    there is a reason they have 1.1 stars on a system that forces a minimum of 1 star... they do not care about their customers.i have had nothing but problems with mint mobile. they have no customer service to speak of and they do not hold up their end of the contract. i pay in full, yet they don't care. why do we americans allow these dishonest companies to keep s******* us?

    Before I cancelled my ************ and switched to Mint Mobile, I went to their website, entered my address and phone info, and it said that there is excellent service in my area. After I activated Mint Mobile service, I have zero to only 1 tiny bar of reception. Mint Mobile has horrible customer service! First, I used the chat box about the problem. The *** said she switched me to another cell tower and to restart my phone. That did not work and I still had zero to 1 tiny bar. I called customer support the next day, the *** tried a few things that didn't work, so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said there was "a local issue" with my service and said I should ask for a refund. I asked him why the website said there was excellent service in my area and why he's telling me there is not, and if I cancelled and went to T-Mobile (since Mint uses their towers) would I only get zero to 1 tiny bar with them. He hung up on me!. I called back and asked to be transferred to a supervisor and got another guy. I explained the whole situation again and that I also wanted to complain about previous supervisor hanging up on me. This one told me that they have done everything they could for me.He said that all towers in my area are affected therefore he couldn't try to switch me to another tower. I told him I would verify his info with T-Mobile. He ended up hanging up on me also!!! Mint Mobile's customer service and coverage is horrible!!! Do not switch to them!!!

    I truly love Mint Mobile, but recently I had an incident where my bill (which is due in November) was accidentally paid while trying to add money to my wallet. I could not get any customer service. No one answered and I tried 4 times. I need to get that money back (because I will pay when it is due) because my bank account is now going to go under for other bills. I've talked to the bank, to ******...so far no one is working with me other than to have me file an issue with ******. All I want to do is cancel that payment and pay it when it is due. Now I'll be stuck not being able to pay other bills, which are due. I'm so distressed because I do love this company but they really have zero customer service. I am not sure how much longer I will stick with them because god forbid another issue comes up.

    I don't even know where to begin with these people. Should I start with the ******* customer service? Or the horrible phone service? Whatever money you think you're saving with these people is not worth the frustration and **** ******** is a lying piece of cr)p. 3 ***s told me my new phone would work with their service. But not one, but two ***s, disconnected the call while we were talking. Neither *** made notes of the conversation so everytime I called back, I had to start over. The 3rd *** said I needed a physical SIM card sent to me and it would be nine dollars. But their payment system was broken so they had to transfer me to a live payment agent to update my payment method and, you guessed it, they disconnected me again. I called back, and while waiting on hold yet again, I checked my email to find they had incorrectly sent me an e SIM card, even though they told me clearly I needed a physical one. Then my phone, which I was holding on waiting to speak to them, went dead. Turns out they disconnected the physical SIM card. I was told they did that in error when I called back a fourth time having to now use my roommates phone. They said they would re connect it and I would get a call in 30 minutes from a tech. That was yesterday. No call, and I have no phone service and I need my phone for work. Also found out the the new phone, which three ***s told me would work with their service, will actually not work with their service. Run far, run fast these people are an absolute dumpster fire full of morons and idiots.

    False advertising. This is what I got in an e-mail today:For a limited time, you can get our 12-month Unlimited plan for a one-time payment of $180. Yes, thats for the whole year, not just a month or two like some of the more expensive carriers out there....Followed the link, and $180 I was expecting to pay as a "a one-time payment" turned into $206. There is presumably a "recovery fee" of $25.25, which is basically the cost of doing business for Mint, which is miraculously not included into the price. Why only $25? Why not $250 or $2500?Mint should be advertising 1 year for $206, not $180. But then, there are better offers, like H2O for $160/year.

    Created an account and got service with them 4 days ago only for them to RANDOMLY cancel my account out of nowhere, leaving me with no service. I tried to reach out to customer service numerous times being told Id be called back and theyre handling it on the back end. Only to not be called. I paid for a full year then they remove my account?? What?? Such a scam. Do not use this company

    I subscribed to Mint Mobiles 1-year prepaid plan and paid in full for the service. After using the service for just a couple of days, I encountered multiple issues that led to my dissatisfaction, including poor service quality and coverage problems, especially when I traveled outside the metro area. I contacted Mint Mobiles customer service team to request a refund.Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. I was informed that refunds are not available once the service has been used beyond the initial 7-day period, which I believe is unreasonable, especially considering that I used only 16 days of the 365-day plan I paid for. I switched to a different carrier after those 16 days to try out better coverage and service quality.I would appreciate it if Mint Mobile would honor a full or prorated refund for the unused portion of my prepaid plan, given that I have used only 16 days of service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with their customer service, I have not received a satisfactory solution.

    If I could give negative stars I would. This is one of, if not, the WORST phone network carrier I have ever experienced and paid money to. Not only is the customer service TRASH, the service itself is complete garbage. I purchased a 3 month prepaid plan and just 3 weeks in, they suffer a service outage that completely annihilated my e-sim activation and connection. I've spent hours on the phone, 5 calls, 3 e-sim replacements, and time and energy physically changing my location just to attempt to troubleshoot an issue that ultimately was caused by the company itself. Because my issue wasn't resolved and I NEED service, I asked for a refund, and they refused to give me one. And now, I am stuck without any service for the last 2 days because of an "indefinite" service outage that they have no clue about when it would be fixed. I literally paid money for an e-sim that doesn't work, no phone service and garbage customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

    Attempted to order a phone with a plan for my son and paid for it to be expedited (2 days). Apparently that applied only to the shipping and not the processing. After spending over $300 and more than 6 hours on the phone with customer service the issue is still not resolved. I love the plans and coverage area of Mint but it is very difficult to get any issues resolved in a timely manner. I feel they need to clearly disclose that expedited is only for the mail and does not apply to processing.
