      If I could give a zero, I would. Not because of the product but because they ask you if you want to sign up for automatic refills. I said NO. Well, 2 more boxes later, I called and talked to someone who said he would cancel my account and stop the automatic refills. NOPE, I got another one. I texted someone on Chat and told them to stop, they said they would. I get a bill in the mail today for $221. for March 26. I never received a package. I called and talked to someone and they said, they charge my credit card in 3 increments, One a day for 3 days. I made sure that my account was cancelled this time. I had to report my card lost or stolen to get a new number. They were trying to charge me and thats why I got a paper bill! RIP OFFS !

      Been a customer for over 10 years. Website has been down 2 months. I asked for a courtesy product and uses it and has a complete allergic reaction turning bright red and this has never happened plus Im 100 Italian and dont burn. I have never tried this product in 10 years but tried just about everything else. With the website being down for two months, them sending me the wrong free product , having an allergic reaction, noticing their packaging has changed which is fine but now Im questioning the ingredients and customer service does not speak fluent English. I was a second away from cancelling but I put my account on pause till July and ask for a confirmation email. If I get charged past this month I will shut down my card. Why mess with a website that worked great for over a decade!? It should not take this long. Somethings fishy and I swore by these products for over a decade. Im fed up. **************** number is *************. Im already looking into a new skincare line but will make my final decision in July 2025 as Im on a pause. Im 62 and used these products since I was 50 and would have given a 5 star but because of the recent allergic reaction and all this absolute nonsence with the website being down, they have lost my trust.

      I agree with everyone's frustration. I have been a customer for 15+ years. I worked for a major company for 40 yrs and you do not just shut down your website to upgrade. You have a new program ready to roll over to avoid disruption. I am cancelling!!

      I wanted to try out their advanced line. Developed some kind of allergic reaction on my skin because of the retinol, probably in their products. I called them to switch it to the original products or cancel my subscription. I was never transferred to a representative and the recorded message told me that they dont recognize the number I called from! That is the only number I have had in years!! I tried reaching out to them via customer service chat and no one responded. Then I sent a bad review saying how I did not like the products, and I got an automated response saying I should contact the customer service. This is a scam!!!Now Im stuck paying $106 every 3 months and have products Ill never be able to use! How can I get in touch with their customer service? Any suggestions? Please help!

      I thought I was only ordering a 1-time Christmas gift for my wife. While she likes the product, I was extraordinarily upset over getting tricked into a recurring subscription. After I called when seeing a 2nd charge of $84.62 on my ****** account, they told me I ordered a subscription. I explained I don't feel as though I did and asked them to cancel this unauthorized subscription effective immediately. Yet I received 2 more charges of $84.62 after that. So I shut down my ****** account. I can't even log into my Meaningful Beauty account as the site is "temporarily unavailable." I feel like I was RIPPED OFF. If you have a good product it will sell itself, even at the high end of pricing. But don't trick people. Meaningful Beauty,... be better than this and provide refunds to all you have wronged.

      I ordered one kit a few months ago, had no issues, and was able to cancel future shipments with no problem. I order what I want as I still had some items left from my kit. I have been using for over two months. I love these products! Infact one of my coworkers said to me I look great, she said, "your skin just looks like you are going backwards! You just looki like your getting younger!" LOL. I told her I been using Meaningful Beauty. She said she has seen the ads and wondered if it works. I Said, Yes! As you can see my changes over the past few months. When I first started using these products she commented one day that my complexion was looking fresh and glowing! I didn't say anything back then because I wanted to wait for a month or so for results. And now I have them and the same coworker noticed today! ??

      I agree with everyone on here about the fact that this company has gone downhill I've been a member myself for over 13 years and the website being down is most frustrating I'm a bit fed up and going to be canceling as well. Last time I contacted them on the phone because the website down and I wanted to cancel my subscription they offered a discounted price to keep me so I decided okay. But here we are the website is still down and I'm really not in the mood to keep putting up with this. The products are nice and I enjoyed them for a while but I don't like what's going on lately.

      They scam you. Never signed up for a recurring **************** want you to pay for shipping it back. Which I wont do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Their products are great and I have been a member for over 15 years. But it's time for my next delivery and their website has been down for over a month. There are plenty other good products out there that make selecting what you want much easier. Giving it another week then canceling my subscription if the website is still down. Giving it a 2 rating because of this. Otherwise would have been a 5.

      Its disgraceful that your site has been down for months. Doesnt matter if I like your products I cant support a company that cant even support a website. Im done with you.

      The products are nice. However being able to log into a your account has been down for 3 months and I did not sign up for automatic renewal, but they went ahead and sent more products and charged me. When I spoke with customer service I was informed they could cancel my account and refund me $106. That didnt happen so a few days later I spoke with customer service and was informed my account was cancelled but they will not refund me and I will be charged $106 next month and the following month because they sent a 90 day supply, again for something I did not sign up for. I was informed I could not speak directly to a manager. This is very poor customer service. Please be aware of the frustration and the run around before ordering.

      We regret any misunderstanding regarding the terms of your initial purchase of a Meaningful Beauty introductory kit.   We do make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites, as well as by phone.  One-time purchases are available without automatic replenishment, but the one-time offers are only for individual items (not kits)and are only offered at retail pricing.  Customers that choose to purchase any of our introductory kit offers are informed that they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership.

      Your account was cancelled on 3/1/25 per your request.  We regret to learn that you were incorrectly advised that the charge billed that day would be cancelled and that your account balance was zero. Your last shipment sent 1/29/25 was a 90-day replenishment kit with cost split into 3 installments. While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation.   We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result.

      Our records reflect that you contacted us via our live chat option again on 3/6 at which time the total cost, remaining balance and return instructions for your 2nd shipment were provided.    When you ask to speak with a supervisor you were provided the customer service number and offered a callback from a supervisor within ***** hours, but the offer was not accepted.

      As a token of our apology for the miscommunication when you cancelled your account, the two installments billed in March and April for your last shipment have been refunded.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post.

      We appreciate your feedback as we strive to provide only the highest quality products and service.
