediately. You cannot report information with knowledge that this information has errors. I have substantial doubts about the accuracy of the information. please update the account to PAID NEVER LATE.

      I take my credit seriously, and I'm really concerned about the mistakes I saw on my credit report. These errors are causing me a lot of stress and its affecting everything, from loan options to higher interest rates, to my ability to get new credit. I need you to make sure all this information is 100% correct and I went them done ASAP. These mistakes are taking a toll on my credit and my life, and I need it taken care of now.       Hello and good day! I am ****** Armpriester and this complaint is not sent in error. I authorize the submission of this complaint by BBB on my behalf and I am requesting assistance from BBB. There are fraudulent and unauthorized accounts need to be removed from my credit report and these erroneous information holds back my financial freedom as my new credit applications are getting denied because of it.
