My name is ************************************. I am writing you today that I am sending these dispute letters to you for solving my existing issues in the credit reports. Here no other person or company is involved in sending my letters to you. I am personally sending these letters. I became a victim of Identity Theft on (JULY, 2018) and after that these accounts added to my credit report which were never opened by me. My personal information may had been stolen through any online platform. I have no idea who was behind this crime. Thats why I never filed any police report. But now it has been a serious situation for me. Thats why I want to remove these account ASAP. Our office recently received your correspondence regarding the above-mentioned consumers personal credit report.
Our records indicate that the ***** Card was blocked from **************** Experian credit report on July 8, 2022, upon receipt of a valid copy of his identity theft report. At that time, we notified ***** Card of our action.
***** Card has since certified that they had made a reasonable determination that *************** had received goods or services or that there had been a misrepresentation of facts by him in connection with the account. ***** Card indicated that the account was found to be legitimate and not the result of identity theft and requested that Experian reinsert the account and update **************** credit file. On August 16, 2022, the account was unblocked. Notification of this action was provided via US Mail to him at that time.
If **************** has any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, he may forward it to our office for review.
If he disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is his legal right,under the ***** to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of his dispute. The statement will appear with the item as long as the item remains on the credit report.
Any further concerns regarding the disputed accounts may need to be directed to ***** Card for additional assistance.

I had my credit report pulled for mortgage approval and now I have roughly 20 calls per hour from every single mortgage and refinance company. I need the calls to stop immediately. Experian does not make calls to consumers for solicitation of business. All national consumer credit reporting agencies provide names and addresses to companies that send offers of credit or insurance for which the consumer *** qualify.
If a consumer wishes to have their name removed from the prescreened lists of the national consumer credit reporting agencies, they *** call 1 888 5OPTOUT ***************). Consumers who have previously exercised their right to opt-out *** have their names re-added to prescreen lists upon request by calling 1 888 5OPTOUT ***************) and selecting the option for opting in.
Additionally,some marketers and individual reference services share names and addresses with companies that send catalogs or other mailings that *** interest the consumer or help others locate them.

You are supposed to help keep my identity secure and I have gotten over 150 harassing phone calls in the past 3 business days, including several I have explicitly said to remove my name from their list. Using the identification information you provided, we are unable to locate a credit record for the above-mentioned consumer. The consumer either has no credit history or additional identification information is needed in order to access the credit information.
Our database is a unique system in which full identification must be input in order to retrieve a credit profile on a particular individual. To ensure a complete credit profile, please provide the consumers full name, including middle name and generation code (******** I, II, III, etc.), spouses name, current address (with proof of address), previous addresses for the past two years, Social Security number,and date of birth. Additionally, please provide proof of the consumers Social Security number.

We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific dispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows: not mine, paid in full, never delinquent or included in bankruptcy or for public record disputes: not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed in error. If the status dates,amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should also indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name and number.
Please provide the consumers specific disputes along with their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, current address,previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.
