This message serves as written confirmation that I authorized the submission of the complaint regarding the two accounts that have appeared on my credit report, and I am formally requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in resolving this matter.

      Detailed Description of My Concerns:

While reviewing my credit report, I noticed two collection accounts that I do not recognize and was never notified about. I have had no prior interaction or correspondence with the businesses associated with these accounts, and I have no knowledge of the debts being reported. I am concerned that these accounts may be a result of reporting errors or possible identity theft.

I have attempted to reach out to the collection agencies for more information, but have not received sufficient documentation to validate the debts. These accounts are impacting my credit standing, and I am disputing their accuracy. Therefore, I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) assist in facilitating communication with the appropriate parties and help ensure a thorough investigation into these accounts.

Thank you for your support in helping to resolve this matter. I am happy to provide any further information or documentation if needed.

      Hello Jasmine ****,
Yes, I confirm that I authorized the submission of this complaint and I am requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

      My Detailed Concerns:

I am disputing inaccurate late payment reporting from *********** on my Experian credit report. My concern is that *********** has failed to provide proper validation or documentation to support the reported late payments, as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
I have requested that any verification provided must include original documents from *********** proving the accuracy of the account and late payment history not just a generic response of "verified" without supporting evidence.
My goal is to have this inaccurate reporting corrected or deleted if proper validation cannot be provided.
