I purchased the sample package that was advertised on television and then weeks later I received an email stating that my new supply was on its way in the amount of $84.93 and that they had already shipped it and if I wanted to return it I would have to pay for the shipping even though I had never ordered it in the first place. I decided to keep it thinking that I was being charged $84.94 and that I would not be receiving any further shipments. But that was not the case, My credit card was once again charged $84.94. When I called they said that that was a three months supply broken down into three payments. How do they have the right to send me something I never asked for in the first place. ***** ******** you are a scam!!!!!!Review from Kathleen B

Total disappointment. I requested what was advertised and they sent me an upgrade and it charging me for the past two months when I spoke with customer service immediately and they said dont worry your order is canceled. You can keep what we sent you but no additional charges will be sent and Im being charged. Total lack of communication and lies. I think its a freaking scam.Review from Tish R

Meaningful Beauty is the worsted! I tried to cancel the orders after the second shipment - said I couldn't. Then got charges twice more for products not received. Filed a complaint with ****** and ********** and got refunded. Called MB and was assured that the account was closed. As of this date received two notices ************** that I owe $160.00 (no product send) how do I stop these harassments and not be put in a collection agency. I am placing another call today but I really don't think I'm going to get anywhere.Review from Penny N

Horrible experience. False advertisement. You are automatically enrolled in autoship with subsequent charges I was unaware would occur. Canceled auto ship subscription as I did not authorize it nor was aware of it. I was charged yet again. They make it extremely hard to cancel. To boot, the products were not has effective as described. The customer service is awful. Stay away!Review from Veronica W

HORRIBLE customer service. I have cancelled my subscription by phone, yet they continue to charge me and send me products. You have no way of cancelling online. You have to pay to return products as well $25.00. This is a scam. You are charged $200 for about a months' worth of product. JUST HORRIBLE! It is a trap. Don't ever sign up!! I am going to cancel my credit card. I think that is only way they will stop. It is nightmare dealing with this company. Does not work and extremely overpriced. Do not tell you it's $300 dollars for a 90 day supply. Do not provide you with dates their charges will hit. If they've already processed a payment within the 60 day trial, you will not be able to cancel online and are subjected to wait on the phone to try n do so. If you're a busy person like myself, you're stuck with a product that does not work and a $300 bill for itReview from Kathryn P

Signed up to Meaningful beauty to try it. I have had numerous shipments with in 2 weeks of receiving my first order I received another saying I owed over$250. My understanding was the first shipment I paid for was it, until I decided to order again. The Live Chat feature on the website did nothing when you try to click on it or open it. I finally had to call Cust. Serv. and was on the phone for way too long.Review from Diana L

Ive been using Meaningful Beauty for 9 years. Im now 64 and get compliments on my skin quite often. It keeps my skin moist and has reduced pore size. I have few wrinkles for my age, which makes me very pleased. I owe that to MB. I think its a great product.Review from KATE W

Received products I did not order. They set me up on an automatic subscription which I did not order. Called to cancel subscription and inquired about reimbursement. Even thought I did not order the additional products, I need to send them back and pay for the shipping and handling which is close to $40.00 that will be deducted from what I have paid which is over $200.00. Not very good business practices. I know better to get involved with this kind of advertising and was apprehensive from the beginning. Unless you are willing to deal with situations like this, buyer beware.Review from Hilaire G

Got the initial order. Did not sign up for a subscription. Then they charged me ***** and sent another order. I called and canceled. They sent an email it was cancelled, now they have charged me again. Takes forever to even get through to them. I know I did not sign up for a subscription, because I never do subscriptions.
